Description
本發明是關於一種無氣噴灑尖端(airless spray tip)。

於諸如圖1所示先前技術之可逆的尖端總成10中,可旋轉圓柱體12包含習知設計之噴灑尖端14。死區16係位於尖端14及由滾珠20及閥座22所組成的關閉閥18之間。O型環密封件24係位在該死區16中,並可儲存能量及釋放該能量。當暴露至典型的無氣噴灑壓力、典型為2000-3000磅/平方英吋時,密封件24係可壓縮的。雖然任何材料係在理論上可壓縮的,如在此中所使用者,該名詞指示當暴露至此等壓力時大體上可被壓縮及釋放的材料。金屬及類似材料於其普通形式中不被考慮為可壓縮的。

圖2中,尖端總成100包含帽蓋102和可旋轉圓柱體112。帽蓋102包含第一徑向孔104、環狀槽106和肩部108。在圖2所示的尖端總成100中,可旋轉圓柱體112包含第一軸向孔113。圓柱體112另包括尖端114和套筒115,且圓柱體112位於死區116之一端。圓柱體112另包括肩部117,其伸入第一軸向孔113。關閉閥118包括滾珠120,附著於致動機構121、閥座122,和座支撐件

Claims (5)
- 一種可逆無氣噴灑尖端總成,包括:帽蓋,具有第一徑向孔;可旋轉圓柱體,設置在該第一徑向孔內,該可旋轉圓柱體具有穿過其中的第一軸向孔及突進該第一軸向孔的肩部;噴灑尖端,具有尖端、環狀突出部及噴灑噴口,該噴灑尖端設置在該第一軸向孔內以該環狀突出部抵靠著該肩部;套筒,具有穿過其中的第二軸向孔,該套筒設置在該第一軸向孔內在該噴灑尖端的上游且抵靠著該噴灑尖端,以該第二軸向孔對齊該噴灑噴口;關閉機構,設置在該可旋轉圓柱體的帽蓋上游內,該關閉機構包括:座支撐件,具有上游端、下游端、穿過其中的第三軸向孔及自該上游端突起的環狀凸緣以在該座支撐件的該上游端界定環狀凹陷,該下游端鄰近於該可旋轉圓柱體及該套筒;閥座,具有穿過其中的第四軸向孔,該閥座設置在該座支撐件的該環狀凹陷內;以及滾珠,附著於致動機構,當該噴灑尖端關閉時該滾珠嚙合該閥座,當噴灑尖端開啟時該滾珠從該閥座脫離;以及死區,由該第二軸向孔、該第三軸向孔及該第四軸向 孔所界定;其中,將可壓縮材料從該死區消除使得當該噴灑尖端關閉時自該死區吐出的流體最小化。
- 如專利申請範圍第1項的可逆無氣噴灑尖端總成,其中,環狀密封件係徑向朝外設置於該座支撐件且固定於該座支撐件及該帽蓋之間。
- 如專利申請範圍第2項的可逆無氣噴灑尖端總成,其中,該帽蓋包括環狀溝,該環狀密封件設置在該環狀溝內。
- 如專利申請範圍第1項的可逆無氣噴灑尖端總成,其中,該座支撐件的直徑大於該套筒的直徑。
- 如專利申請範圍第1項的可逆無氣噴灑尖端總成,其中,該帽蓋包括第二肩部,該環狀凸緣抵靠著該第二肩部以將該座支撐件固定於該帽蓋及該可旋轉圓柱體之間。
