Description

絨球狀保溫棉製品及其製造方法
本發明涉及一種製造方法,特別指一種絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法。本發明另涉及一種絨球狀保溫棉製品,特別指利用前述製造方法所製成的製品。
由於羽毛具有輕盈、保溫的特性,因此多被用以加工製成如羽絨衣、羽絨被、睡袋等,將其穿覆或覆蓋於使用者身上,以達成禦寒的效果。 羽絨雖然具有保暖的功效,然而羽絨在取得過程常有直接拔取禽鳥羽毛等情事而顯得相當不人性,因此目前多發展以人造纖維或是聚乙烯作為能替代羽絨的製品。
現有技術多以人造纖維或聚乙烯以絲狀編織成網,藉由層層堆疊的方式使人造製品能增厚,達成模擬羽絨的效果。人造纖維或聚乙烯以絲狀編織成網的製作方式雖能增加製品厚度,然而仔細觀察人造製品可以發現其中的間隙仍然不足,且由於人造製品若過於細小,在編製的過程中容易產生聚集,因此當使用者穿覆該人造製品所製成的衣物時,仍無法有效儲存使用者產生的熱空氣而無法有效達成保暖的效果。
有鑑於此,如何發展出替代羽絨的人造製品及其製造方法,現有技術實有待改善的必要。
為了克服現有技術之缺點,本發明提供一種絨球狀保溫棉製品之製造方法,藉由該分散裝置使該待製品平均分散;本發明另涉及一種前述製造方法所製成絨球狀保溫棉製品,以達成有效儲存空氣的功效。
為達到上述之發明目的,本發明所採用的技術手段為提供一種絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法,其包含齊備一待製品,其中該待製品包含絨球狀棉;將該待製品經由一分散裝置;將經過該分散裝置的該待製品分散地置於一輸送裝置之一第一布料與一第二布料之間;將設於第一布料與第二布料之間的待製品歷經二碾壓裝置,使該第一布料與該第二布料朝彼此方向貼合,形成一組合物;將該組合物歷經一融合裝置融合,以獲得絨球狀保溫棉製品。
較佳的,所述之待製品更包含聚乙烯(polyethylene,PE)、聚丙烯(polypropylene,PP)、聚苯乙烯(polystyrene,PS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethylmethacrylate,PMMA)、聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl chloride,PVC)、尼龍(nylon)、聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate,PC)、聚氯酯(polyurethane,PU)、聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)、聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)、聚甲醛(polyoxymethylene,POM)或其任意組合。
較佳的,所述之分散裝置為一直立導管,該直立導管的管壁朝向或遠離導管中心往復移動,使該製品可分散地置於該輸送裝置。
較佳的,所述之碾壓裝置係分別相對設於該輸送裝置的頂端與底端。
較佳的,所述之融合裝置係為超音波融合裝置,該融合裝置包含一設於該輸送裝置頂端的融合器以及一設於該輸送裝置底端的加熱器,且該融合器係與該加熱器相對設置。
更佳的,所述之第一布料與該第二布料皆為不織布。
本發明另提供一種絨球狀保溫棉製品,其係由如前述之絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法所製造而得。
本發明的優點在於:本發明之絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法藉由歷經分散裝置的步驟,使絨球狀保溫棉製品可均勻地分散且保持膨鬆而達成保暖的功效。

以下配合圖式及本發明之較佳實施例,進一步闡述本發明為達成目的所採取的技術手段。
請參閱圖1所示,本發明之絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法係使用一織造設備,該織造設備包含一分散裝置10、一輸送裝置20、二碾壓裝置30以及一融合裝置40。其中該分散裝置10係一直立導管,該分散裝置10的底端係相鄰於該輸送裝置20的前端,且該分散裝置10的管壁可朝向或遠離導管中心往復移動;該輸送裝置20係為輸送帶,該輸送裝置20位於前端的底端與頂端分別設有一第一捲布輪21以及一第二捲布輪22,該第一捲布輪21係相對於該分散裝置 10且該第二捲布輪22係相鄰於該分散裝置10,該第一捲布輪21上捲有一第一布料,該第二捲布輪22上捲有一第二布料,該第一布料與該第二布料分別沿著該輸送裝置20的底端面與頂端面延伸輸送;其中該第一布料與該第二布料皆為不織布;各碾壓裝置30係介於該輸送裝置20的前後兩端之間且相對設置於該輸送裝置20的頂端與底端;該融合裝置40係為超音波融合裝置,該融合裝置40係設於該輸送裝置20的後端,且該融合裝置40包含一融合器41以及一加熱器42,其中該融合器41係設於該輸送裝置20頂端且該融合器41包含複數融合針411,該加熱器42係設於該輸送裝置20底端,且該融合器41係與該加熱器42相對設置。
請參閱圖1及圖2所示,本發明之絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法係使用前述之織造設備,該製造方法包含齊備一待製品(S1),該待製品包含絨球狀棉,在一較佳的實施例中,該待製品更包含,但不限於聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氯乙烯、尼龍、聚碳酸酯、聚氯酯、聚四氟乙烯、聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚甲醛或其任意組合;將該待製品置入一分散裝置10的頂端,藉由該分散裝置10的管壁可朝向或遠離導管中心往復移動,使該待製品從該分散裝置10的頂端分散地落下至該分散裝置10的底端並落至一相鄰於該分散裝置10底端的輸送裝置20,且位於該輸送裝置20前端的底端面上(S2);該輸送裝置20底端之第一捲布輪21係具有一第一布料,當該待製品移動遠離該分散裝置10後,該輸送裝置20的頂端之第二捲布輪22具有一第二布料,使該待製品置於該第一布料與該第二部料之間(S3);位於該輸送裝置20的待製品由前端朝後端輸送時,經過一對位於該輸送裝置20兩端之間的碾壓裝置30,使該第一布料與該第二布料歷經碾壓並朝彼此方向貼合,形成一組合物(S4);將該組合物輸送至一位於該輸送裝置20後端的融合裝置40,使該組合物進行融合,以獲得絨球狀保溫棉製品50(S5)。
請參閱圖1及圖3所示,該待製品經由本發明之絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法使用前述之織造設備製造後,可製得一絨球狀保溫棉製品50。該絨球狀保溫棉製品50係由該第一布料與該第二布料之間夾置複數待製品,該等待製品係呈細小絨球狀,且經由該融合裝置40以融合器41的複數融合針411與加熱器42於該絨球狀保溫棉製品50上融合出融合接點51,使該絨球狀保溫棉製品50內部保持膨鬆,以利空氣儲存於該絨球狀保溫棉製品50而達成保暖的效果。
根據本發明可作之不同修正及變化對於熟悉項技術者而言均顯然不會偏離本發明的範圍與精神。雖然本發明已敘述特定的較佳具體事實,必須瞭解的是本發明不應被不當地限制於特定具體事實上。在實施本發明之已述模式方面,對於所屬領域中具有通常知識者而言顯而易知之不同修正亦被涵蓋於下列申請專利範圍之內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法,其包含齊備一待製品,其中該待製品包含絨球狀棉;將該待製品經由一分散裝置;該分散裝置為一直立導管,該分散裝置的管壁朝向或遠離導管中心往復移動;將經過該分散裝置的待製品分散地置於一輸送裝置之一第一布料與一第二布料之間;將設於該第一布料與該第二布料之間的待製品歷經二碾壓裝置,使該第一布料與該第二布料朝彼此方向貼合,形成一組合物;將該組合物歷經一融合裝置融合,以獲得絨球狀保溫棉製品。
  2. 如請求項1所述之絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法,其中該等碾壓裝置係分別相對設於該輸送裝置的頂端與底端。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法,其中該融合裝置係為超音波融合裝置,該融合裝置包含一設於該輸送裝置頂端的融合器以及一設於該輸送裝置底端的加熱器,且該融合器係與該加熱器相對設置。
  4. 如請求項3所述之絨球狀保溫棉製品的製造方法,其中該第一布料與該第二布料皆為不織布。
