WO 94/16680揭示濃縮個人清洗組合物。
US 2005/043194揭示單一相稀釋濃稠組合物。
US 2003/134760揭示清潔洗髮精組合物。
EP-A-1 250 938揭示水溶性家庭保養濃縮組合物。
US 2003/215479揭示一種製備護髮或護膚品之方法。
WO 01/25378揭示結構化界面活性劑系統。
儘管已有先前技術，仍需要改良的濃縮洗髮精組合物。
據此，本發明係提供一種如申請專利範圍第1項之濃縮洗髮精組合物。
本發明組合物主要在相圖中呈向列型盤狀相存在。向列型盤狀相係此項技術中之標準術語，且代表可在NMR顯影中容易確認之相態，很容易由非軸向排列盤狀相區分。
典型洗髮精組合物(如：一般非濃縮洗髮精組合物)的相態為各向同性相。大體上，在較高界面活性劑濃度下會出現六角相，然而這會使組合物過度黏稠，不適用於一般消費者。此外，在較高界面活性劑濃度下，會出現層列相，然而這會使其無法傳送活性物與各向同性相。因此，通常調配者在調配標準的非濃縮洗髮精時，對相圖處理有點困擾。一般係使用鹽增大該等界面活性劑微胞之大小，以控制該等組合物之流變性。換言之，鹽係用以增稠組合物。對六角相組合物而言，鹽會將組合物沿著相圖進一步推向成層列相。然而，由於層列相組合物會使諸如聚氧矽之物質沉積之效果不佳，所以不適用於洗髮精組合物。據此，驚人的是，可能存在一種組合物，只要其具有恰當的流變性並可使諸如聚氧矽之物質沉積，而沒有呈六角相或層列相，即可表現如同各向同性組合物。
吾等驚人發現，通常將鹽添加至呈六角相的組合物中時，實際上並不會變得更黏稠，反而變得更稀薄。該等所得組合物會呈向列型盤狀相。
換言之，將鹽添加至濃縮組合物中時，會提供一向列型盤狀相的窗口管道，造成類似呈各向同性相組合物的流變性。
較佳地，該零剪切黏度係10至200Pa.s。
較佳地，該組合物包括95體積%或更多組合物係呈向列型盤狀相，更佳係99體積%或更多。
該組合物可能含有普遍用於洗髮精組合物的界面活性劑之單一種或混合物。較佳地，該界面活性劑係選自陰離子性、非離子性及兩性離子性及其混合物。較佳地，該清潔界面活性劑係陰離子性界面活性劑。
該濃縮洗髮精之界面活性劑含量係與濃縮目的相關，通常比一般非濃縮洗髮精高兩倍或三倍。
較佳地，該清潔界面活性劑之含量占30至37重量%。
在較佳實施例中，該清潔界面活性劑包括C10至C14醚硫酸鹽，更佳係月桂基醚硫酸鈉。更佳者，該月桂基醚硫酸鈉包括平均EO數為1至3，最佳為1至1.4。
該濃縮洗髮精可能包括共界面活性劑。較佳的共界面活性劑係兩性界面活性劑。更佳地，該共界面活性劑係椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼或椰油醯胺MEA。
較佳地，該共界面活性劑之含量占該組合物之0.5至5重量%存在，更佳係1至3重量%，最佳係1.5至2.5重量%。
較佳地，該組合物包括重量比例為10:1至17:1，更佳係12:1至16:1，最佳係13:1至15:1之陰離子性界面活性劑及共界面活性劑。
較佳地，該鹽係鈉鹽，更佳係選自氯化鈉及硫酸鈉。
當該鹽係氯化鈉時，其含量較佳係占該組合物之1至3重量%。
當該鹽係硫酸鈉時，其含量較佳係占該組合物之2至4重量%。
較佳地，該濃縮洗髮精組合物包括一種油。受鹽影響而改變相結構可使該濃縮洗髮精組合物能承載原本無法在該向列型盤狀相之外承載之物質。適宜的材料包含各種油。
較佳地，該油係選自礦物油、植物油、動物油或其混合物，更佳係礦物油。
較佳地，該濃縮組合物可能包括一種油，其選自椰子油及棕櫚仁油。
根據本發明之洗髮精可能包括任何普遍用於洗髮精組合物中之物質，例如增稠劑、珍珠光澤劑、聚氧矽、脂肪物質、色素、芳香劑等。

實例3 製備少量樣品之方法，確定(可能存在的)多層相之比例及辨別相的結構
製備批次為5公克調配物，所有成分均加至20毫升附旋轉蓋的氣相層析小玻璃瓶中，使用丁基橡膠綁住瓶塞，並用鋁旋轉蓋旋緊密封。然後在85℃烘烤箱內加熱3至4小時或過夜。該樣品冷卻、開封、混合、重新密封及再次加熱(在85℃烘箱內加熱3至4小時或過夜)。重複該循環步驟直至樣品變成均勻或再加熱時不再變化為止。一旦小玻璃瓶中的樣品冷卻，即目視評估該樣品是否分成兩層或多層，即表示出現多層相。該等相的存在數量比例可藉由測量每層相在小玻璃瓶中所占的垂直距離獲得。藉由偏光顯微鏡(Olympus BX51，10倍物鏡)檢測該等冷卻的樣品，採用觀察所得之結構判別所得界面活性劑的相態(S. Hassan,W. Rowe ＆ GJT. Tiddy，應用界面活性劑及膠體化學手冊(Handbook of Appplied Surfactant and Colloid Chemistry)，第一卷，第465頁)。如果出現多層相，則單獨提取及檢測每層相中物質之樣品。
測量零剪切黏度之方法
於25℃下，採用TA儀器ARG2控制壓力流變儀測量洗髮精之流變性。採用零剪切黏度值來測量在洗髮精的屈服應力下的剪切黏度。該屈服應力係從應變頻率掃描確認。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種濃縮洗髮精組合物，其包括25至38重量%之作為清潔界面活性劑之C10-C14醚硫酸鹽、該組合物之1至3重量%之氯化鈉或該組合物之2至4重量%之硫酸鈉，且其中該組合物之零剪切黏度為2至2000Pa.s，且該組合物包括90體積%或更多組合物係呈向列型盤狀相，其中該組合物進一步包括油。
  2. 如請求項1之洗髮精組合物，其中該零剪切黏度係10至200Pa.s。
  3. 如請求項1或2之洗髮精組合物，其包括95體積%或更多組合物係呈向列型盤狀相。
  4. 如請求項1之洗髮精組合物，其中該油係選自礦物油、植物油、動物油、或其混合物。
  5. 如請求項1之洗髮精組合物，其中該油係選自椰子油及棕櫚仁油。
  6. 2、4及5中任一項之洗髮精組合物，其中該組合物包括椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼或椰油醯胺MEA。
