Description

一體式電腦
本發明係關於一種一體式電腦,尤指一種具有觸控屏之一體式電腦。
一體式電腦係將主機與顯示幕整合於一起之電腦,相對於一般之桌上型電腦,一體式電腦之優勢主要在於:節省空間、連線簡化,使用起來簡單方便,且造型美觀,優化家居設計。
但因為一體式電腦之電路板通常裝設於顯示幕之後側,顯示幕與電路板均散發較多之熱量,往往導致一體式電腦散熱不佳。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種散熱較好之一體式電腦。
一種一體式電腦,包括底座與轉動安裝於該底座上之顯示器,該底座包括第一支撐片和與該第一支撐片傾斜相連之第二支撐片,該第一支撐片與該顯示器樞轉連接,該第二支撐片支撐於工作台上,一電路板裝設於該第一支撐片上。
相較於習知技術,上述一體式電腦之電路板裝設於底座上,散熱較好。

請參閱圖1與圖2,本發明之一較佳實施例中,一種一體式電腦10包括一顯示器20與一底座30,該顯示器20藉由一轉軸60可轉動地固定於底座30上。
該顯示器20包括一前側21與一背側22,前側21上裝設了一顯示幕,於一實施例中,該顯示幕為一觸控屏;背側22上凸設了一安裝塊221,安裝塊221外側之輪廓為圓弧形,安裝塊221中開設了一樞轉孔223,顯示器20之底側邊緣201設有複數防滑墊202。
該底座30包括一第一支撐片31與一第二支撐片32,第一支撐片31與第二支撐片32連接在一起並形成“V”形,第一支撐片31與第二支撐片32之間之連接部分為圓弧形之過渡部,其上設有防滑部39。
第一支撐片31包括一不與第二支撐片32連接之自由端301,自由端301之中部對應安裝塊221開設了第一缺口316,第一缺口316之兩側設有兩第一卡扣317,自由端301之兩側設有垂直連接於第一支撐片31上之一對耳片314,每一耳片314上開設了一固定孔315;第一支撐片31上設有複數鎖固孔311。
第二支撐片32未連接第一支撐片31之一端之兩側分別裝設了一防 滑件323。
一電路板50可固定於第一支撐片31上,該電路板50對應第一支撐片31之鎖固孔311設有複數通孔51,電路板50上設有複數介面52,複數連接線54連接到該等介面52上。
一蓋板70可蓋於該第一支撐片31上,蓋板70包括一遮擋板71與傾斜連接於遮擋板71兩側邊緣之一對側板75,遮擋板71與該對側板75共同圍成一容置空間76,該容置空間76之下側未封閉而形成一開口761;蓋板70之上側設有兩相互分離之卡扣部701,卡扣部701對應底座30之第一卡扣317設有第二卡扣702,兩卡扣部701之間為一第二缺口72。
請一併參閱圖1至圖5,組裝時,將轉軸60插入顯示器20之樞轉孔223中,然後移動顯示器20將安裝塊221容置於第一支撐片31之第一缺口316中,將轉軸60之兩端固定到第一支撐片31之兩耳片314之兩固定孔315中,從而將轉軸60與底座30固定於一起,底座30與轉軸60一起相對顯示器20轉動。
然後將電路板50之通孔51與第一支撐片31之鎖固孔311對齊,複數鎖固件90穿過通孔51而固定到鎖固孔311上從而將電路板50固定到第一支撐片31上;然後將蓋板70之側板75放置到第一支撐片31上,將顯示器20之安裝塊221容置於蓋板70之第二缺口72中,將第二卡扣702卡扣到第一支撐片31之第一卡扣317上,從而將蓋板70固定到第一支撐片31上,電路板50容置於容置空間76中,連接線54從開口761中伸出。
該一體式電腦10可被放置於一第一工作位置或第二工作位置之間 ,請參閱圖4,於第一工作位置,底座30之第二支撐片32放置於工作台上,顯示器20轉動固定於底座30之第一支撐片31上,並可調整顯示角度。請參閱圖5,於第二工作位置,底座30相對顯示器20轉動而讓第一支撐片31上之蓋板70與顯示器20之背側22貼合,顯示器20與第二支撐片32之間呈“V”形,第二支撐片32之防滑件323與顯示器20底側邊緣201之防滑墊202支撐於工作台上,從而將顯示器20傾斜支撐於工作台上,於該第二工作位置,用戶可方便地觸控該顯示器20。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種一體式電腦,包括底座與轉動安裝於該底座上之顯示器,該底座包括第一支撐片和與該第一支撐片傾斜相連之第二支撐片,該第一支撐片與該顯示器樞轉連接,該第二支撐片支撐於工作台上,一電路板裝設於該第一支撐片上,第一支撐片與第二支撐片之間之連接部分為圓弧形之過渡部,該过渡部上設有防滑部,該顯示器之一底側邊緣設有複數防滑墊,該底座相對該顯示器轉動而讓該第一支撐片與該顯示器之背側貼合,該过渡部上之防滑部與該顯示器之防滑墊支撐於工作台上。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一體式電腦,其中該第一支撐板上設有複數鎖固孔,該電路板上設有複數通孔,複數鎖固件鎖固到通孔與鎖固孔中從而將該電路板鎖固到該第一支撐板上。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一體式電腦,其中一蓋板固定於該第一支撐片上而遮蔽該電路板。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之一體式電腦,其中該蓋板包括一遮擋板和傾斜連接於遮擋板兩側邊緣之一對側板,該遮擋板與該對側板共同圍成一容置該電路板之容置空間,該對側板放置於該第一支撐板上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之一體式電腦,其中該容置空間之下側未封閉而形成一開口,該電路板上設有介面,連接線穿過該開口而連接到該介面。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一體式電腦,其中該顯示器包括一背側,一安裝塊凸設於該背側上,該安裝塊設有一樞轉孔,一轉軸可轉動地容置與該樞轉孔中,該轉軸固定到該第一支撐板上。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之一體式電腦,其中該第一支撐板上開設了一 容置該安裝塊之第一缺口,該第一支撐片上設有一對耳片,每一耳片設有一固定孔,該轉軸之兩端固定於該對耳片之固定孔中。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之一體式電腦,其中該第一缺口之兩側設有兩第一卡扣,一蓋板包括兩卡扣部,每一卡扣部設有一第二卡扣,該第二卡扣卡扣到該第一卡扣上而將該蓋板固定到該第一支撐片上。
