Description

矽膠槍推件及矽膠槍
本發明係有關於一種矽膠槍推件及矽膠槍。
按，請參閱圖1為習知矽膠槍結構，主要由槍體10、限位件11、彈性部12及承托架13所構成，槍體10與限位件11相互卡扣固定，槍體10具有推桿14，彈性部12與承托架13穿設於推桿14，推桿14末端設有推擠矽膠罐內矽膠之推動件，該推動件乃由連結於推桿14之圓形推盤15與圓推片16所構成，推動件組合將六角螺母17裝設於圓推片16底面的六角型卡槽，藉由手工具(如鈑手、虎鉗)鎖固推桿14，並將圓推片16以十字鈑手鎖合使推盤15、推手予以結合一體。然而習知結構具有以下之缺點：(1)安裝組合需要手工具協助，且六角螺母17體積小容易滑落，故組裝時不方便。(2)圓推片16大多以塑膠(ABS、PP、PE)製成，可以理解到以十字鈑手鎖緊六角螺母17若施力太大可能造成推片16碎裂之問題，導致無法擠出矽膠罐內的矽膠。
因此，有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之矽膠槍推件及矽膠槍，以解決上述之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種矽膠槍推件及矽膠槍，可依據軟性或硬性包裝之矽膠容器，簡單地以徒手直接與一推板進行拆裝，方便快速。
為達成上述目的，本發明提供一種矽膠槍推件，供組接於一矽膠槍之一推桿前端之一推板，包括：一插卡部，包括一容置空間及一凸設於該容置空間週邊之卡唇，該卡唇界定一卡口，該卡口與該容置空間共同朝一側向開放形成一開放端；一抵推部，於一第一方向上與該插卡部相對設置，供抵推一設於該矽膠槍中之矽膠容器；其中，當該推板置入該容置空間時，該第一方向概平行該推桿之一長度方向，該推桿之前端移入該卡口且該卡唇與該推板於該第一方向上相卡抵。
為達成上述目的，本發明另提供一種矽膠槍，包括一如上所述的矽膠槍推件，另包括：一槍體，供容置一矽膠容器；一推桿，可移動地設於該槍體，該推桿之一前端設有一供朝該矽膠容器推送之推板。
以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣，然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇，合先敘明。
請參考圖2至5，其顯示本發明之一較佳實施例，本發明之矽膠槍推件3供組接於一矽膠槍2之一推桿21前端之一推板22，該矽膠槍推件3包括一插卡部31及一抵推部32。
該插卡部31包括一容置空間311及一凸設於該容置空間311週邊之卡唇312，該卡唇312概為ㄇ形且其截面概呈L形，該卡唇312界定一相對於該容置空間311縮減之卡口313且設有至少一連通該卡口313之缺口313a，該卡口313與該容置空間311共同朝一側向開放形成一可供該推板22插入該容置空間311之開放端314，此結構允許相當程度的變形。該抵推部32於一第一方向上與該插卡部31相對設置，供抵推一設於該矽膠槍中之矽膠容器。其中，當該推板22置入該容置空間311時，該第一方向概平行該推桿21之一長度方向，該矽膠槍推件3不被該推桿21穿過，該推桿21之前端移入該卡口313且該卡唇312與該推板22於該第一方向上相卡抵。藉此，該矽膠槍推件3可直接經由該開放端314徑向地自該容置空間311中移出，可依據軟性或硬性包裝之矽膠容器而選擇是否於該推板22上組接該矽膠槍推件3，其中該矽膠槍推件3與該推板22可輕易地徒手拆裝。
較佳地，該插卡部31另包括一設於該開放端314之卡件315，該卡件315背向該抵推部32地凸設至少一卡凸316，該至少一卡凸316可於該側向上與被設於該容置空間311中之該推板22相卡抵，確保該推板22不會隨意脫出。該插卡部31於該卡件315背向該開放端314之一側處形成有一空槽317，進一步說，該插卡部31與該抵推部32之間可設有一環槽318，該空槽317可為該環槽318一部分。沿該第一方向觀之該卡件315之相對二側開設有剖槽319，如此該卡件315可彈性變形而允許該推板22進出該容置空間311。該插卡部31可另包括一位於該容置空間311之底部的抵面310，該抵面310之一中間部位朝該插卡部31凹陷，該抵面310供抵推該推板22，凹陷的該中間部位可閃避該推桿21之前端(例如一供鎖固該推板之螺帽)而不干涉。
該抵推部32包括一推頭321及一環設於該推頭321之弧凹面322，該推頭321開設有複數孔洞323，該弧凹面322輻射地開設有複數剖溝324。詳細地說，該推頭321沿該第一方向開設有該複數孔洞323，該複數剖溝324連通該環槽318且開放於該弧凹面322之一末端緣，該抵推部32另包括一環設於該推頭321與該推頭321之間的減料部325（例如設一環溝槽），沿垂直該第一方向之方向觀之該推頭321超出及該等孔洞323之開口位於該弧凹面322的末端緣之外。該複數孔洞323可使該抵推部32輕量化且降低收縮變形，該複數剖溝324與該減料部325可允許抵推部32適當內縮或外擴，以適用不同尺寸之矽膠槍或矽膠容器。該抵推部32a之中間部位可為一凹陷（如圖7）；或該推頭321a亦可形成為圓錐體（如圖8）亦可。
本發明另提供一種矽膠槍2，該矽膠槍2包括一如上所述的矽膠槍推件3、一槍體23及一推桿21。該槍體23供容置一矽膠容器5。該推桿21可移動地設於該槍體23，該推桿21之一前端設有一供朝該矽膠容器5推送之推板22。使用上，每按壓一次一樞設於該槍體23後端之操作柄24，可帶動推桿21前移而使該推板22前擠該矽膠容器5，該矽膠容器5中之矽膠即受壓擠出。然，該矽膠槍之推桿亦可為電動驅動而不設有操作柄。
當該矽膠容器5a係為硬殼包裝時，該硬殼51a不變形，可直接利用該推板22推擠該活塞52而擠出矽膠（如圖6）；當該矽膠容器5係為軟材包裝時，該軟材51會變形，此時僅需徒手將該矽膠槍推件3卡裝至該推板22，該矽膠槍推件3之抵推部32即對應該槍體23之容室尺寸，故可順利推擠該矽膠容器5而擠出矽膠（如圖5）。
綜上，本發明之矽膠槍推件可依據軟性或硬性包裝之矽膠容器，簡單地以徒手直接與該推板進行拆裝，方便快速。
綜上所述，本發明之整體結構設計、實用性及效益上，確實是完全符合產業上發展所需，且所揭露之結構發明亦是具有前所未有的創新構造，所以其具有「新穎性」應無疑慮，又本發明可較之習知結構更具功效之增進，因此亦具有「進步性」，其完全符合我國專利法有關發明專利之申請要件的規定，乃依法提起專利申請，並敬請　鈞局早日審查，並給予肯定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種矽膠槍推件，供組接於一矽膠槍之一推桿前端之一推板，包括：一插卡部，包括一容置空間及一凸設於該容置空間週邊之卡唇，該卡唇界定一卡口，該卡口與該容置空間共同朝一側向開放形成一可供該推板插入該容置空間之開放端；一抵推部，於一第一方向上與該插卡部相對設置，供抵推一設於該矽膠槍中之矽膠容器；其中，當該推板置入該容置空間時，該第一方向概平行該推桿之一長度方向，該矽膠槍推件不被該推桿穿過，該推桿之前端移入該卡口且該卡唇與該推板於該第一方向上相卡抵；其中，該矽膠槍推件可直接經由該開放端徑向地自該容置空間中移出。
  2. 如請求項1所述的矽膠槍推件，其中該插卡部另包括一設於該開放端之卡件，該卡件背向該抵推部地凸設至少一卡凸，該至少一卡凸可於該側向上與被設於該容置空間中之該推板相卡抵。
  3. 如請求項1所述的矽膠槍推件，其中該插卡部於該卡件背向該開放端之一側處形成有一空槽，沿該第一方向觀之該卡件之相對二側開設有剖槽。
  4. 如請求項1所述的矽膠槍推件，其中該插卡部與該抵推部之間設有一環槽。
  5. 如請求項1所述的矽膠槍推件，其中該插卡部另包括一位於該容置空間之底部的抵面，該抵面之一中間部位朝該插卡部凹陷。
  6. 如請求項1所述的矽膠槍推件，其中該抵推部包括一推頭及一環設於該推頭之弧凹面。
  7. 如請求項6所述的矽膠槍推件，其中該推頭開設有複數孔洞。
  8. 如請求項6所述的矽膠槍推件，其中該弧凹面輻射地開設有複數剖溝。
  9. 如請求項6所述的矽膠槍推件，其中該卡唇概為ㄇ形且設有至少一連通該卡口之缺口，該插卡部與該抵推部之間設有一環槽，該卡件背向該抵推部地凸設至少一卡凸，該至少一卡凸可於該側向上與被設於該容置空間中之該推板相卡抵，沿該第一方向觀之該卡件之相對二側開設有剖槽，該推頭沿該第一方向開設有複數孔洞，該弧凹面輻射地開設有連通該環槽且開放於該弧凹面之一末端緣之複數剖溝，該抵推部另包括一環設於該推頭與該推頭之間的減料部，沿垂直該第一方向之方向觀之該推頭超出及該等孔洞之開口位於該弧凹面的末端緣之外。
  10. 一種矽膠槍，包括一如請求項1至9任一項所述的矽膠槍推件，另包括：一槍體，供容置一矽膠容器；一推桿，可移動地設於該槍體，該推桿之一前端設有一供朝該矽膠容器推送之推板。
