Abstract

Description
本发明涉及玻璃面板(glazing panel)除去系统和方法,并且特别地涉及使用切割丝(cutting wire)以便通过切穿介于交通工具玻璃面板框架开口和玻璃面板之间的结合材料来除去玻璃面板的玻璃面板除去系统和方法。
使用切割丝以除去交通工具玻璃面板例如挡风玻璃的技术是已知的。GB 2465847中公开了示例性的技术,其中玻璃面板除去设备设置有用于安装在挡风玻璃上的吸盘和一对隔开的卷绕器线轴,每个卷绕器线轴用于卷入一段切割丝。该丝割穿定位在玻璃面板和交通工具安装框架之间的聚氨酯(PU)结合压条(bonding bead)。这类技术在除去玻璃面板中通常极其有效和高效。
现在,已经设计了改进的技术和系统。
根据本发明,提供了在切除交通工具玻璃面板切除过程中与切割丝一起使用的玻璃面板切除系统,该系统包括:
丝分配器单元,用于接纳用于分配切割丝的线轴,该分配器单元具有用于安装线轴的装置,使切割丝能够从线轴放出;以及
卷绕器单元,其包括:
至少一个线轴,其用于卷绕从分配器分配的切割丝,该卷绕器单元具有用于安装线轴的装置,使切割丝能够在切除过程期间被卷绕到线轴上;
其中,线轴配置为可交换地安装在分配器单元和卷绕器单元二者上。
优选的是,卷绕器单元和分配器单元包括布置为将线轴可旋转地安装在对应的卷绕器单元或分配器单元上的安装座。这可以是布置为将线轴可旋转地安装在对应的卷绕器单元或分配器单元上的通用构造的安装座。用于分配器单元和卷绕器单元二者的通用的安装座系统简化了系统设计。
以可选的方面来看,本发明提供了使用切割丝将玻璃面板从交通工具中的框架除去的方法,其中在切除过程期间,切割丝被卷绕在卷绕器单元的线轴上,并且随后线轴从卷绕器单元被除去,并且用于在随后的时间在另外的切除过程中分配(已经卷绕在线轴上的)切割丝。这使切割丝能够被重复使用。
因此,根据本发明,线轴优选地在切割过程期间被可旋转地安装在卷绕器单元上,并且随后被除去,并且(稍后)被安装在分配器单元上,以在另外的切除过程期间分配已经用过的切割丝。
优选的是,卷绕器单元和/或分配器单元还包括用于将卷绕器单元安装在玻璃面板上的安装座结构。
在优选的实施方案中,卷绕器单元包括至少一个丝环绕导引元件(例如,可旋转滑轮),该导引元件优选地与卷绕器线轴和/或安装座装置隔开。
在一个实施方案中,卷绕器单元包括用于卷绕切割丝的第一线轴和第二线轴,其中第一线轴和第二线轴中的每一个能够可交换地安装在分配器单元和卷绕器单元两者上。
通常,在使用中,分配器单元和卷绕器单元被安装到玻璃面板的相反的面。
在优选的实施方案中,用于分配器单元和/或卷绕器单元的安装座装置包括吸附底座。
可以有益地提供制动或阻力结构,以制动或阻碍丝从分配器单元的放出。
在本发明的一个优选的实现中,两个卷绕器线轴以并排的排列方式布置在卷绕器单元上,并且对应的丝导引轮或滑轮在每个对应的卷绕器线轴的外部定位。
在优选的实施方案中,卷绕器单元线轴或线轴安装座包括棘轮结构,该棘轮结构禁止线轴在一个方向或另外的方向的旋转。
根据另一个方面,本发明提供了包含一段已经使用过的切割丝的线轴,该线轴具有安装座结构,该安装座结构用于安装在用于在切除过程中使用的分配器设备的安装座部分上。

参照附图,并且首先参照图1至图4,示出了特别地在切除结合的交通工具玻璃面板例如挡风玻璃中使用的切除系统。该切除系统包括卷绕器单元1和丝分配器单元2。
卷绕器单元1包括使卷绕器单元能够可释放地固定到挡风玻璃的一对可释放的吸杯式底座10、11。吸杯式底座包括刚性的塑料杯12和下方的柔性橡胶裙膜13。对应的致动/释放杠杆14使一致的吸附能够被施加和释放。这类吸杯式底座通常用在挡风玻璃的更换和修理技术中。吸杯式底座10、11枢转地/可倾斜地安装到卷绕器单元的支撑托架15,以确保底座10、11二者能够与挡风玻璃以良好的接合定位,尽管挡风玻璃存在曲率。
支撑托架15的主体承载了一对轴向的卷绕驱动凸台18,其支撑在设置在卷绕器单元上的轴承16、17中。卷绕在线轴4上的丝具备安装能力,以可除去地下悬吊式地安装到对应的驱动凸台18中的任一个上。驱动凸台18或者通过手动卷绕器手动地或者利用机械式致动器例如电动卷绕或缠绕工具被轴向旋转地驱动。在图1中,卷绕在线轴4上的丝被示出为以下悬吊方式地处在左手边的驱动凸台18上,但是能够从左手边的驱动凸台被除去,并且被用于旋转地安装在右手边的驱动凸台上。驱动凸台18设置有用于接纳阳驱动工具的阴插座19(正方形孔)。
由低摩擦塑性材料制造的对应的丝导引滑轮8、9在卷绕器线轴的外部定位。滑轮安装成可围绕对应的旋转轴旋转。如将描述的,导引滑轮在切割丝被切向地牵拉经过滑轮时旋转。卷绕器线轴4、5通过对应的棘轮机构被保持为只以一个方向(每个以相反方向)旋转。每个机构包括棘轮超驰控制装置(ratchet override),允许松弛或者解绕(反向卷绕)先前被拉紧的丝。
与GB 2465847中公开的技术相同,并且如图2中所示的,卷绕器单元1在交通工具的内部被固定到方向盘上方的玻璃面板3的表面。丝分配器设备或单元2固定到玻璃面板3的外部表面。分配器设备2包括吸盘式底座2a和安装座2b,安装座2b配置为以如下方式接纳线轴4,即当线轴4可操作地与分配器设备2一起安装时,线轴4可被旋转以从线轴4放出切割丝。
将理解的是,本发明的关键在于卷绕器单元1和分配器设备2应当具有用于通用地安装线轴4、允许线轴4可交换地安装在卷绕器单元1和分配器设备2二者上的装置(卷绕器单元凸台18和分配器安装座2b)。通过其可以实现通用的安装的装置将是多样的,并且本领域技术人员是容易地可实现的。
本发明使丝(新的或用过的)能够从分配器设备2上的线轴4放出,并且随后被收集在安装在卷绕器单元1上的相同的线轴4上。随后,卷绕器单元4上的线轴4上的已收集的丝可被除去,并且线轴适合在分配器设备2上分配职责。
在使用中,该操作大致类似于在GB 2465847中所描述的操作顺序。如在GB 2465847中所公开的,在切割之前,丝41环绕玻璃面板的外部周界边缘。在所需强度的张力被施加到丝上时,自由旋转的分配器线轴4将丝从分配器线轴放出。胶带片可以用于为丝从线轴的放出提供阻力。其它的制动设备(通常是提供阻力或摩擦力的设备)可以作为粘合片的补充或者替代物来使用。
在切割期间,如果由牢固的或大型的PU粘合剂压条产生了过大的阻力,则丝能够从分配器设备2脱落并且滑动和切割经过PU粘合剂。在切割过程期间,卷绕器单元移动经过挡风玻璃到达另一侧并被重新固定到挡风玻璃。在重新定位单元1之前,承载了卷绕器线轴4的卷绕器凸台19的棘轮被释放,以在单元1移动经过玻璃面板被重新定位时,允许丝从线轴4被卷出。棘轮随后被重新接合,并且线轴4再次被操作以将丝卷入。
本发明提供了丝切割系统的益处,但是具有由于线轴可交换地安装到分配器单元2和卷绕器单元1上使得切割丝能够被重复使用的明显益处。这避免了将丝收集在卷绕器单元上之后,从卷绕器单元解绕该丝的必要。
Claims (15)
1.一种玻璃面板切除系统,在切除交通工具玻璃面板切除过程中与切割丝一起使用,所述系统包括:
丝分配器单元,其用于接纳用于分配切割丝的线轴,所述分配器单元具有用于安装所述线轴的装置,使切割丝能够从所述线轴放出;以及
卷绕器单元,所述卷绕器单元包括:
至少一个线轴,其用于卷绕从所述分配器分配的切割丝,所述卷绕器单元具有用于安装所述线轴的装置,使切割丝能够在所述切除过程期间卷绕到所述线轴上;
其中,所述线轴配置为可交换地安装在所述分配器单元和所述卷绕器单元二者上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述卷绕器单元和所述分配器单元包括安装座,所述安装座布置为将所述线轴可旋转地安装在对应的卷绕器单元或分配器单元上。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述卷绕器单元和所述分配器单元包括通用构造的安装座,所述通用构造的安装座布置为将所述线轴可旋转地安装在对应的卷绕器单元或分配器单元上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述卷绕器单元和/或所述分配器单元还包括用于将所述卷绕器单元安装在所述玻璃面板上的安装座结构。
5.根据任一前述权利要求所述的系统,其中,所述卷绕器单元包括至少一个丝环绕导引元件,所述环绕导引元件与所述卷绕器线轴和/或所述安装座装置隔开。
6.根据任一前述权利要求所述的系统,其中,所述卷绕器单元包括用于卷绕所述切割丝的第一线轴和第二线轴,其中所述第一线轴和所述第二线轴中的每一个能够可交换地安装在所述分配器单元和所述卷绕器单元二者上。
7.根据任一前述权利要求所述的系统,其中,所述分配器单元和所述卷绕器单元安装到所述玻璃面板的相反的面。
