包括冷凝水、水及已知製冷劑的各種不同冷卻流體可在冷卻構件42中循環並且用於冷卻電子組件。此外,各種不同冷卻系統可用於冷卻從冷卻構件42離開之冷卻流體。
冷卻構件42冷卻用於為HVAC系統之馬達供能的VSD 26中之模組。模組可以密封關係連接至冷卻構件42。施加至冷卻構件42之冷卻流體可為流經閉合迴路中的冷卻構件42及換熱器之水。在將水再引入至冷卻構件42前,換熱器冷卻該水。換熱器可為管殼式換熱器並且來自HVAC系統的冷卻塔之水可用於冷卻施加至冷卻構件42之水。

參照圖7-9,展示示範性冷卻歧管50。多個埠58沿著水平歧管區段54及垂直歧管區段56定位。埠58之數量及位置可取決於應用變化,例如開關40之數量及其在框架52內之位置。角托架66沿水平歧管區段54提供以用於開關40之附接。末端托架68位於水平歧管區段54及垂直歧管區段56之末端以用於分別在終端板72及底座76處附接至框架區段52。輔助角托架70亦可附接至鄰近垂直歧管區段56與水平歧管區段58之交點的歧管50,以用於將歧管50連接至內部框架構件78。
在使用相同空間作為用於冷卻流體之導管的同時,歧管50將結構性支撐提供至框架52及開關40。雙重目的之歧管提供在VSD 26內的額外有效空間並且減少連接冷卻構件42與冷卻流體之源頭所需軟管的量。

Claims (20)

  16. 如請求項15之冷卻系統,其中該歧管進一步包含與至少一個水平構件部分呈流體連通之至少一個垂直構件部分。
  17. 如請求項16之冷卻系統,其中該至少一個電力電子模組安裝在該水平構件部分上。
  18. 如請求項15之冷卻系統,其中該歧管由一非腐蝕材料製造。
  19. 如請求項18之冷卻系統,其中該非腐蝕材料為不銹鋼。
  20. 如請求項15之冷卻系統,其中該歧管進一步包含用於將 該歧管安裝至該框架之數個末端托架。
