Description

濾光片切換裝置
本發明涉及一種用於攝影機的濾光片切換裝置。
在監控攝影機的設計上為了能在夜晚亦能清楚的錄影,一般會加上紅外線光源的設計。在夜晚開啟該紅外線光源即可使得該監控攝影機能進行拍攝。然,紅外線光源會造成監控攝影機所攝錄的影像色偏問題,故又會在監控攝影機的感光元件前加上紅外線濾光片。當該監控攝影機處於夜間拍攝模式時即選擇該紅外線濾光片;當該監控攝影機處於日間拍攝模式時即選擇一過濾日間光線的濾光片。這種設計方式的缺點就是無法得知切換裝置是否有接收到正確的指令。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種濾光片切換裝置,該濾光片切換裝置可回饋輸入馬達的訊號給攝影機的處理器。
一種濾光片切換裝置,裝設於一攝影機內,該濾光片切換裝置包括兩濾光片、一用於根據攝影機的處理器來控制該兩濾光片運動的馬達以及一比較器,該比較器的兩輸入端分別與該馬達的兩輸入端相連,該比較器的輸出端與該攝影機的處理器相連,用於偵測輸入馬達的訊號並將偵測結果回饋給該處理器,以使得該處理器得以判斷輸入到馬達的訊號是否正確。
上述濾光片切換裝置透過比較器比較輸入給馬達的訊號,並將比較結果回饋給處理器,以使得處理器得以判斷輸入到馬達的訊號是否正確。
請一併參閱圖1及圖2,本發明濾光片切換裝置的較佳實施方式包括一用於過濾紅外光線的濾光片10、一用於過濾日間光線的濾光片12、一馬達M、一底座16、一比較器U及兩電阻R。該濾光片切換裝置安裝於一攝影機的攝影鏡頭與影像感測器之間,以使得攝影鏡頭在白天與晚上能選擇不同的濾光片。
該馬達M及比較器U透過一連接器19與該攝影機內部的處理器20及控制電路22相連。該馬達M根據接收的來自攝影機的訊號正向轉動或反向轉動,從而對應調整兩濾光片10及12的位置。該比較器U用於偵測傳輸給馬達M的訊號並將偵測結果回饋給攝影機內部的處理器20,以得知此時馬達M是否收到正確的控制訊號。
該連接器19包括第一至第四端P1-P4。該第一端P1與攝影機內部的控制電路22相連;第二端P2及第三端P3分別與馬達M的兩端相連,還分別透過電阻R與該比較器U的正向輸入端及反向輸入端相連;第四端P4與該比較器U的輸出端相連。
下面對本發明濾光片切換裝置的工作原理進行說明:
假設當連接器19的第二端P2輸出的電壓Va大於第三端P3輸出的電壓Vb時,該馬達M正轉,其將該濾光片10及12左移;當連接器19的第二端P2輸出的電壓Va小於第三端P3輸出的電壓Vb時,該馬達M反轉,其將該濾光片10及12右移。
若攝影機內部的處理器20此時發送控制訊號意圖控制馬達M正轉,以將濾光片10及12左移,該控制電路22即根據接收的控制訊號對應輸出兩電壓值給馬達M。該比較器U即比較此時輸入給馬達M的兩電壓值的大小,若電壓值Va大於Vb,該比較器U即輸出高電平訊號至該處理器20,該處理器20收到回饋的高電平訊號後即判斷此時該濾光片切換裝置工作正常;若電壓值Va小於Vb,該比較器U即輸出低電平訊號至該處理器20,該處理器20收到回饋的低電平訊號後即判斷此時該濾光片切換裝置不能工作正常,需要工作人員進行維修。
相反,若攝影機內部的處理器20此時發送控制訊號意圖控制馬達M反轉,以將濾光片10及12右移,該控制電路22即根據接收的控制訊號對應輸出兩電壓值給馬達M。該比較器U即比較此時輸入給馬達M的兩電壓值的大小,若電壓值Va小於Vb,該比較器U即輸出低電平訊號至該處理器20,該處理器20收到回饋的低電平訊號後即判斷此時該濾光片切換裝置工作正常;若電壓值Va大於Vb,該比較器U即輸出高電平訊號至該處理器20,該處理器20收到回饋的高電平訊號後即判斷此時該濾光片切換裝置不能工作正常,需要工作人員進行維修。
上述濾光片切換裝置透過比較器U偵測由控制電路22輸出的訊號,並將偵測結果回饋給處理器20,以使得處理器20可以得知此時該濾光片切換裝置是否正常工作,若此時濾光片切換裝置不能正常工作,則可提醒工作人員進行維修。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種濾光片切換裝置,裝設於一攝影機內,該濾光片切換裝置包括兩濾光片及一用於根據攝影機的處理器來控制該兩濾光片運動的馬達,其改良在於:該濾光片切換裝置還包括一比較器,該比較器的兩輸入端分別與該馬達的兩輸入端相連,該比較器的輸出端與該攝影機的處理器相連,用於偵測輸入馬達的訊號並將偵測結果回饋給該處理器,以使得該處理器得以判斷輸入到馬達的訊號是否正確。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之濾光片切換裝置,其中該比較器的兩輸入端分別透過一電阻與該馬達的兩輸入端相連。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之濾光片切換裝置,其中該馬達及比較器均透過一連接器與該處理器相連。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之濾光片切換裝置,其中該馬達及比較器均透過一控制電路與該處理器相連。
