Description
本發明係關於玻璃板移除系統及方法,詳言之則係關於一種使用切割線之玻璃板移除系統及方法,其係以切割線切穿間隔設置於車輛玻璃板框架開口與玻璃板間之黏合材料,進而移除該玻璃板。
利用切割線移除諸如擋風玻璃等車輛玻璃板乃習知技術。GB 2465847即揭露此技術之一實例,其中一玻璃板移除裝置設有可安裝於擋風玻璃上之吸力元件,及一對彼此分離之捲線軸,各捲線軸可分別捲繞一段切割線。該切割線可切穿玻璃板與車輛安裝框架間之聚胺甲酸酯(PU)黏合珠。以此等技術移除玻璃板通常極為有效,且效率甚高。
本發明則提供一種經改良之技術與系統。
本發明提供一種玻璃板切除系統,其係搭配切割線使用於一車輛玻璃板之切除程序,該系統包括:一給線單元,其可容置一用以施配該切割線之線軸,該給線單元具有用以安裝該線軸的一安裝構件,使該切割線得以從該線軸釋出;及一捲線單元,其包括:至少一個用以捲繞該給線單元所施配之該切割線之線軸,該捲線單元具有用以安裝該線軸的一安裝構件,使該切割線得以在該切除程序中捲繞於該線軸上;其中該捲線單元及該給線單元的安裝構件之構型相同,各該安裝構件經設置後,可將一所述線軸以可轉動之方式安裝於該捲線單元或該給線單元上,藉此,該線軸可交替安裝於該給線單元與該捲線單元上;以及,該捲線單元及/或該給線單元尚包括一安裝構件,其可將該捲線單元及/或該給線單元安裝於該玻璃板上。
該給線單元與該捲線單元若使用相同之安裝系統,將可簡化系統之設計。
因此,根據本發明,所述線軸在該切除程序中最好係以可轉動之方式安裝於該捲線單元上,然後從該捲線單元上移除,繼而安裝於一給線單元上,以便在另一切除程序中施配已用過之切割線。
在一較佳實施例中,該捲線單元包括至少一個繞線導引元件(例如可轉動之滑輪),該繞線導引元件最好係與該捲線單元之線軸及/或該安裝構件保持距離。
在一實施例中,該捲線單元包括可捲繞該切割線之第一與第二線軸,其中該第一與第二線軸中之任一者均可交替安裝於該給線單元及該捲線單元上。
使用時,該給線單元及該捲線單元基本上係安裝於該玻璃板之正反面。
在一較佳實施例中,用於該給線單元及/或該捲線單元之安裝構件包含一吸力安裝件。
較佳者另設有一停止或阻力設計,其可停止或阻撓該給線單元釋出該切割線之動作。
在本發明之一較佳實施例中,該捲線單元上設有兩個並排之線軸,且一切割線導輪或滑輪係定位於各線軸之外側。
在一較佳實施例中,該捲線單元的一或多個線軸之安裝構件包括一棘爪設計,使所述線軸無法沿某一方向或另一方向轉動。
本發明之另一態樣則提供一線軸,其含有一段已用過之切割線,該線軸具有一安裝設計,以便安裝於一施配裝置之一安裝部分上,該施配裝置可用於一切除程序。
以下將以一特定實施例為例,並參照附圖以進一步說明本發明之內容。

第3圖以示意方式繪示本發明線軸可交替使用之特性。
請參見圖式,首先為第1至3圖,圖中繪示一專門用於切除諸如擋風玻璃等業經黏合之車輛玻璃板之切除系統。此切除系統包含一捲線單元1及一給線單元2。
捲線單元1包含一對可釋放之吸杯安裝件10、11,故能以可釋放之方式固著於擋風玻璃上。各該吸杯安裝件包含一硬質塑膠杯12及位於下方之撓性橡膠吸盤膜片13。各致動/釋放桿14使吸力能以均一方式施用及解除。此等吸力安裝件已普遍用於擋風玻璃之更換及維修。吸杯安裝件10、11係以可樞轉/傾斜之方式安裝於該捲線單元之支撐托架15上,因此,無論擋風玻璃之曲率為何,該兩安裝件10、11均能與擋風玻璃緊密接合。
支撐托架15之本體設有一對軸向捲線驅動凸座18,其係由該捲線單元上之軸承16、17加以支撐。一繞有切割線之線軸4可以可移除之方式吊掛安裝於任一驅動凸座18上。驅動凸座18可以軸向轉動之方式驅動,且驅動凸座18之驅動可利用手動捲線器以手動方式為之,或借助以馬達帶動之捲線工具或絞車等機械式致動器。在第1圖中,繞有切割線之線軸4係吊掛於左側之驅動凸座18,但亦可從該左側驅動凸座移除,並以可轉動之方式安裝於右側之驅動凸座。驅動凸座18設有可容置公驅動工具之母插座19(方孔)。
以低摩擦係數塑膠製成之切割線導引滑輪8、9係分別定位於所述線軸之外側。該等滑輪經安裝後可分別繞其轉軸轉動。當切割線跨越該等導引滑輪並沿該等滑輪之切線方向拉動時,該等滑輪將隨之轉動,詳見下文之說明。線軸4係由對應之棘爪機構固持,故僅可沿單一方向轉動。各棘爪機構均包括棘爪超控件,使原本緊繃之切割線得以鬆弛或退繞(反向捲繞)。
參見第2、3圖,本發明係使用與GB 2465847相同之技術,亦即將捲線單元1置於車輛內側,並固著於方向盤上方之玻璃板3表面;至於給線單元2則係固著於玻璃板3之外側表面。給線單元2包括一吸力安裝件2a及一安裝件2b,其中該安裝件2b可容置線軸4,使線軸4一旦安裝於給線單元2後,可轉動並釋出切割線。
須知本發明之關鍵在於:捲線單元1及給線單元2應具有可以
相同方式安裝線軸4之構件(如捲線單元之凸座18及給線單元之安裝件2b),使線軸4可交替安裝於捲線單元1及給線單元2上。該等可以相同方式安裝線軸4之構件可具有多種型態,凡熟習此項技術者均可輕易想見。
本發明使切割線(無論用過與否)可從給線單元2之線軸4釋出,而後再以安裝於捲線單元1上之相同線軸4捲收。之後,可將捲線單元1上、繞有該切割線之線軸4移除,並重新安裝於給線單元2上以施配該切割線。
使用時,本發明之操作方式大致類似於GB 2465847所述之操作程序。如GB 2465847所述,切割線41於切割前係纏繞於玻璃板之外側邊緣。給線單元之線軸4可自由轉動,以便在切割線承受一定大小之張力時釋出切割線。在該線軸釋出切割線之過程中,可利用一小段膠帶提供阻力。除膠帶外,亦可改用或併用其他停止裝置(基本上為提供阻力或摩擦力之裝置)。
切割時,若出現過大阻力(來自堅硬或大型PU黏合珠),給線單元2可將切割線放鬆,並以滑動方式切穿PU黏合珠。使用者須於切割程序中移動該捲線單元,使其從擋風玻璃之一側移至另一側,並重新固著於擋風玻璃上。在調整捲線單元1之位置前,須將支撐線軸4之捲線單元凸座18之棘爪鬆開,使切割線得以在線軸4從玻璃板之一側移至另一側之過程中從線軸4釋出。之後再令棘爪重新咬合,並再度操作線軸4以捲收切割線。
本發明不僅提供線切系統之優點,更具有線軸4可交替安裝於給線單元2與捲線單元1之重大優點,使切割線得以重複使用,如此一來便不需在捲線單元完成收線後,又特意將切割線拉出備用。

Claims (9)
- 一種玻璃板切除系統,其係搭配一切割線使用於一車輛玻璃板之切除程序,該系統包括:一給線單元,其可容置一用以施配該切割線之線軸,該給線單元具有用以安裝該線軸的一安裝構件,使該切割線得以從該線軸釋出;及一捲線單元,其包括:至少一個用以捲繞該給線單元所施配之該切割線之線軸,該捲線單元具有用以安裝該線軸的一安裝構件,使該切割線得以在該切除程序中捲繞於該線軸上;其中該捲線單元及該給線單元的安裝構件之構型相同,各該安裝構件經設置後,可將一所述線軸以可轉動之方式安裝於該捲線單元或該給線單元上,藉此,該線軸可交替安裝於該給線單元與該捲線單元上;以及,該捲線單元及/或該給線單元尚包括一安裝構件,其可將該捲線單元及/或該給線單元安裝於該玻璃板上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該捲線單元包括至少一個繞線導引元件,該繞線導引元件係與該捲線單元之所述線軸及/或所述安裝構件保持距離。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該捲線單元包括可捲繞該切割線之第一與第二線軸,其中該第一與第二線軸中之任一者均可交替安裝於該給線單元及該捲線單元上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該給線單元及該捲線單元係安裝於該玻璃板之正反面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中用於該給線單元及/或該捲線單元之安裝構件包含一吸力安裝件。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中設有一停止或阻力設計,其可停止或阻撓該給線單元釋出該切割線之動作。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項之系統,其中該繞線導引元件包含一導輪或滑輪,該導輪或滑輪係以可相對於該捲線單元而轉動之方式安裝。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之系統,其中該捲線單元上設有兩個並排之線軸,且一切割線導輪或滑輪係定位於各該線軸之外側。
