Abstract

本發明係有關於一種訊號接頭,主要設有主體與定位裝置組成,其中主體前段設有端接管,末端則設容置槽,容置槽上設有螺孔與穿孔;定位裝置,係設於主體之容置槽內,其中定位裝置係由夾片與螺接元件組成,該夾片係置於主體之容置槽底部,其中夾片一端設有螺孔,將螺接元件由主體上方穿孔穿入並螺設於夾片之螺孔上,藉由上述構件之組成,即可將穿入主體之容置槽內之導線,藉旋轉螺接元件而將夾片上升,使其將細絲導線緊密夾持於定位裝置,進而有效提升訊號線之傳輸效果。

Description

訊號接頭
本發明係關於一種訊號接頭,特別是指一種可有效且穩定夾合定位訊號導線,又不會損壞導線之細絲導線,進而提供一更為實用且方便之訊號接頭。
按,一般訊號接頭1大多直接以螺接元件N螺設於導線A上,如此,即可輕易將導線A定位於訊號接頭1上,唯螺接元件N直接螺固於導線A之細絲導線B上,會使細絲導線B斷裂破壞(如第1圖所示),而造成訊號傳輸效果差,故使用上存在其改良之必要。
緣此,本發明人深感上述之訊號接頭有其改良之需要,乃經過長久努力研究與製作改良,提供一種訊號接頭,以期達到更佳實用價值。
本發明之主要目的:係在提供一種可穩定夾持導線又不會破壞導線內細絲線之訊號接頭。
本發明之主要特徵:一種訊號接頭,主體,係呈一筒狀,該主體設有中空容置槽,一端設有凸緣與端接頭,其中容置槽上方設有螺孔與穿孔,而容置槽兩側面係呈平面狀;定位裝置,係設於主體之容置槽內,該定位裝置包括:夾片與螺接元件,其中夾片表面設有止滑部,一端設有螺孔,且夾片之寬度略小於容置槽之寬度,並以螺接元件由主體之穿孔穿入夾片之螺孔將夾片 結合於主體之容置槽內;套筒,係包覆於主體之外側,該套筒內設有與主體同形之容置槽,並於容置槽上設有對應於主體上螺孔與穿孔之魚眼穿孔,又套筒於凸緣上設有穿孔與極性色環。
本發明之訊號接頭,該套筒上魚眼穿孔係略小於螺接元件之頭部,故可讓螺接元件與夾片穩定於主體之容置槽內者。
本發明之訊號接頭,該定位裝置只能在主體之容置槽上、下升降者,故可藉由螺接元件輕易達到升降之目的。

請參閱第2~7圖所示,本發明係提供一種訊號接頭,主要係設主體2、定位裝置3及套筒4組成;其中主體2設有中空容置槽20,該容置槽20呈矩形體,一端設有凸緣21與端接頭22,而該容置槽20上方設有螺孔23與穿孔24,又該容置槽20兩側形成平面狀之升降空間200;定位裝置3,係設於主體2之容置槽20內,定位裝置3包括:夾片30與螺接元 件31、32,其中夾片30係可於容置槽20內之升降空間200做升降移動,該夾片30係呈非對稱設計,並於表面設有止滑部300,而夾片30一端設有螺孔301,且夾片30之寬度略小於升降空間200之寬度,故只能上、下升降不會轉動,將螺接元件32穿入主體2之穿孔24,並螺入已穿入容置槽20內之夾片30之螺孔301,此時之夾片30即被平穩定位於主體2之容置槽20內;套筒4,係包覆於主體2外側,該套筒4內設有與主體2同形之容置槽40,套筒4於容置槽40上方設有魚眼穿孔41、42,其中一魚眼穿孔42之孔徑略小於螺接元件32之螺帽頭,又套筒4一端設有凸緣43,並於凸緣43中央設有穿孔430與極性色環431。
使用時,當導線A穿入主體2之容置槽20位置內後,即可旋轉螺接元件32,使其將夾片30上升,迫使其對導線A之細絲導線B呈平面狀之夾持定位,再將螺接元件31螺入主體2之螺孔23螺緊,使其對導線A之外表皮呈夾緊狀態,如此,即可達到完全定位導線A又不會扭斷細絲導線B,進而保持較佳之訊號傳導效果。
由上述說明可知本發明實施例實具有以下之優點:
1.本發明係藉由夾片30上升對導線A之細絲導線B呈平整之壓持,故不會有細絲導線B斷裂之情形發生,進而達到更佳之訊號傳輸目的。
2.本發明之夾片30係呈大面積之壓持,故對導線細絲B可達到穩定壓持固定。
3.本發明之夾片30為大面積壓持,故不會如習知之螺接元件直接旋轉下壓只壓到導線細絲B中央兩側卻沒壓到,造成導電不良之情事發生。
4.本發明之套筒4的魚眼穿孔42係略小於螺接元件32,故螺接元件32可完全被固定於容置槽20內。
5.本發明之夾片30係被置於容置槽20內,故當被螺接元件32作動時,只會上升不會轉動,故操作上可更準確且方便。
6.本發明之夾片30與容置槽20均係呈大面積之夾持,故可針對細小之導線細絲B亦可達到緊密夾持定位之目的。
惟以上述者,僅為本發明之一較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明之實施範圍,即凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作之均等變化或修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種訊號接頭,主要包括有:主體,係呈一筒狀,該主體設有中空容置槽,一端設有凸緣與端接頭,其中容置槽上方設有螺孔與穿孔,而容置槽兩側面係呈平面狀;定位裝置,係設於主體之容置槽內,該定位裝置包括:夾片與螺接元件,其中夾片表面設有止滑部,一端設有螺孔,且夾片之寬度略小於容置槽之寬度,並以螺接元件由主體之穿孔穿入夾片之螺孔將夾片結合於主體之容置槽內;套筒,係包覆於主體之外側,該套筒內設有與主體同形之容置槽,並於容置槽上設有對應於主體上螺孔與穿孔之魚眼穿孔,又套筒於凸緣上設有穿孔與極性色環。
  2. 如請求項1所述之訊號接頭,其中,該套筒上魚眼穿孔係略小於螺接元件之頭部,故可讓螺接元件與夾片穩定於主體之容置槽內者。
  3. 如請求項1所述之訊號接頭,其中,該定位裝置只能在主體之容置槽上、下升降者,故可藉由螺接元件輕易達到升降之目的。
