Description

習知將氣動往復活塞式泵用於抽吸各種流體。此種泵通常具有機械或氣力操作的氣閥,用以控制活塞兩側的氣流。傳統上並非監視並控制泵本身,而是監視並控制所形成的流體流動,而進行對此種泵的控制。諸如Graco的EXTREME-MIXT M 混合分配器(proportioner)等的先前技術之裝置已可為了控制之目的而監視活塞的位置。
因此,本發明之一目的在於提供一種系統,該系統可對往復氣動馬達(air motor)進行增強式監視及控制,以便可監視活塞位置、週期及流量率、總週期、失控、以及診斷有缺點的氣動馬達及泵下方組件之能力。

一磁阻感測器(magnetoresistive sensor)被設置在該氣動馬達的中心,以便精確地監視活塞位置。來自該感測器的資料加上來自該等氣閥感測器的資料提供了對該泵進行精確控制及診斷所需的輸入,且使本發明適用於量測及複數個組件的應用。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種氣動泵,具有一設有一氣閥之氣動馬達,該氣閥具有一閥座及一閥蓋,該氣動泵之改良包含:被安裝在該氣動馬達的該閥座中之一磁鐵;被安裝在該閥蓋中之第一及第二磁簧感測器,用以監視該氣閥之速度及位置;一螺線管,該螺線管具有一柱塞,且被安裝在該閥蓋上,該螺線管可將該柱塞延伸到該閥座,以便停止該氣閥的移動,且因而使該泵不會失控,以及一控制器,其計算因該氣閥的變動位置而造成的該磁簧感測器之開啟及閉合的次數,而計算該氣動馬達的運轉速率,其中該控制器將該運轉速率與一預定值比較,以便決定該氣動馬達是否處於一失控狀況,如果發生該狀況,則該控制器使該螺線管制止換向,因而停止該氣動馬達。
