Abstract

本發明係關於一種磁性套筒,係包括有一套筒本體及至少一磁吸件及一彈簧,其中;該套筒本體係具有一供套筒板手接合之結合段,及一供螺絲、螺帽設置之套合段,該套筒本體於套合段係開設有至少一穿孔,該磁吸件係設置於該穿孔;如此,透過磁吸件對金屬材質之螺絲、螺帽做一吸附預留之應用,以便利作業人員將螺絲、螺帽由一較深的螺孔取出,且彈簧能將拆卸後螺絲、螺帽回彈以便於取出之應用。

Description

磁性套筒
本發明係有關於一種磁性套筒,詳而言之係一種用於拆裝螺絲、螺帽之套筒結構,且該套筒於套合口內緣處係設有磁吸結構,以有效提升鎖設作業之便利性,並具有一得將螺絲及螺帽彈出以利取下之彈簧結構。
按,現今的工作場所中,有許許多多產品的組合結構,均係採用螺栓與螺帽的組合,而不論是六角螺絲或及螺帽,其拆卸與組裝皆需利用套筒或套筒工具始得為之,無論是在建築施工、汽車維修或家具組裝等場合中,經常需使用套筒來旋動螺栓、螺帽或螺絲釘等鎖固元件,因此在各種類型的手工具中,套筒為使用頻率最高的手工具之一。
有鑒於一般套筒雖具有拆卸、鎖固螺絲頭與螺帽的功用,但受限於較深或較狹隘空間等工作環境因素,常導致鬆脫後的螺絲頭、螺帽、螺桿、螺栓等,掉落在機具內部而不易拾取之缺陷,因此,為了提昇工作效率,即有相關創作者推出磁性套筒,請參閱第一圖及第二圖所示,其係模擬專利案第I458597號「套接頭結構」之拆卸作業圖,前述係一款習式磁性套筒,其雖具有吸附拆卸後螺絲、螺帽之特性;惟,其彈性元件50係設置於本體10內緣處及套合件20之間,而磁性件30則設於套合件20另一側並與之連動,然而,習式磁性套筒此種磁性件30與套合件20受彈性元件50連動的設計,會導致彈性元件50無法有效延伸,容易在拆卸螺帽時,螺帽無法由彈性元件50推出外露,並受磁吸件30吸附而不易取下之缺點(如第二圖所示)。
本發明人乃藉由多年從事相關產業的開發經驗,針對現有套筒結構所面臨的問題深入探討,並積極尋求解決之道,經過長期努力之研 究與發展,終於成功的創作出一種磁性套筒,此種磁性套筒最大之特點係,套筒螺鬆螺件後可將該螺件吸附住,令其不至瞬間落下而有遺失或散落之不便,且螺絲、螺帽不會有受吸附而難以取出之問題。
本發明係有關於一種磁性套筒,其係一種用於拆裝螺絲、螺帽之套筒結構,且該套筒於套合口內緣處係設有磁吸結構,以有效提升鎖設作業之便利性,並具有一得將螺絲及螺帽彈出以利取下之彈簧結構。
為達到前述創作目的,本發明磁性套筒係包括一套筒本體及至少一磁吸件,該套筒本體係具有一結合段及一套合段,該結合段係形成有一供套筒扳手插置之多角形結合孔,該套合段係形成有一供螺絲、螺帽設置之鎖設孔,該鎖設孔係為一多角形槽孔,該套筒本體於套合段係開設有至少一與鎖設孔導通之穿孔,該磁吸件係設置於該穿孔;如此,透過套筒扳手驅動結合段一端,即可透過套合段一端對螺絲、螺帽進行鎖設或拆卸之作業,且該磁吸件恰可對應於螺絲、螺帽位置,當螺絲、螺帽拆卸後,仍可透過磁吸件對金屬材質之螺絲、螺帽做一吸附預留之應用,以便利作業人員將螺絲、螺帽由一較深的螺孔取出。
前述磁性套筒係包括有一金屬彈簧,該金屬彈簧設置於鎖設孔,該金屬彈簧係具有一供形變壓縮之收縮段及一供磁吸件吸附之防脫段,該收縮段一端係觸抵於鎖設孔底緣部位,該防脫段係恰對應於磁吸件。
前述穿孔導通於鎖設孔之部位係位於其平面處。
前述穿孔其外緣處至套合段其端緣處之間距為0.8~1.2mm。
前述磁吸件端緣處係些微凸伸於套合段外表面。
由前述創作內容可知,本發明「磁性套筒」應用於螺絲、螺帽之鎖設或拆卸作業時,能預先提供一吸附效果,當作業人員欲將一螺絲鎖入於較深的螺孔時,得先將螺絲其頭部置入於鎖設孔,使其受磁吸件預先吸附於鎖設孔,以方便作業人員將套筒伸入螺孔時無須再與螺絲頭對位;而當拆卸鎖設於較深螺孔的螺絲時,該磁吸件係得將完成鬆卸的螺絲吸附之,使其能與套筒一起退出於螺孔;因此本發明可說是一種相當具有實用性及進步性之創作,相當值得產業界來推廣,並公諸於社會大眾。

本發明係有關於一種磁性套筒,其係一種用於拆裝螺絲、螺帽之套筒結構,且該套筒於套合口內緣處係設有磁吸結構,以有效提升鎖設作業之便利性,並具有一得將螺絲及螺帽彈出以利取下之彈簧結構,請參閱第三圖至第十一圖所示,本發明「磁性套筒」係包括一套筒本體1及至少一磁吸件2;該套筒本體1係具有一結合段11及一套合段12,該結合段11係形成有一供套筒扳手插置之多角形結合孔13,該套合段12係形成有一供螺絲、螺帽設置之鎖設孔14,該鎖設孔14係為一多角形槽孔,該套筒本體1於套合段12係開設有至少一與鎖設孔14導通之穿孔15,該磁吸件2係設置於該穿孔15,本實施係以兩組磁吸件2為表示,實際應用時亦可視吸附力需求將穿孔15與磁吸件2做兩個以上之增設變化;如此,透過套筒扳手驅動結合段11一端,即可透過套合段12一端對螺絲、螺帽進行鎖設或拆卸之作業,且該磁吸件2恰可對應於螺絲、螺帽位置,當螺絲、螺帽拆卸後,仍可透過磁吸件2對金屬材質之螺絲、螺帽做一吸附預留之應用,以便利作業人員將螺絲、螺帽由一較深的螺孔取出。
進一步而言,本發明磁性套筒係包括有一金屬彈簧3,該金屬彈簧3設置於鎖設孔14,該金屬彈簧3係具有一供形變壓縮之收縮段31 及一供磁吸件2吸附之防脫段32,該收縮段31一端係觸抵於鎖設孔14底緣部位,該防脫段32係恰對應於磁吸件2;如此,透過該金屬彈簧3得將螺絲、螺帽做一外推退出之應用,且該防脫段32於常態彈簧3未壓縮時,係僅對應磁吸件2約一半的吸附區域,如此,能將金屬彈簧3常態吸置於鎖設孔14內,且該磁吸件2另一半的吸附區域仍可對鬆懈後的螺絲、螺帽產生吸附效果。
進一步而言,該穿孔15導通於鎖設孔14之部位係位於其平面處;如此,該磁吸件2所吸附的位置係得對應於螺絲、螺帽的平整處,以利具有較佳的吸附效果。
進一步而言,該穿孔15其外緣處至套合段12其端緣處之間距為0.8~1.2mm;以一般市面常見的螺帽厚度而言,穿孔15外緣處至套合段12端緣處之間距為0.8~1.2mm,能使螺帽仍可受磁吸件2吸附之狀態下,保留此厚度的結構強度,避免穿孔15在鑽孔成形時受到破壞。
進一而言,該磁吸件2端緣處係些微凸伸於套合段12外表面(如第四圖所示);如此,能使套筒本體1表面為非圓桿型態,使套筒本體1置放於平面時,不會任意滾動。
請參閱第十圖及第十一圖所示,係本創作穿孔15之第二實施例,穿孔15於開設時,係得將其內面做螺紋處理,使磁吸件2裝設於穿孔15具有較高的摩擦係數,避免磁吸件2輕易掉出。
由前述創作內容可知,本發明「磁性套筒」應用於螺絲、螺帽之鎖設或拆卸作業時,能預先提供一吸附效果,當作業人員欲將一螺絲鎖入於較深的螺孔時,得先將螺絲其頭部置入於鎖設孔14,使其受磁吸件2預先吸附於鎖設孔14,以方便作業人員將套筒伸入螺孔時無須再與螺絲頭對位;而當拆卸鎖設於較深螺孔的螺絲時,該磁吸件2係得將完成鬆卸的螺絲吸附之,使其能與套筒本體1一起退出於螺孔,此外,該磁吸件2係可將套筒本體1吸附於金屬牆板,做為收納之應用。
由上所述者僅為用以解釋本發明之較佳實施例,並非企圖具以對本發明做任何形式上之限制,是以,凡有在相同之發明精神下所做有關本發明之任何修飾或變更者,為其他可據以實施之態樣且具有相同效果 者,皆仍應包括在本發明意圖保護之範疇內。
綜上所述,本發明「磁性套筒」,於結構設計及使用實用性上,確實符合實用性,且具有結構簡單、成本低、高方便性及低故障率等優點,且所揭露之結構發明,亦是具有前所未有之創新構造,所以其具有「新穎性」應無疑慮,又本發明可較之習用結構更具功效之增進,因此亦具有「進步性」,其完全符合我國專利法有關發明專利申請之規定,故,爰依法向 鈞局提出專利申請,懇請 鈞局能早日賜予本案專利權,至感德便。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種磁性套筒,係包括一套筒本體、一金屬彈簧及至少一磁吸件,其中;該套筒本體係具有一結合段及一套合段,該結合段係形成有一供套筒扳手插置之多角形結合孔,該套合段係形成有一供螺絲、螺帽設置之鎖設孔,該鎖設孔係為一多角形槽孔,該套筒本體於套合段係開設有至少一與鎖設孔導通之穿孔,該磁吸件係設置於該穿孔;該金屬彈簧設置於鎖設孔,該金屬彈簧係具有一供形變壓縮之收縮段及一供磁吸件吸附之防脫段,該收縮段一端係觸抵於鎖設孔底緣部位,該防脫段係恰對應於磁吸件。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之磁性套筒,其中該穿孔導通於鎖設孔之部位係位於其平面處。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之磁性套筒,其中該穿孔其外緣處至套合段其端緣處之間距為0.8~1.2mm。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之磁性套筒,其中該磁吸件端緣處係些微凸伸於套合段外表面。
