Description
本發明係關於一種包含非線性聚合物之護髮組合物。
US 2007/202071揭示包含作為乳化劑之樹枝狀分子之組合物。然而,該等樹枝狀分子不能藉由其物理性質產生本發明之效益。
另外,儘管先前已有揭示在護髮組合物中之可使毛髮體積減小之樹枝狀高分子,但是本發明顯示:與彼等具有未乳化之樹枝狀高分子之組合物相比,經疏水修飾之樹枝狀高分子在併入組合物之前先乳化的組合物具有更小體積。
因此,本發明係關於一種如技術方案1之護髮組合物。
樹枝狀高分子為包含眾多端基之密集分支結構之高分子。樹枝狀聚合物包括均含有一個或多個分支點之數層或數代之重複單元。包括樹枝狀聚合物及超支化聚合物之樹枝狀聚合物係藉由具有至少兩種不同類型反應基之單體單元縮合製備。樹枝狀聚合物為高度對稱,然而稱為超支化之高分子在某一程度上可保持不對稱性,而維持了高度分支化之樹形結構。
樹枝狀高分子通常係由具有一個或多個反應活性部位之引發劑或核及許多分支層及視需要之鏈終止分子之層所組成。分支層繼續複製通常使分支多重性增加,及若可行或需要時,可增加端基數量。該等層一般稱為分支代及分支樹枝狀單元。
在一個較佳實施例中,待經疏水修飾之樹枝狀高分子為經羥基官能化之樹枝狀高分子及更佳為包含聚酯單元之樹枝狀高分子。
合適之物質在SE 468 771中有描述,其揭示一種由具有至少一個羥基之引發劑組成之高分子,在該引發劑中添加至少一個分支代,其包含具有至少一個羧基及至少兩個羥基之至少一種增鏈劑。
其他合適之物質在SE 503 342中有描述,其中該高分子大體上係由至少具有一個環氧基之核組成,在該核中添加至少一個分支代,其包含至少一種具有至少三個反應活性官能團之增鏈劑,其中該等官能團中至少一個為羧基或環氧基及至少一個為羥基。
該等物質亦稱為多元聚酯醇或超分支化聚醇。較佳而言,該等物質中每個高分子具有至少八個,更佳至少十六個,最佳至少三十二個之終端羥基。其分子量較佳為至少800,更佳為至少1600,最佳為至少2500克/莫耳。
該等物質可以商標名BOLTORN購自瑞典之Perstorp AB(SE-284 80 Perstorp,Sweden)。該等物質之實例為BOLTORN H10、BOLTORN H20、BOLTORN H30及BOLTORN H40,其中較佳為BOLTORN H30及BOLTORN H40。
若聚合物之分支代數量≧2則較佳。最大之分支代數量為≦9較佳,為≦7更佳。
較佳之經疏水官能化之樹枝狀高分子係由聚酯單元構成。該類型之合適高分子在US 5 418 301中有揭示且可以商標名Perstop銷售。
其他較佳之樹枝狀高分子可由聚醯胺單元構成。該類型之合適高分子在Macromolecules 2001,34,3559-3556中有揭示,且可以商標名Hybrane銷售。較佳而言,該等基團係選自琥珀酸酐單元、十二烷基琥珀酸酐單元、六氫鄰苯二甲酸酐單元及鄰苯二甲酸酐單元或其混合物。
經疏水官能化之樹枝狀高分子之含量較佳為總組合物之0.0001至30重量%,更佳含量為0.05至8重量%,最佳為0.1至5重量%。
較佳之聚合物之數量平均分子量為500至50,000,更佳之數量平均分子量為500至10,000,最佳之數量平均分子量為750至5,000。
較佳之樹枝狀高分子包括聚酯、聚醚、聚醯胺、聚酸酐單元或其混合物。
在一個特定實施例中,樹枝狀高分子包含選自以下之單元:琥珀酸酐單元、十二烷基琥珀酸酐單元、六氫鄰苯二甲酸酐單元及鄰苯二甲酸酐單元或其混合物。
較佳之疏水性基團係以碳為主。C4
至C24
之烷基或烯基為較佳之疏水性基團,更佳為C6
至C22
之烷基或烯基,尤其佳為C8
至C16
之烷基或烯基,最佳為具有C10
至C14
之烷基或烯基之樹枝狀高分子。疏水性基團可包括直鏈及分支鏈疏水基及芳烷基,然而,若烷基疏水性基團為直鏈則較佳。疏水性基團可為不飽和基團,但是較佳為飽和。疏水性基團有時係通過鍵聯基團鍵聯至樹枝狀高分子,合適之鍵聯基團包括酯基或醯胺基。
在一些實例中,若樹枝狀高分子在樹枝狀高分子之周邊及/或端基處全部或部分經疏水官能化則較佳。(在本發明之上下文中,用語周邊意指樹枝狀高分子之外層或邊緣)。
若樹枝狀高分子在周邊處經疏水官能化時,較佳係5至95%之端基經疏水官能化,更佳為10至85%,最佳為20至60%。
在另一實施例中,疏水性基團之數量可表示為在分子周邊及分子內部可進行疏水修飾之樹枝狀高分子之可能部位之百分比。較佳係10至90%之該等可能部位經疏水修飾,更佳係20至70%經疏水修飾。
疏水修飾為與相關脂肪酸、脂肪酯或脂肪酸酐反應之一種簡單方法。
經疏水修飾之樹枝狀聚合物之實例包括彼等可依Boltorn H2004及Boltorn W3000購得者。
較佳組合物為洗髮精組合物且通常包括以下常見於洗髮精組合物之物質:諸如聚矽氧;清潔介面活性劑,諸如陰離子介面活性劑、兩性介面活性劑、非離子介面活性劑及其混合物。
較佳之根據本發明組合物為調理組合物。根據本發明調理組合物將包括調理介面活性劑及活化劑,諸如聚矽氧、選自醇、酸、醯胺及其混合物之脂肪物質。
較佳而言,根據本發明組合物為清洗型組合物。
將水及CTAC添加至燒杯,然後加熱至60℃直至溶解。當溫度維持在60℃時,添加Pluracare F77,利用刮勺攪拌直至溶解。使該混合物冷卻且然後轉移至速度為1之Silverson高剪切轉子/定子實驗室混合器,往其中慢慢添加Boltorn H2004。使速度提高至6且再混合20分鐘。
以下實例為根據本發明之洗髮精組合物,其中已添加Boltorn H2004及經乳化之Boltorn H2004。

Claims (10)
- 一種護髮組合物,其包含在併入組合物之前先乳化之經乳化經疏水官能化之樹枝狀高分子,其中該樹枝狀高分子係經羥基修飾。
- 如請求項1之組合物,其中該樹枝狀高分子之疏水官能化基團包括C4 至C24 烷基或烯基。
- 如請求項1或2之組合物,其中該疏水官能化基團包括C10-14 烷基或烯基。
- 如請求項1或2之組合物,其中該樹枝狀高分子包括聚酯、聚醚、聚醯胺、聚酸酐單元或其混合物。
- 如請求項1或2之組合物,其中該樹枝狀高分子包含選自如下之單元:琥珀酸酐單元、十二烷基琥珀酸酐單元、六氫鄰苯二甲酸酐單元及鄰苯二甲酸酐單元或其混合物。
- 如請求項1或2之組合物,其中該樹枝狀高分子之疏水官能化基團係位於高分子末端。
- 如請求項1或2之組合物,其中經疏水官能化之樹枝狀高分子之含量占總組合物之0.0001至30重量%。
