Claims (18)

  1. 一種被動矩陣顯示器,其包括佈置於複數個陽極線與複數個陰極線之間的二極體之一陣列,其中該等二極體中之至少一些係相對於該等陰極及陽極線在一正方向上定向的發射二極體,且該等二極體之其他二極體係相對於該等陰極及陽極線在一反方向上定向的感測二極體。
  2. 如請求項1之被動矩陣顯示器,其包括連接至該等陽極線與陰極線且調適成相對於該等陰極線正向偏壓該等陽極線之驅動電路。
  3. 如請求項1或2之被動矩陣顯示器,其中每一二極體包括一陽極材料層、一陰極材料層,及佈置於其間的一光電激活材料。
  4. 如請求項3之被動矩陣顯示器,其中針對光發射在該正方向上定向之該等二極體具有與該等陽極線相鄰地佈置且與其電性連接之陽極材料,及與該等陰極線相鄰地佈置且與其電性連接之陰極材料,且其中針對光感測在反方向上定向之該等二極體具有與該等陰極線相鄰地佈置且與其電性連接之陽極材料,及與該等陽極線相鄰地佈置且與其電性連接之陰極材料。
  5. 如請求項3之被動矩陣顯示器,其中該等陽極線係佈置在該二極體陣列之一側上,該等陰極線係佈置在該二極體陣列之一相對側上,該等發射二極體係用與該等陽極線相鄰之陽極材料及與該等陰極線相鄰之陰極材料形成,且該等感測二極體係用與該等陰極線相鄰之陽極材 料及與該等陽極線相鄰之陰極材料形成。
  6. 如請求項3之被動矩陣顯示器,其中以與該等發射二極體中相同之順序佈置該等感測二極體中的該等陽極與陰極材料層,且該等陰極與陽極線路徑通過該二極體陣列,藉此該等陰極線接觸該等二極體之該等陰極及該等感測二極體之該等陽極,且該等陽極線接觸該等發射二極體之該等陽極及該等感測二極體之該等陰極。
  7. 如請求項3之被動矩陣顯示器,其中該陰極材料具有小於3.5eV、較佳小於3.2eV、最佳小於3eV之一功函數。
  8. 如請求項3之被動矩陣顯示器,其中該陽極材料具有大於3.5eV、較佳大於4.0eV、最佳大於4.5eV之一功函數。
  9. 如請求項3之被動矩陣顯示器,其中用於該等感測二極體之該等陽極與陰極層之材料相同。
  10. 如請求項9之被動矩陣顯示器,其中用於該等感測二極體之該等陽極與陰極層之材料具有在3至4.5eV之範圍內、較佳在3.2至4.3eV之範圍內、最佳為3.5至4.3eV之一功函數。
  11. 如請求項1或2之被動矩陣顯示器,其中該等陰極與陽極線係配置成行與列。
  12. 如請求項11之被動矩陣顯示器,其中該二極體陣列包括感測二極體之一些行或列。
  13. 如請求項12之被動矩陣顯示器,其中該二極體陣列包括感測及發射二極體之交替行或列。
  14. 如請求項1或2之被動矩陣顯示器,其中該等感測二極體係與一基板上之該等發射二極體並排配置。
  15. 如請求項1至2中任一項之被動矩陣顯示器,其中該等感測二極體係以一堆疊配置配置在該等發射二極體之上方或下方。
  16. 如請求項1或2之被動矩陣顯示器,其中該等感測及/或發射二極體包括電荷注入及/或電荷傳輸層。
  17. 如請求項1或2之被動矩陣顯示器,其中摻雜該等感測二極體之一或多層。
  18. 如請求項1或2之被動矩陣顯示器,其包括至少耦合至與該等感測二極體電性接觸之該等陽極線與陰極線之感測電路,該感測電路係調適成藉由該等感測二極體感測所產生之一電流。
