Description
本發明是有關於一種用於扭力分配機構,特別是一種具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構。
按,一般車輛行進而造成其一車輪打滑時,例如因地面濕滑或其他因素造成單輪空轉打滑時,另一輪也會同時失去驅動力,導致二側輪軸間之轉速差擴大,為此,後來乃有限滑差速器之裝置問世,其作用是讓輪軸在上述該情況下,不至於產生空轉或失去動力;一習知結構設計如台灣新型M404139號,乃為依申請人於先前申請之專利案,係為一種限滑差速器結構,其主要包括有一相互配合之承接盤與傳動裝置、及二相互嚙接之差速齒輪,其中,該承接盤上開設有相互連通之容穴,以供該等差速齒輪容置並相互嚙接,且該等差速齒輪分別嚙合於一與汽車輪軸連接之傳動裝置,以供該傳動裝置帶動該等差速齒輪轉動;惟,實際使用後發現,於車輪呈打滑空轉狀態時,該等差速齒輪間所流動之油液(如潤滑油)易經由各穿孔向外排流,導致該限滑差速器內油量不足,無法達二側輪軸之扭力平均分配,限滑效果實為有限。
有鑑於此,本案創作人有感於習知設計所達之限滑效果不足,於是經詳思細索下,遂憑多年相關之研發經驗,潛心研究出本創作。
因此,本發明之目的是在提供一種具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構,其可於車輛一側車輪打滑時,有效限制快速打滑輪軸的持續空轉,並將扭力分配至未打滑車輪,以維持車輛運動之牽引力。
於是,本發明具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構,其主要包括有一承接盤、二置於該承接盤上並呈相互嚙接之齒輪組、一設於該承接盤一側之接合盤、一受車輛二側輪軸帶動之傳動組,以及一設於該承接盤另一側之外套組;其中,該承接盤具有一本體及由該本體向內凹設之擋壁,而該本體二側分別開設有鄰近該本體周緣處且相互呈部份貫通之貫槽、孔槽,同時該本體之外周緣凸設有一凸緣部,而該接合盤上形成一可與該凸緣部相互卡掣之接合部,至於該外套組具有一蓋體及一由該蓋體向外延伸之連接部,而該蓋體之第一端壁面圈圍形成有一開口,至於該連接部則具有一與該蓋體的第二端壁面連接並凸伸至該蓋體內部之延伸段,以便該外套組連接至該承接盤時,該每一孔槽係與該開口連通並恰可位於鄰近該第一端壁面設置;是以,當一車輛之任一側車輪打滑空轉以超過某一額定轉速時,利用該承接盤與外套組之結構,使油液有效限制於該外套組間,避免油液洩漏現象外,配合該貫槽與孔槽呈部份貫通設計,使該油液輕易受到該等孔槽吸入並經由該貫槽回流至該等齒輪組間,使
該等齒輪組間可維持一定油量,並形成一極大之油壓背壓,以限制打滑車輪的持續空轉,進而將扭力分配至另一未打滑車輪,使車輛可保持運動之牽引力。
有關本發明之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的明白。
參閱圖1、圖2,本發明具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構3之一較佳實施例,其包含一承接盤31,二容置於該承接盤31內之齒輪組32,一設於該承接盤31一側之接合盤33,二分別與該每一齒輪組32銜接並可帶動該等齒輪組32作動之傳動組34,以及一設於該承接盤31另一側並包覆該其一傳動組34之外套組35;其中,該承接盤31係可受一車輛之動力源(圖中未示)所帶動,該承接盤31包括一本體311及一由該本體311向內凹設之擋壁312,該本體311具有分別開設於該本體311二側之貫槽3111、孔槽3112,設於該每一貫槽3111內並對應該每一孔槽3112設置之限流件3113,以及凸設於該本體311外周緣之凸緣部3114。
仍續前述,前述該每一貫槽3111係由鄰近該本體311一側之周緣處朝該擋壁312方向延伸,以呈一長槽狀延伸設置,而該每一孔槽3112係鄰近該本體311另一側之周緣處設置,以與該貫槽3111呈部份貫通,而為促進該承接盤31上之油液吸取效果,該孔槽3112
之形狀不加以限定,其可為半圓、橢圓形等形狀,在此係以半圓狀說明,而該限流件3113可為一鋼珠或其他物件,以限制油液之流向;至於,前述該擋壁312圈圍形成有二相互連通並與該等貫槽3111連接之容穴3121,且該擋壁312具有一底面3122,而該底面3122上開設分別與該等容穴3121連通之孔穴3123。
再者,該接合盤33上分別開設有對應至該等孔穴3123之穴孔331,以供該等齒輪組32恰可穿設其中,同時該接合盤33之一側更可形成有一可與該凸緣部3114相互卡掣之接合部332,以達方便穩固連接該承接盤31與該接合盤33外,更可有效避免油液向外漏流作用;又,該等齒輪組32係容置於該等容穴3121間且呈相互嚙接,而該每一齒輪組32可包括有一容置於該每一容穴3121內之主齒輪321,一與該主齒輪321結合之傳動齒輪322,以及一與該傳動齒輪322樞接之惰輪323,且該傳動齒輪322、惰輪323分別與該等傳動組34銜接;又,該等傳動組34更分別樞接至一車輛之二側輪軸4(如圖4所示),且該每一傳動組34可適時採以一內齒輪結構341與該每一齒輪組32嚙接,即可如圖中係與該每一傳動齒輪322、惰輪323相互嚙接,使該等傳動組34受該等輪軸4之帶動下,進而帶動該等齒輪組32之主齒輪321產生轉動。
配合參閱圖3,前述該外套組35具有一由一第一端壁面3511及一第二端壁面3512圈圍形成之蓋體
351,以及一由該蓋體351向外延伸之連接部352,而該蓋體351之第一端壁面3511圈圍形成有一開口3513,至於該連接部352則具有一與該蓋體351的第二端壁面3512連接並凸伸至該蓋體351內部之延伸段3521,故該外套組35連接至該承接盤31時,該每一孔槽3112恰可與該開口3513連通並鄰近該第一端壁面3511設置。
參閱圖1、圖3、圖4,將本機構3組裝至一車輛(如車輛之斜齒輪5等結構,圖中僅以簡圖示出)上後,該外套組35內係可供一油液(如潤滑油)容置,且一車輛之動力源(圖中未示)可驅動該承接盤31、接合盤33、外套組35產生同步轉動,當該車輛因地面濕滑或其他因素(如高速轉彎)造成一側車輪打滑或懸空而呈空轉時,該二側輪軸4間之轉速差會超過一額定轉速,此時該外套組35內之油液因慣性作用(如因轉彎而產生之離心力),偏往該連接部352與該蓋體351間流動,即該延伸段3521與該第一、第二端壁面3511、3512間形成之擋掣空間恰可供油液完全限制於內(如箭頭所示),有效避免油液向外漏流情事。
承接上段,當該油液限制於該外套組35內時,利用該半圓狀之孔槽3112恰可設於鄰近該第一端壁面3511位置,故該孔槽3112可輕易針對該油液予以吸入,同時配合該孔槽3112、貫槽3111呈部份貫通設置,以及該限流件3113之限制下,該油液即導入該等
貫槽3111內,再回流至該等容穴3121中,確保該等主齒輪321、傳動齒輪322、惰輪323之間隙含有一定油量外,加上該凸緣部3114、接合部332之結合設置,更有利油液不易自該等齒輪組32間洩漏,促使該等容穴3121間形成低壓或近似真空狀態,故該油液之輸油量可超出該油液之額定洩流量,亦即該孔槽3112、貫槽3111持續將該油液導入該等容穴3121間,且該油液來不及自該等主齒輪321間隙中排流,即形成一極大之背壓阻力以阻滯該油液通過,限制該等主齒輪321及該等傳動組34之轉動,進而限制輪軸4之轉動方向以避免該打滑之車輪持續空轉,此時該車輛之動力源會將動力傳送至轉速慢之輪軸4,即將扭力分配至另一未打滑車輪,使該另一未打滑之車輪獲得相當程度之扭力,俾使車輛保持運動之牽引力。
參閱圖5、圖6,本發明具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構3之另一較佳實施例,其仍包括與前一實施例相同之構件及所達目的功效,特別在於,本實施例中,該外套組35之延伸段3521上開設有複數穿孔3522,以便該外套組35連接至該承接盤31時,該每一孔槽3112與該等穿孔3522位於不同水平線上設置(如圖7所示),同時該承接盤31之本體311、每一傳動組34、以及接合盤33上亦分別開設有複數通孔31A、34A、33A,以供該油液於該機構3內相互流通;是以,倘若使用時仍有部份油液向外洩漏,該等穿孔3522之
設置可供油液由外部輸入,並可直接經由該通孔34A流至該等齒輪組32間外,同時利用該孔槽3112、穿孔3522位於不同水平線上設置,即可有效將油液限制於該外套組35內,避免向外漏油外,再鑒於該孔槽3112輕易針對該油液予以吸入,並導入該等貫槽3111、容穴3121內,加上該等通孔31A、34A、33A有利於油液在該機構3相互流通,更確保該等齒輪組32間之間隙含有一定油量,進而有效限制打滑車輪的持續空轉,並將扭力分配至未打滑車輪,以維持車輛運動之牽引力。
歸納前述,本發明具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構主要利用該承接盤與該外套組之設計,不僅有效將油液限制於該外套組內,避免向外漏油外,配合該等貫槽、孔槽呈部份貫通,使該油液可受該等孔槽吸入並回流至該等貫槽、該等齒輪組間,進而限制該打滑車輪之持續空轉,有效將扭力分配至未打滑之車輪,有利車輛保持運動之牽引力,確實達到本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為說明本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋範圍內。

Claims (5)
- 一種具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構,其包含有:一承接盤,其可受一車輛之動力源帶動,其具有一本體,以及一由該本體向內凹設之擋壁;其中,該本體具有分別開設於該本體二側之貫槽、孔槽,設於該每一貫槽內並對應該每一孔槽設置之限流件,以及一凸設於該本體外周緣之凸緣部;該每一貫槽係由鄰近該本體一側之周緣處朝該擋壁方向延伸,而該每一孔槽係鄰近該本體另一側之周緣處設置,以與該貫槽呈部份貫通,至於,該擋壁圈圍形成二相互連通且與該貫槽連接之容穴,且該擋壁具有一底面,而該底面上可開設有分別與該等容穴連通之孔穴;二容置於該等容穴間且呈相互嚙接之齒輪組;一設於該承接盤一側之接合盤,其上開設有對應至該等孔穴之穴孔,以供該等齒輪組穿設其中,同時該接合盤之一側更形成有一可與該凸緣部相互卡掣之接合部;二分別與該每一齒輪組銜接之傳動組,且該等傳動組分別樞接至一車輛之二側輪軸,以便該等傳動組受該等輪軸之帶動,進而帶動該等齒輪組產生轉動;以及一設於該承接盤另一側並可包覆該其一傳動組之外套組,且該外套組具有一由第一端壁面及第二端壁面圈圍形成之蓋體,以及一由該蓋體向外延伸之連接部,而該蓋體之第一端壁面圈圍形成有一開口,至於該連接部則具有一與該蓋體的第二端壁面連接並凸伸至該蓋體內部之延伸段,且該每一孔槽係與該開口連通並恰可位於鄰 近該第一端壁面設置。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構,其中,該連接部之延伸段上更開設有複數穿孔,以便該外套組連接至該承接盤時,該每一孔槽與該等穿孔位於不同水平線上設置,同時該承接盤之本體、每一傳動組、以及接合盤上亦分別開設有複數通孔。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構,其中,該每一齒輪組包括有一容置於該每一容穴內之主齒輪,一與該主齒輪結合之傳動齒輪,以及一與該傳動齒輪樞接之惰輪;該傳動齒輪、惰輪分別與該等傳動組銜接。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構,其中,該每一傳動組係以一內齒輪結構與該每一齒輪組嚙接。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之具自動鎖掣之扭力分配機構,其中,該孔槽係呈一半圓形狀。
