Claims (10)
- 一種用於直流/直流轉換器的控制裝置,該直流/直流轉換器接收一輸入電源以產生一輸出電壓,該控制裝置包括:一第一誤差放大器,比較一參考電壓信號以及該輸出電壓而產生一回授信號;一取樣保持控制電路,耦接該第一誤差放大器,依據該回授信號以及對應該輸入電源之一輸入電流而產生一參考電流信號;一濾波器,接收對應該輸入電源之該輸入電流,並依據該輸入電流而產生一電流平均值;一第二誤差放大器,耦接該取樣保持控制電路以及該濾波器,並比較該參考電流信號以及該電流平均值而產生一控制信號;一開關控制電路,耦接該第二誤差放大器,依據該第二誤差放大器輸出之該控制信號而產生一切換信號,該切換信號用以控制該直流/直流轉換器之一開關元件的導通時間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於直流/直流轉換器的控制裝置,其中該直流/直流轉換器具有一電感,該電感耦接該開關元件,該取樣保持控制電路具有一取樣保持單元,該取樣保持單元對該電感之電流值做取樣而得到該參考電流信號。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之用於直流/直流轉換器的控制裝置,其中該取樣保持單元的取樣時間在該開關元件之導通區間的中點處。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於直流/直流轉換 器的控制裝置,其中該直流/直流轉換器具有一電感,該電感耦接該開關元件,該取樣保持控制電路具有一第一取樣保持單元以及一第二取樣保持單元,該第一取樣保持單元在該開關元件起始導通時對該電感的電流做取樣而得到一第一取樣信號,該第二取樣保持單元在該開關元件之導通區間的中點處對該電感的電流做取樣而得到一第二取樣信號,該第一取樣信號與該第二取樣信號相減後為該參考電流信號。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於直流/直流轉換器的控制裝置,其中該開關控制電路依據該控制信號產生一導通時間補償量,該開關控制電路將該導通時間補償量與該開關元件的導通時間相加而得到一補償導通時間,該開關控制電路依據該補償導通時間而產生該切換信號。
- 一種控制方法,用於控制一直流/直流轉換器,該直流/直流轉換器接收一輸入電源以產生一輸出電壓,該控制方法包括:比較一參考電壓以及該直流/直流轉換器之一輸出電壓,並據此產生一回授信號;利用一取樣保持控制電路依據該回授信號以及對應該輸入電源之一輸入電流而產生一參考電流信號;比較該參考電流信號以及該輸入電流的平均值而產生一控制信號;依據該控制信號而產生一切換信號,該切換信號用以控制該直流/直流轉換器之一開關元件的導通時間。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之控制方法,其中該直流/直流轉換器具有一電感,該電感耦接該開關元件,該參 考電流信號是代表該電感之平均電流值。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之控制方法,其中該參考電流信號是代表該開關元件之導通區間的中點處的該電感之電流值。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之控制方法,其中該直流/直流轉換器具有一電感,該電感耦接該開關元件,在利用該取樣保持控制電路依據該回授信號以及對應該輸入電源之該輸入電流而產生該參考電流信號的步驟更包括:在該開關元件起始導通時對該電感的電流做取樣而得到一第一取樣電流值;在該開關元件之導通區間的中點處對該電感的電流做取樣而得到一第二取樣電流值;以及將該第一取樣電流值與該第二取樣電流值相減而得到該參考電流信號。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之控制方法,其中在依據該控制信號而產生該切換信號的步驟中,依據該控制信號產生一導通時間補償量,並將該導通時間補償量與該開關元件的導通時間相加而得到一補償導通時間,該補償導通時間用以產生該切換信號。
