Description
本發明係關於一種流體密封及/或隔熱槽,例如用於存儲液態天然氣(LNG)。
文獻FR 1 457 617、FR 2 739 675及FR 2 398 961各描述一種用於LNG之槽。該槽包含流體密封障壁及隔熱障壁。該流體密封障壁係使用金屬組件製得且此等文獻提出關於如何在該槽底部配置此等金屬組件的各種解決方案。
文獻FR 2 912 385描述一尤其有利之解決方案,其關於上述文獻,用於在該槽底部配置該等金屬組件。該槽之垂直壁面係多邊形。該等金屬組件包含呈扇形分佈之矩形組件,各扇形對應該等垂直嵌板之一。在該等扇形之間配置連接件。此配置可能限制所需組件類型的數目。
利用該文獻提出之解決方案設計槽需要選擇該多邊形的側邊數,即垂直嵌板與扇形的數目。
混凝土承載結構必須填滿該多邊形垂直壁與該多邊形周圍外切圓間的空間。側邊數越多,此空間越小。因此,選擇較多的側邊數以限制混凝土之額外費用係有利的。
該底部壁中心必須以一或更多個特殊組件覆蓋。側邊數越少,不能被矩形組件覆蓋之中心區域的表面積對該底部壁的總表面積之比越小,且因此選擇較少的邊數以限制該中心區域之表面積係有利的。另外,在此等實例中,矩形組件數遠遠超過連接件數,且此係有利的。
由此可見有必要在該混凝土承載結構之費用與該中心區域之表面積之間達到折衷。得到完全令人滿意之折衷是困難的。
本發明提出解決之問題係提供一種不具有至少一些上述先前技術之缺點的槽。特定而言,本發明之目的係使其有可能利用有限量之材料及有限費用製造該槽之承載結構。
本發明所提出之解決方案係一種流體密封及/或隔熱之槽,其包含一承載結構、一流體密封障壁及/或一隔熱障壁,該流體密封障壁及/或該隔熱障壁係圓柱形並包含一垂直壁及一底部壁,其中該垂直壁具有複數個垂直嵌板,該承載結構圍繞該垂直壁,且其中該底部壁包含複數個呈扇形(其係彼此的鏡像但經旋轉)配置之矩形組件,該等扇形之一的該等矩形組件之邊緣分別平行及垂直於該等垂直嵌板之一,該槽之特徵係該等垂直嵌板的數係該等扇形數目的兩倍。
由於此等特徵,該槽可具有大數目的垂直嵌板及較少數目之扇形。因此,製造該承載結構所需之材料量並不過高。另外,該底部壁之中心區域的表面積不過高且大多數該底部壁可由矩形組件組成。
該等扇形較佳的係各具有一個對稱面,該等垂直嵌板包含第一嵌板,其各面向該等各別扇形之一且相對於該對應扇形的對稱面呈對稱性配置。
有利的係,該等垂直嵌板包含第二嵌板,該等第二嵌板之各者配置於分別對應兩個鄰近扇形之該等第一嵌板中的兩個嵌板之間。
根據一實施例,該底部壁包含至少一個梯形組件,其連接一個扇形的該等矩形組件至該等第二嵌板之一。
該梯形組件較佳係具有垂直於該鄰近的第二嵌板延伸之皺摺。
有利的係,該垂直壁具有56個垂直嵌板。
在以下描述本發明之一特定具體實施例期間僅藉由說明性且非限制性實例並參考附圖,使本發明更佳理解,且其進一步之目的、細節、特徵及優勢將變得更加清晰明白。
圖1中描述之槽1包含一圓柱形垂直壁2及一底部壁3。槽1亦包含一混凝土承載結構4。圖1顯示圍繞槽1之垂直壁2的承載結構4之圓柱形部分。
該垂直壁2及該底部壁3各具有(從該槽內部朝該承載結構)一主要的流體密封障壁、一主要隔熱障壁、一次要的流體密封障壁及一次要的隔熱障壁。該主要的流體密封障壁係利用皺摺的金屬組件而製得。該主要的隔熱障壁、次要的流體密障壁及次要的隔熱障壁均係利用附接於該承載結構4之預製薄板而製得。
已知可用以製造此類槽之該等技術。下文更詳細地描述該槽1之形狀及形成該主要流體密封障壁的金屬組件之配置。
在槽1的底部壁3上,該主要的流體密封障壁包含具有皺摺7之矩形組件5及連接件6。該等矩形組件5係呈扇形分佈,其係彼此之鏡像但經旋轉,類似於先前技術部分所引用之文獻FR 2 912 385描述之配置。圖1描繪三個扇形。該等連接件6將鄰近的扇形接合在一起。
該垂直壁2具有一規則性多邊形結構。其具有垂直嵌板8及8'。如圖1中所示,垂直嵌板8及8'之總數係該底部壁3中扇形數目的兩倍。
一垂直嵌板8對應於該底部壁3之各扇形且面向所對應之扇形。更明確而言,各扇形具有一對稱面且對應的垂直嵌板8係相對於此對稱面呈對稱性配置。一個扇形中之矩形組件5的邊緣分別垂直及平行於對應的垂直嵌板8配置。
由於此等特徵,可易於製成該底部壁3之該等矩形組件5與對應的垂直嵌板8之主要的流體密封障壁之間的連接。例如,如圖1中顯示,該底部壁3包含矩形之端件9,端件9延伸矩形組件5且其皺摺7垂直於垂直嵌板8。
分別對應兩個鄰近扇形之兩個垂直嵌板8係藉由一垂直垂直嵌板8'而連接。如圖1中所示,一垂直嵌板8'面向兩個鄰近扇形之間的邊界。鄰近各垂直嵌板8'之該底部壁3包含兩個接合件10及一耦合件11。
如圖1中顯示,各接合件10具有一大體上梯形。該接合件10之該等皺摺7垂直於該垂直嵌板8'並與該等鄰近組件之皺摺重合。各耦合件11均具有類似於該等連接件6之形狀,及適宜的尺寸。該耦合件11具有一皺摺7,其連續該鄰近連接件6之中心皺摺7且垂直於該垂直嵌板8'。
因此,可易於製成介於(一方面)該兩個鄰近扇形之該等矩形組件5與連接件6及(另一方面)與該垂直嵌板8'之流體密封障壁之間的連接。
因此需注意的係,在該底部壁3上,該主要的流體密封障壁可使用較少數目的類型之組件而製得。較之上述文獻FR 2 912 385,僅接合件10具有新穎的形狀。但是,此組件利用已知技術可易於製得。
另外,該等相同類型之金屬組件可用於不同大小之槽。當製造一些不同大小之槽時無須設計特殊用途之組件。
由於該槽1之結構及底部壁3之該等金屬組件的配置,該槽1可能具有較高數目之垂直嵌板及該數目之一半的扇形。因此,製造該承載結構4所需混凝土量不過高,且該底部壁3未藉由矩形組件5覆蓋之中心區域表面積亦不過高。另外,矩形組件5之數目可明顯高於連接件6之數目。
一具有56個垂直嵌板及28個扇形之槽1係(例如)尤其有利的,,在此情況下,因為該底部壁3大多數可用矩形組件5覆蓋,且製造該承載結構4所需之混凝土量較之用於同樣大小的圓形垂直壁面混凝土量僅高出7%。
形成底部壁3之主要的流體密封障壁的該等金屬組件之一有利配置已在上文中描述。相應的,組成該主要的隔熱障壁、次要的流體密封障壁及次要的隔熱障壁的該等預製薄板可能具有同樣有利的配置。
圖1(其係從該底部壁3正上方取得之截面圖)亦顯示形成用於連接底部壁3與垂直壁2之該等隔熱障壁的角落結構之部分的角落塊12。

Claims (6)
- 一種流體密封及/或隔熱槽(1),其包含一承載結構(4)、一流體密封障壁及/或一隔熱障壁,該流體密封障壁及/或該隔熱障壁係圓柱形狀並包含一垂直壁(2)及一底部壁(3),其中該垂直壁具有複數個垂直嵌板(8、8'),該承載結構圍繞該垂直壁,且其中該底部壁包含複數個呈扇形配置之矩形組件(5),該等扇形係彼此之鏡像但經旋轉,該等扇形之一的該等矩形組件之邊緣分別平行及垂直於該等垂直嵌板(8)之一者,該槽(1)的特徵係該等垂直嵌板之數目係該等扇形之數目的兩倍。
- 如請求項1之槽,其中該等扇形之各者具有一對稱面,該等垂直嵌板包含第一嵌板(8),其各面向該等各別扇形之一並相對於於該對應扇形的該對稱面呈對稱性配置。
