Description

連接組件及帶有該連接組件之電子裝置
本發明涉及一種連接組件及帶有該連接組件之電子裝置。
目前,大部分產品/設備的組裝都是以人工將螺絲穿過螺絲孔及螺絲柱的連接方式來固定連接的。例如,為了將電子產品中的電子連接器穩定地連接於PCB板上,其利用一蓋板壓住電子連接器並固定連接於PCB板上,以免電子連接器鬆動;一般地,在PCB板上設置若干個凸起的螺絲柱,而在蓋板相應的位置設置若干個穿孔,接著將螺絲貫穿穿孔並鎖合於螺絲柱中,進而來連接鎖定蓋板及PCB板。然而,這樣卻增加了鎖付螺絲時的組裝工時,同時需要較大的勞動人力;另外,長時間或頻繁的操作使得該螺絲滑絲而出現無法擰緊的情況,從而影響蓋板及PCB板的固定連接。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種易於組裝及拆卸的連接組件。
另外,本發明還有必要提供一種帶有上述連接組件之電子裝置。
一種連接組件,用於將第一部件與第二部件相連,其包括彈性連接體及塞體。其中,該第二部件上開設有穿孔;該彈性連接體設置於第一部件上並部分伸入到該穿孔中,且界定有一容置空間;該塞體塞設於彈性連接體的容置空間中,將該彈性連接體伸入到該穿孔中的部分撐開,而與該第二部件連接。
一種帶有連接組件之電子裝置,包括第一部件、開設有穿孔的第二部件及將第一部件與第二部件相連的連接組件。該連接組件包括彈性連接體及塞體;該彈性連接體設置於第一部件上並部分伸入到該穿孔中,且界定有一容置空間;該塞體塞設於彈性連接體的容置空間中,將該彈性連接體伸入到該穿孔中的部分撐開,而與該第二部件連接。
本發明結合彈性連接體及其塞體的配合設計實現了易於組裝及拆卸的連接組件,並提供了一種帶有該連接組件之電子裝置。
請參閱圖1,其示出了一些實施例中的電子裝置1,其包括第一部件10、第二部件20及將第一部件10與第二部件20相連的連接組件30;該連接組件30可將第一部件10及第二部件20快速地組裝及拆卸。
在本實施例中,該電子裝置1為電子產品的母板,其中,該電子產品可以為行動電話、筆記本等可擕式設備。該第一部件10可以是PCB板,該第二部件20可以是PCB板上的電子連接器裝置用蓋板。如圖所示,該電子連接器裝置40設置於第一部件10上,自下而上依次包括下連接器401、上連接器402以及泡棉403。其中,下連接器401可以為行動電話中電子連接器的母端,其焊接於PCB板上;上連接器402為與下連接器401相對應的公端,其插接於下連接器401上;泡棉403粘貼於上連接器402表面。當然,第一部件10上還可以設置有其他若干個不同的電子元器件(圖未示),如電阻、電容等。該第二部件20附貼於泡棉403表面以按壓電子連接器裝置40,從而固定住電子連接器裝置40並可起到防電磁干擾的作用,於是,在泡棉403緩衝力的作用下可盡量避免電子連接器裝置40受力不平衡而損壞。那麼,該連接組件30用於將該第一部件10與該第二部件20固定連接。
該第二部件20上開設有穿孔201;該連接組件30包括彈性連接體31以及與彈性連接體配合的塞體32。其中,該彈性連接體31設置於第一部件10上,並界定有一容置空間310;請同時參閱圖3及圖4,設置於第一部件10上的彈性連接體31部分伸入到第二部件20的穿孔201中,接著施加一外力使該塞體32塞設於彈性連接體31的容置空間310中,將該彈性連接體31伸入到穿孔201中的部分撐開,而與該第二部件20連接。於是,第一部件10與第二部件20即可快速地組裝連接。
請同時參閱圖2,該彈性連接體31在一些實施例中可焊接於第一部件10上,其設置於與第二部件20相對的第一部件10表面。該彈性連接體31包括一圓柱狀本體312及自該本體312側壁向上延伸而形成的兩個彈性臂314。故,該彈性連接體31可藉由將本體312的底部焊接或粘合於第一部件10表面來進行固定。
其中,在本實施例中,該兩個彈性臂314環繞該本體312的中心位置對稱設置而使其受力均勻,同時該兩個彈性臂314圍設而形成的容置空間即為彈性連接體31上界定的容置空間310,該容置空間310大致位於彈性連接體31的中部,其垂直於第一部件10表面且其開口相對於第二部件20設置;可以理解地,在其他實施例中,彈性臂314可不對稱地設置於本體312的側壁。彈性臂314大致呈片狀,其包括彈性部3140及卡勾3142,該彈性部3140自本體312側壁向上延伸而形成,該卡勾3142自彈性部3140遠離本體312的一端側壁上向外延伸而形成。該兩個彈性臂314的兩卡勾3142圍設而形成容置空間310的開口。當然,在其他實施例中,該彈性連接體31可包括三個或更多個彈性臂314。
塞體32大致為一圓柱狀,其包括一本體320及一手持部322,該手持部322用於用戶手持操作該塞體32。該本體320的一端為一圓臺狀的導入部3200,該導入部3200遠離本體320一端的直徑小於另一端的直徑,以便於用戶更省力地將塞體32塞設於彈性連接體31中;手持部322凸設於本體320另一端表面上。在本實施例中,自該手持部322臨近本體320一端的表面上向內凹陷形成一貫穿孔3220,該貫穿孔3220自手持部322前端向後端延伸而構成一穿孔,以便於拆卸時其對應的拆卸工具(圖未示)插入該孔3220並施加一外力於該拆卸工具上而拔出塞體32。
請同時參閱圖3及圖4,該彈性連接體31連接於第一部件10表面,且該彈性連接體31與第二部件20上的至少一穿孔201對應設置。組裝前,該彈性連接體31處於自然狀態下,該兩卡勾3142所圍成的外徑不大於穿孔201的直徑,其所圍成的內徑小於該塞體32的直徑。於是,組裝時,該彈性連接體31的兩卡勾3142即可快速地自下而上完全穿過第二部件20的穿孔201,接著將塞體32置於彈性連接體31的容置空間310上方並施加一外力於該塞體32上,以使其經過容置空間310的開口向下運動而插入容置空間310中並使該塞體32底部抵觸於彈性連接體31的本體312表面的位置;其中,塞體32在圓臺狀導入部3200的導引下更省力地經過上述開口進入兩卡勾3142所圍成的內徑而插入容置空間310中,並迫使兩彈性臂314側壁發生彈性變形向外擴展而撐開,於是帶動兩卡勾3142撐開並連接於第二部件20表面。組裝完成後,由於兩卡勾3142均向外擴展而撐開,故其所圍成的內徑及外徑均增大,此時,兩卡勾3142所圍成的外徑稍大於穿孔201的直徑而使得卡勾3142能夠卡合於第二部件20表面上。
拆卸時,用戶握住塞體32的手持部322並施加一外力使其向上移動,在外力的作用下,塞體32漸漸遠離彈性連接體31的本體312;當塞體32完全脫離彈性連接體31時,彈性連接體31亦完全脫離塞體32給彈性連接體31的力,於是彈性連接體31在彈性回復力的作用下恢復到自然狀態,這樣,第一部件10與第二部件20脫離連接;當然,用戶亦可將其對應的拆卸工具插入手持部322的貫穿孔3220而拔出塞體32。
該彈性連接體31的彈性臂314向上延伸的長度可由第一部件10與第二部件20間的距離來決定。在本實施例中,第一部件10與第二部件20間設置有突起物電子連接器裝置40,該突起物凸設於第一部件10表面;當然,該突起物亦可凸設於第二部件20表面或獨立放置於第一部件10與第二部件20之間,或第一部件10與第二部件20間無突起物,兩者之間為相互抵觸的連接方式。
在其他實施例中,該電子裝置1可以為一電子設備。請參閱圖5,其中,該電子裝置1為一主機,其第一部件10可以是主機的本體,其第二部件20可以是主機的蓋體,該連接組件30用於將主機的本體10與蓋體20固定連接便於維修時的組裝及拆卸。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種連接組件,用於將第一部件與第二部件相連,該第二部件上開設有穿孔,其改良在於,該連接組件包括:
    彈性連接體,設置於第一部件上並部分伸入到所述穿孔中,該彈性連接體界定有一容置空間;以及
    塞體,塞設於彈性連接體的容置空間中,將該彈性連接體伸入到所述穿孔中的部分撐開,而與該第二部件連接。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接組件,其中所述容置空間垂直於第一部件表面且其開口相對於第二部件設置。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接組件,其中所述彈性連接體焊接於第一部件表面。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之連接組件,其中所述彈性連接體包括一本體及至少兩彈性臂,該至少兩彈性臂自本體側壁向上延伸形成並環繞該本體設置而圍設形成所述的容置空間。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之連接組件,其中所述彈性臂大致呈片狀。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之連接組件,其中所述彈性臂包括彈性部及可卡設於第二部件上的卡勾,該彈性部自本體側壁向上延伸而形成,該卡勾自彈性部遠離本體一端的側壁上向外延伸而形成。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接組件,其中所述塞體包括一本體及一手持部,所述手持部凸設於該本體的一端。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之連接組件,其中所述手持部臨近本體的一端向內凹陷形成一貫穿孔,該貫穿孔自手持部前端向後端延伸而構成一穿孔。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之連接組件,其中所述塞體與手持部相對的另一端為一導入部,在外力的作用下導引塞體塞設於彈性連接體的容置空間中。
  10. 一種電子裝置,包括第一部件、第二部件及用於將該第一部件與該第二部件相連的至少一連接組件,其改良在於,該至少一連接組件包括申請專利範圍1~9任一項所述的連接組件。
