Description

注料塗佈器
本發明係關於種塗佈裝置,特別係關於一種注料塗佈器。
為了讓塗料均勻分布於待塗抹之平面上,一般的做法係將塗料擠出後再藉由一刮板於平面上反覆抹平,已達均勻之效,然而其作業的過程極其麻煩且不便,且無法一次完成出料及塗抹的動作,為此,業界便發展出一種注料之塗佈器,供以與一塗料筒之出料端部結合,如圖1所示,該注料塗佈器包括相互連通之一入料管部80及一出料頭部90,該出料頭部90與該入料管部80連接之另一端具有複數之出料孔91;
該出料端部係自該入料管部80與該出料頭部90連接之另一端穿入該入料管部80,該塗料筒內之塗料係自出料端部輸出至塗佈器之入料管部80,塗料再由入料管部80擠壓至出料頭部90,最後再藉由位於該出料頭部90之該些出料孔91輸出塗料,如此一來塗料就能夠藉由不同之輸料孔91輸出以達分散塗料之效;
然而,當使用者使用完畢後,將有大量之塗料滯留於該出料頭部90內而無法順利清理,若該塗料為膠狀體時,更會於該出料頭部90內固化,使該出料頭部90無法重複利用;
又該注料塗佈器於分散塗料之同時,接近中央的出料孔91將輸出較多之塗料,而位於兩側之出料孔91將輸出較少之塗料,進而產生塗料散部均之問題,是以需要一種可重複使用且能使塗料分布均勻之注料塗佈器。
本發明提供一種注料塗佈器,其主要目的係提供一種可重複使用之注料塗佈器。
本發明之另一目的係提供一種能使塗料均勻分布之塗料器。
為達前述目的,本發明注料塗佈器,包括:
一導流基座,具依序連接之一頸段及一導流段,該嘴部係穿設於該頸段,該導流段與該頸段接鄰之另一端為一結合端,該導流段之直徑係由與該頸端接鄰之一端至該結合端逐漸增加, 該導流段具有一導流槽,該導流槽之相對兩側分別具有一擋壁,該導流段於二該擋壁分別成形至少一卡掣凸;以及
一掀蓋,具有一出料端,該出料端係可樞轉的結合於該導流基座之該結合端,使該掀蓋係可覆蓋於該導流基座之導流段,使該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態,該掀蓋亦可相對該導流基座旋轉,使該注料塗佈器呈現開啟之狀態,該出料端係具有複數隔排列之出料孔,該掀蓋具有一對應槽,該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時該導流槽及該對應槽形成一導流空間,該導流空間與該些出料孔連通,該掀蓋之相對兩側分別成形至少一扣部,於該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時該卡掣凸與該扣部係相互卡扣,使該掀蓋及該導流基座固定結合。
較佳的,該導流槽具有一導流面,該導流面具有複數導流凸部,該對應槽內具有一對應面,該掀蓋於相對該對應面之一面為一限止面,該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時該對應面係面對該導流面,該對應面具有複數對應凸部,該對應凸部之位置係與該導流凸部之位置相互對應。
由前述可知,本發明注料塗佈器主要係藉由使該掀蓋可樞轉的結合於該導流基座之該結合端,使該掀蓋係可覆蓋於該導流基座,以讓該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態,抑或是令該掀蓋相對該導流基座旋轉,使該注料塗佈器呈現開啟之狀態,藉此方便使用者取出位於導流空間內殘餘的塗料,以達成提供一種可重複使用之注料塗佈器之目的。
本發明注料塗佈器更藉由該注料塗佈器更藉由於該導流基座設置該些導流凸部,於該掀蓋設置該些對應凸部,使塗料能夠經由該些導流凸部及該些對應凸部的引導使塗料得以平均分散至每個出料孔,進而達成提供一種能使塗料均勻分布之塗料器的目的。
為使貴審查委員對本發明之目的、特徵及功效能夠有更進一步之瞭解與認識,以下茲請配合圖式簡單說明 詳述如後:
本發明提供一種注料塗佈器,供以與一儲料罐之嘴部M結合,如圖2至圖7所示,而該注料塗佈器,包括:
一導流基座10,具依序連接之一頸段11及一導流段12,該頸段11為具有一穿孔之圓錐體,該嘴部M係穿設於該頸段11,該導流段12與該頸段11接鄰之另一端為一結合端121,該導流段12之直徑係由與該頸端11接鄰之一端至該結合端121逐漸增加, 該導流段12具有一導流槽122,該導流槽122具有一導流面123,該導流面123具有複數導流凸部D1,該導流槽122之相對兩側分別具有一擋壁124,二個該擋壁124分別具有至少一倒鉤J1,該導流段12於二該擋壁124分別成形至少一卡掣凸K1;
一掀蓋20,具有相對之一出料端21,該出料端21係可樞轉的結合於該導流基座10之該結合端121,使該掀蓋20係可覆蓋於該導流基座10之導流段12,讓該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態,該掀蓋20亦可相對該導流基座10旋轉,使該注料塗佈器呈現開啟之狀態,該出料端21係具有複數等間隔排列之出料孔22,該掀蓋20具有一對應槽23,該對應槽23內具有一對應面24,該掀蓋20於相對該對應面24之一面為一限止面25,該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時該對應面24係面對該導流面123,該對應面24具有複數對應凸部D2,該對應凸部D2之位置係與該導流凸部D1之位置相互對應,該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時該導流槽122及該對應槽23間形成一導流空間R,該導流空間R與該些出料孔22連通,該掀蓋20於相對兩側的對應面24分別形成至少一勾部J2,於該掀蓋20之相對兩側分別成形至少一扣部K2,如圖6所示,於該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時該卡掣凸K1與該扣部K2係相互卡扣,藉此使該掀蓋20及該導流基座10固定結合,又該倒鉤J1係與該勾部J2相互卡扣,藉此防止塗料外漏;如圖4所示,該掀蓋20於出料端21之限止面具有至少一擋止部26,於本發明較佳實施例中,該擋止部26之數量為二,二個該擋止部26分別位於該出料端21之兩側,該擋止部26係用以限制該掀蓋20旋轉之角度,進而防止該掀蓋20之旋轉範圍過大導致該掀蓋20與該導流基座10連接處斷裂,較佳的,該掀蓋20之形狀與該導流基座10之導流段12之形狀相互對應,該掀蓋20相對該出料端21之一端為一窄端27,該掀蓋20另具有與該出料端連接之一出料段211及與該窄端27連接之一窄段271,該扣部K2之數量為四,於該出料段211之相對兩側分別具有一個該扣部K2,於該窄段271之相對兩側分別具有一個該扣部K2,於該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時,各該扣部K2之位置係與各該卡掣凸K1之位置相互對應。
本發明注料塗佈器於使用時,詳述如下,當該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時,使用者壓迫該儲料罐,使儲料罐內之塗料自該嘴部M輸出至該導流空間R內,並藉由該些對應凸部D2及該些導流凸部D1之引導使塗料得以平均分散至每個出料孔22,進而使塗料能夠平均的輸出,而當使用者使用完畢後僅需將該倒鉤J1與該勾部J2分離,再使該掀蓋20相對該導流基座10旋轉,使該注料塗佈器呈現開啟之狀態,如此一來便能夠方便的取出殘留於該導流空間R內之塗料,當使用者取出殘留之塗料後,再使該掀蓋20相對該導流基座10旋轉,使該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態 ,最後將該倒鉤J1與該勾部J2相互卡扣,如此一來使用者便能夠重複利用該料塗佈器。
由前述可知,本發明注料塗佈器主要係藉由使該掀蓋20可樞轉的結合於該導流基座10之該結合端121,使該掀蓋20係可覆蓋於該導流基座10,以讓該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態,抑或是令該掀蓋20相對該導流基座10旋轉,使該注料塗佈器呈現開啟之狀態,藉此方便使用者取出位於導流空間R內殘餘的塗料,以達成提供一種可重複使用之注料塗佈器之目的。
本發明注料塗佈器更藉由該注料塗佈器更藉由於該導流基座設置該些導流凸部D1,於該掀蓋20設置該些對應凸部D2,使塗料能夠經由該些導流凸部D1及該些對應凸部D2的引導使塗料得以平均分散至每個出料孔21,進而達成提供一種能使塗料均勻分布之塗料器的目的。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種注料塗佈器,供以與一儲料罐之嘴部結合,而該注料塗佈器,包括: 一導流基座,具依序連接之一頸段及一導流段,該嘴部係穿設於該頸段,該 導流段與該頸段接鄰之另一端為一結合端,該導流段之直徑係由與該頸端接鄰之一端至該結合端逐漸增加, 該導流段具有一導流槽,該導流槽之相對兩側分別具有一擋壁,該導流段於二該擋壁分別成形至少一卡掣凸;以及 一掀蓋,具有一出料端,該出料端係可樞轉的結合於該導流基座之該 結合端,使該掀蓋係可覆蓋於該導流基座之導流段,使該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態,該掀蓋亦可相對該導流基座旋轉,使該注料塗佈器呈現開啟之狀態,該出料端係具有複數隔排列之出料孔,該掀蓋具有一對應槽,該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時該導流槽及該對應槽形成一導流空間,該導流空間與該些出料孔連通,該掀蓋之相對兩側分別成形至少一扣部,於該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時該卡掣凸與該扣部係相互卡扣,使該掀蓋及該導流基座固定結合。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之注料塗佈器,其中,該頸段為具有一穿孔之圓錐體。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之注料塗佈器,其中,該些出料孔係等間隔的排列。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之注料塗佈器,其中,該導流槽具有一導流面,該導流面具有複數導流凸部,該對應槽內具有一對應面,該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時該對應面係面對該導流面,該對應面具有複數對應凸部,該對應凸部之位置係與該導流凸部之位置相互對應。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之注料塗佈器,其中,二個該擋壁分別具有至少一倒鉤,該掀蓋之相對兩側分別形成至少一勾部,該倒鉤係與該勾部相互卡扣。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之注料塗佈器,其中,該掀蓋之形狀與該導流基座之導流段的形狀相互對應,該掀蓋相對該出料端之一端為一窄端,該掀蓋另具有與該出料端連接之一出料段及與該窄端連接之一窄段,該扣部之數量為四,於該出料段之相對兩側分別具有一個該扣部,於該窄段之相對兩側分別具有一個該扣部,於該注料塗佈器呈現閉合之狀態時,各該扣部之位置係與各該卡掣凸之位置相互對應。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之注料塗佈器,其中,該掀蓋於相對該對應面之一面為一限止面,該掀蓋於出料端之限止面具有至少一擋止部。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之注料塗佈器,其中,該擋止部之數量為二,二個該擋止部分別位於該出料端之兩側。
