Claims (14)

  1. 一種處理由撞擊流氣化設備產生之熱粗氣體的方法,其特徵為:將溫度高於600℃的粗氣體脫硫及去除氯化氫,然後分出一道分流氣體形成淬火氣體冷卻流,並經過冷卻、除塵、乾燥、濃縮等過程後再度輸入從撞擊流氣化器流出的熱粗氣體。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項的方法,其中將吸附劑加到熱粗氣體中,以進行脫硫及/或去除氯化氫。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項的方法,其中將吸附劑(添加物)加到循環淬火氣體流及/或撞擊流氣化器及/或燃料中,而且可以在除塵之前及/或除塵之後加入。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項的方法,其中分支的淬火氣體流在流入熱粗氣體之前,會先經過水淬裝置、文丘里洗滌器、粗氣體冷卻器、脫水裝置以及粗氣體濃縮裝置。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項的方法,其中使一部分的循環淬火氣體流經過另外一次粗氣體濃縮,以變成淨化氣體再送入燭形過濾氣。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項的方法,其中使熱粗氣體通過一個旋風分離器及/或燭形過濾器被淨化,其中該旋風分離器及/或燭形過濾器係位於在脫硫裝置之前或之後。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項的方法,其中加入氧化鈣或石灰石作為吸附劑,並在其失去吸附能力後加入新的氧化鈣或石灰石取代之,或是利用飽含水蒸氣的煙氣將其淨化。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項的方法,其中加入其他的吸附劑,例如鐵礦石或其他類似的吸附劑。
  9. 一種用以執行申請專利範圍第1項所述之方法的設備,其特徵為:在熱氣的流動路徑上,脫硫裝置(7)位於氣化器(2)之後,在該脫硫裝置(7)之後設有固體分離裝置(8,9),其中在固體分離裝置(8,9)之後有一道分流氣體(13)會通過水淬裝置(14)、文丘里洗滌器(15)、粗氣體冷卻器(16)、脫水裝置(17)以及粗氣體濃縮裝置(18),該分流氣體的流動路徑在氣化器(2)之後及脫硫裝置之前被冷卻及回到循環中。
  10. 一種用以執行申請專利範圍中第1項所述之方法的設備,其特徵為:在熱氣的流動路徑上,固體分離裝置(8)位於氣化器(2)之後,在該固體分離裝置(8)之後設有脫硫裝置(7)及另外一個固體分離裝置(9),其中在固體分離裝置(8,9)之後有一道分流氣體(13)會通過水淬裝置(14)、文丘里洗滌器(15)、粗氣體冷卻器(16)、脫水裝置(17)以及粗氣體濃縮裝置(18),該分流氣體的流動路徑在氣化器(2)之後及脫硫裝置之前被冷卻及回到循環中。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第9項或第10項的設備,其中冷卻的分流氣體(19)在流入主氣體流之前,會先分出另外一道分流氣體(22),該分流氣體(22)流入一氣體濃縮裝置(23),其作用是淨化在主氣體流中由燭形過濾器(9)構成的固體分離裝置。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項的設備,其中除了輸入燃料(3)及氧氣(4)之外,也將添加物(5)加輸入氣化器(2)。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第9項的設備,其中將添加物(20)輸入冷卻分流氣體的回流管(19)。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第9或10項的設備,其中在由旋風分離器(8)構成之固體分離裝置及脫硫裝置(7)之間加入添加物(21)。
