Description

濃縮洗髮精組合物
本發明係關於一種濃縮洗髮精。
儘管已有先前技術,仍需要改良的濃縮洗髮精組合物。
EP-A-1 859 777揭示一種化妝品組合物,其包括34.36重量%之界面活性劑(32.36重量%之Edenor L2SM及2重量%之Texapon CS)與8.81重量%之椰子油、聚矽氧油,且具有80至300Pa.s之黏度。
WO 2005/023208揭示一種洗髮精及一種液體皂組合物,其包括40重量%之月桂基乙氧基硫酸鈉及2重量%之椰子油。
儘管已有先前技術,仍需要改良的濃縮洗髮精組合物。
據此,本發明提供一種如申請專利範圍第1項之濃縮洗髮精組合物。
該向列型盤狀相係習此相關技藝之人士容易判別者,且其特徵為在NMR顯影下出現盤狀呈非軸向柱狀排列。
通常,所申請專利之界面活性劑系統之相態顯示,一般非濃縮洗髮精組合物將呈各向同性相。該六角相提供之組合物過度黏稠,無法適用於一般消費者,且該層列相不能傳送活性物及各向同性相,因此調配者在調配標準的非濃縮洗髮精時,對相圖處理有點困擾。
然而,當該界面活性劑濃度增加時,該一般組合物將會從各向同性相轉變至六角相。
吾等驚人發現,向通常呈六角相的組合物中添加椰子油或棕櫚仁油時,實際上並不會變得更黏稠,反而變得更稀薄。該等所得組合物係呈向列型盤狀相。
換言之,將椰子油或棕櫚仁油添加至濃縮組合物中,會產生向列型盤狀相的窗口管道,造成類似呈各向同性相組合物的流變性。
更驚人的是,亦可在無任何顯著層列結構下製得本組合物。若添加顯著量的鹽至六角相的組合物中時,即可期待這種結果。洗髮精中不希望出現層列相結構,因為其會使諸如聚氧矽之物質沉積在頭髮上的能力顯著降低。呈向列型盤狀相之組合物可類似呈各向同性相之組合物,使物質沉積在頭髮上。
較佳地,該零剪切黏度係10至200Pa.s。
較佳地,該組合物包含95體積%或更多,最佳係98體積%或更多組合物呈向列型盤狀相。
較佳地,該組合物包括0.5至3重量%之椰子油或棕櫚仁油。更佳地,其包括1至2重量%之椰子油或棕櫚仁油。
該清潔界面活性劑可為常用於洗髮精組合物中的界面活性劑之單一種或混合物。較佳地,該組合物包括之界面活性劑係選自陰離子性、非離子性及兩性離子性及其混合物。最佳地,該清潔界面活性劑包括陰離子性界面活性劑。
在濃縮洗髮精中之界面活性劑含量係與濃縮目的相關,通常比一般非濃縮洗髮精高兩倍或三倍。
較佳地,該清潔界面活性劑之含量占30至40重量%。
較佳地,該清潔界面活性劑包括C10-C14醚硫酸鹽。
在較佳實施例中,該清潔界面活性劑包括月桂基醚硫酸鈉。
在較佳實施例中,該清潔界面活性劑包括月桂基醚硫酸鈉。更佳係該月桂基醚硫酸鈉包括平均EO數為1至3,最佳為1至1.4。
該濃縮洗髮精亦可能包括共界面活性劑。較佳的共界面活性劑係兩性界面活性劑。更佳地,該共界面活性劑係椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼或椰油醯胺MEA。
較佳地,該組合物中包括依11:1至17:1,更佳係13:1至15:1比例之C10-C14醚硫酸鹽與椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼或椰油醯胺MEA。
較佳地,該濃縮洗髮精包括一種油。受椰子油或棕櫚仁油影響而改變相結構會使該濃縮洗髮精組合物能承載原本在向列型盤狀相以外無法承載的物質。適宜的材料包含各種油類。
較佳地,該油係選自礦物油、植物油、動物油或其混合物,及更佳係礦物油。

其中L1係各向同性相;L2係各向同性油;H1係六角相;ND係向列型盤狀相;La係層列相。
實例2
實例3 製備少量樣品之方法,確定(可能存在的)多層相之比例及辨別相的結構
製備批次5公克的調配物,所有成分加至20毫升附旋轉蓋的氣相層析小玻璃瓶中,使用丁基橡膠綁住瓶塞,並用鋁旋轉蓋旋緊密封。然後在85℃烘箱內加熱3至4小時或過夜。該樣品冷卻、開封、混合、重新密封及再次加熱(在85℃烘箱內加熱3至4小時或過夜)。重複該循環步驟直至樣品變成均勻或再加熱時不再變化為止。一旦小玻璃瓶中的樣品冷卻,即目視評估該樣品是否分成兩層或多層,即表示出現多層相。該等相的存在數量比例可藉由測量每層相在小玻璃瓶中所占的垂直距離獲得。藉由偏光顯微鏡(Olympus BX51,10倍物鏡)檢測該等冷卻樣品,以觀察所得之內容判別所產生之界面活性劑相態(S. Hassan,W. Rowe & GJT. Tiddy,應用界面活性劑及膠體化學手冊(Handbook of Appplied Surfactant and Colloid Chemistry),第一卷,第465頁)。如果出現多層相,則單獨提取及檢測每層相中物質之樣品。
測量零剪切黏度之方法
於25℃下,用TA儀器ARG2控制壓力流變儀測量洗髮精之流變性。採用該零剪切黏度值來測量在洗髮精的屈服應力下的剪切黏度。該屈服應力係從應變頻率掃描確認。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種濃縮洗髮精組合物,其包括32至38重量%之清潔界面活性劑與0.5至3重量%之椰子油或棕櫚仁油,及其中該組合物具有2至2000Pa.s之零剪切黏度且包含90體積%或更多之組合物呈向列型盤狀相,其中該清潔界面活性劑包括月桂基醚硫酸鈉及椰油醯胺丙基甜菜鹼,或月桂基醚硫酸鈉及椰油醯胺MEA。
  2. 如請求項1之組合物,其中該零剪切黏度係10至200Pa.s。
  3. 如請求項1或2之組合物,其包含95體積%或更多組合物呈向列型盤狀相。
  4. 如請求項1或2之組合物,其包括另一種油。
  5. 如請求項4之組合物,其中該另一種油係選自礦物油、植物油、動物油、或其混合物。
