Description

線纜連接器組合
本發明是關於一種線纜連接器組合,尤其指一種用於電子設備外部的線纜連接器組合。
電子設備之間往往需要通過一些線纜連接器組合來相互連接從而實現信號、電源等傳輸的功能。而外部線纜連接器組合多由若干線纜與一電連接器連接而組成,線纜越多,與電連接器組裝時越複雜。電子設備內部的線纜中,目前已有許多需要多根線纜的線纜連接器組合將傳統的線纜換成軟性排線或者軟性電路板等與電連接器連接。此種軟性排線或軟性電路板的線纜連接器組合製程方便,惟,該等軟性排線或軟性電路板都不適合直接於用於電子設備外部。
是以,有必要對習知線纜連接器組合予以改良以克服習知技術中之所述缺陷。
本發明目的在於提供一種結構簡單,製程方便的用於電子設備外部的線纜連接器組合。
為了實現上述目的,本發明線纜連接器組合包括電連接器、前端與電連接器的後端電性連接的柔性電路板、包覆於柔性電路板外部的套管、位於套管前端的應力釋放部、以及蓋體,所述蓋體包覆於電連接器後端、柔性電路板、套管和應力釋放部前端的外部。
為了實現上述目的,本發明線纜連接器組合還可以包括電連接器、其前端與電連接器的後端電性連接的柔性扁平排線、包覆於柔性扁平排線外部的套管、位於套管前端的應力釋放部以及蓋體,所述蓋體包覆於電連接器後端、柔性扁平排線、套管和應力釋放部前端的外部。
較之習知技術,本發明結構簡單,製程方便。

請參照第一圖至第三圖所示,本發明線纜連接器組合1包括電連接器10、遮蔽殼體20、應力釋放部30、套管40、印刷電路板50以及柔性電路板60。
印刷電路板50具有若干導電片52分佈於印刷電路板50的兩端,電連接器10固定於印刷電路板50上且電連接器10的端子(未圖示)與印刷電路板50上對應的導電片52相焊接從而實現電連接器10與印刷電路板50電性連接。柔性電路板60具有若干導電片602,柔性電路板60的導電片602與印刷電路板50上對應的導電片52焊接從而實現柔性電路板60與印刷電路板50電性連接。
套管40用以收容柔性電路板60,故,其形狀根據柔性電路板60的形狀設計。製造時,套管40與應力釋放部30一體成型,應力釋放部30位於套管40的前端,而套管40的前端延伸出應力釋放部30的外部。應力釋放部30包括本體部306、位於最前端的止擋壁302、以及自本體部306四周向內凹陷且緊鄰止擋壁302的卡持槽304。止擋壁302的長寬皆大於本體部306的長寬。本 實施例中,應力釋放部30和套管40皆由具有彈性的絕緣材料製成。
遮蔽殼體20可由金屬材料製成,亦可由塑膠材料製成。本實施例中,遮蔽殼體20包括上殼體202以及下殼體204。上、下殼體202、204分別成型後分別自上、下組裝於組裝完成的電連接器10、印刷電路板50、柔性電路板60上以及應力釋放部30和套管40的前端。上殼體202以及下殼體204結合後形成收容腔(未標號)以及包圍收容腔的前壁206、後壁208、以及連接前壁206、後壁208的兩側壁210。用以收容電連接器10的後部、印刷電路板50、柔性電路板60的前端、應力釋放部30的前端、以及套管40的前端。應力釋放部30的止擋壁302位於上、下殼體202、204形成的收容腔中,上、下殼體202、204的後壁卡入應力釋放部30的卡持槽304中。其他實施例中,柔性電路板60亦可以根據需要用柔性扁平排線代替,柔性電路板60與電連接器10之間用印刷電路板50連接亦可更改成柔性電路板60與電連接器10直接相連,當然此時需要增加加強板等元件。遮蔽殼體20如果是絕緣材料的亦可以用外模包覆成型的方式與應力釋放部30一體成型。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,爰依法提出申請專利。惟,以上所述者僅係本發明之較佳實施方式,本發明之範圍並不以上述實施方式為限,舉凡熟習本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (18)

  1. 一種線纜連接器組合,用於電子設備的外部,其包括:電連接器;柔性電路板,其前端與電連接器的後端電性連接;套管,套設於柔性電路板外部;應力釋放部,位於套管前端;以及殼體,包覆於電連接器後端、柔性電路板、套管和應力釋放部前端的外部。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述線纜連接器組合還包括一印刷電路板,所述印刷電路板位於電連接器與柔性電路板之間。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述電連接器包括若干端子,所述印刷電路板兩端具有若干導電片,柔性電路板具有若干導電片,所述電連接器的端子與柔性電路板的導電片分別與印刷電路板兩端的導電片相焊接。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述套管和應力釋放部由彈性絕緣材料製成。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述套管和應力釋放部一體成型。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述應力釋放部包括本體部、位於最前端的止擋壁、以及自本體部四周向內凹陷且緊鄰止擋壁的卡持槽。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述止擋壁的長寬大 於本體部的長寬。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述殼體包括上殼體和下殼體,上、下殼體組裝形成一收容空間,所述印刷電路板收容於收容空間中。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述應力釋放部的止擋壁收容於殼體的收容空間中,所述殼體包括後壁,後壁卡入應力釋放部的卡持槽中。
  10. 一種線纜連接器組合,用於電子設備的外部,其包括:電連接器;柔性扁平排線,其前端與電連接器的後端電性連接;套管,套設於柔性扁平排線外部;應力釋放部,位於套管前端;以及殼體,包覆於電連接器後端、柔性扁平排線、套管和應力釋放部前端的外部。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述線纜連接器組合還包括一印刷電路板,所述印刷電路板位於電連接器與柔性扁平排線之間。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述電連接器包括若干端子,所述印刷電路板兩端具有若干導電片,柔性扁平排線具有若干導電片,所述電連接器的端子與柔性扁平排線的導電片分別與印刷電路板兩端的導電片相焊接。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述套管和應力釋放部由彈性絕緣材料製成。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第13項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述套管和應力釋放部一體成型。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述應力釋放部包括本體部、位於最前端的止擋壁、以及自本體部四周向內凹陷且緊鄰止擋壁的卡持槽。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述止擋壁的長寬大於本體部的長寬。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第16項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述殼體包括上殼體和下殼體,上、下殼體組裝形成一收容空間,所述印刷電路板收容於收容空間中。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之線纜連接器組合,其中所述應力釋放部的止擋壁收容於殼體的收容空間中,所述殼體包括後壁,後壁卡入應力釋放部的卡持槽中。
