Claims (16)

  1. 一種藍相液晶顯示裝置之製作方法,包含:配置一第一基板相對且平行於一第二基板,該第一基板包含一第一電極,該第二基板包含一第二電極;配置一藍相液晶層密封於該第一基板和該第二基板之間,其中該藍相液晶層包含一正型藍相液晶與一聚合單體;施加一固化電壓於該第一基板之該第一電極和該第二基板之該第二電極,使得該藍相液晶層中形成一垂直電場垂直於該第一電極與該第二電極,其中該第一電極包含一第一垂直電極,該第二電極包含一第二垂直電極,該垂直電場係形成於該第一垂直電極和該第二垂直電極之間;以及施加該固化電壓的同時,照射一光源於該藍相液晶層中,使該聚合單體進行聚合反應而產生一高分子穩定化正型藍相液晶。
  2. 如請求項1所述之製作方法,其中該第一基板之該第一電極包含一第一對向電極與一第一畫素電極,可透過施加一操作電壓於該第一對向電極與該第一畫素電極,使得該藍相液晶層中形成一橫向電場於該第一對向電極與該第一畫素電極之間,以操作高分子穩定化正型藍相液晶。
  3. 如請求項2所述之製作方法,其中該第二基板之該第二電極包含一第二對向電極與一第二畫素電極,使得該 藍相液晶層中形成一橫向電場於該第二對向電極與該第二畫素電極之間,以操作高分子穩定化正型藍相液晶。
  4. 如請求項1所述之製作方法,其中該第一基板包含一彩色濾光片基板,該第二基板包含一薄膜電晶體陣列基板。
  5. 如請求項1所述之製作方法,其中施加於該第一電極與該第二電極之該固化電壓係介於約2伏特至約100伏特之間。
  6. 如請求項1所述之製作方法,其中該垂直電場係於該藍相液晶層中該正型藍相液晶處於一藍相溫度範圍內時形成。
  7. 如請求項6所述之製作方法,其中該藍相溫度範圍係為約-10℃至約60℃。
  8. 如請求項1所述之製作方法,其中該光源包括一紫外光、一可見光、一紅外光或其組合。
  9. 一種藍相液晶顯示裝置,包含:一第一基板,包含一第一電極;一第二基板,相對於該第一基板平行配置,該第二基 板包含一第二電極;以及一藍相液晶層,包含一高分子穩定化正型藍相液晶,密封於該第一基板與該第二基板之間,該高分子穩定化正型藍相液晶係由一正型藍相液晶與一聚合單體,藉由對該第一電極與該第二電極施加一固化電壓,使得該藍相液晶層中形成一垂直電場垂直於該第一電極與該第二電極,其中該第一基板包含一第一垂直電極面向該第二基板,該第二基板包含一第二垂直電極面向該第一基板,該垂直電場係形成於該第一垂直電極和該第二垂直電極之間,且施加該固化電壓的同時,照射一光源於該藍相液晶層中,使該聚合單體進行聚合反應而產生該高分子穩定化正型藍相液晶。
  10. 如請求項9所述之藍相液晶顯示裝置,其中該第一電極包含一第一對向電極與一第一畫素電極,透過施加一操作電壓於該第一對向電極與該第一畫素電極,使得該藍相液晶層中形成一橫向電場於該第一對向電極與該第一畫素電極之間,以操作高分子穩定化正型藍相液晶。
  11. 如請求項10所述之藍相液晶顯示裝置,其中該第二基板之該第二電極包含一第二對向電極與一第二畫素電極,使得該藍相液晶層中形成一橫向電場於該第二對向電極與該第二畫素電極之間,以操作高分子穩定化正型藍相液晶。
  12. 如請求項9所述之藍相液晶顯示裝置,其中該第一基板包含一彩色濾光片基板,該第二基板包含一薄膜電晶體陣列基板。
  13. 如請求項9所述之藍相液晶顯示裝置,其中對該第一電極與該第二電極所施加之該固化電壓係介於約2伏特至約100伏特之間。
  14. 如請求項9所述之藍相液晶顯示裝置,其中該垂直電場係於該藍相液晶層中該正型藍相液晶處於一藍相溫度範圍內時形成。
  15. 如請求項9所述之藍相液晶顯示裝置,其中該藍相溫度範圍係為約-10℃至約60℃。
  16. 如請求項9所述之藍相液晶顯示裝置,其中該光源包括一紫外光、一可見光、一紅外光或其組合。
