、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是有關於一種薄膜,特別是指—種可應用於觸 控面板上,並且具有均勻色度之透明導電薄膜。 【先前技術】 現行使用於觸控面板的氧化钢錫(ITO)透明導電膜,因 為其鍍膜製程溫度低,而且材料本身在低波長波段的透過 率較低而使膜層偏黃,造成面板之視感不佳。此外,ITO膜 披覆形成之後,為了作電路或電容配置,必須透過蝕刻製 耘將。p分區塊蝕刻移除,因此面板上對應於該膜被蝕 刻的部位,以及對應於沒有被蝕刻的部位,將因為ΙΤΌ材 料之有無,造成明顯的顏色差異,使面板表面顏色不均勻 ,並且造成表面蝕刻圖案容易被觀察到,進而影響面板之 視感。 而人眼可見的顏色可以利用國際照明委員會(
International Commission on Illumination,簡稱 CIE)制定 的CIE L*a*b*色度空間來描述,所述b*值可以為負值也可 以為正值,當b*為正值時,代表黃色,而且b*值越大代表 顏色越黃’—般而言,™膜之b*值約為2〜4而偏黃。 雖然改變ITO之膜厚可以改善膜層偏黃現象,但是為 了在觸控面板上作較佳的觸控應用,加膜之阻抗值必須 控制在《範圍,其膜厚就不能太厚而亦必須控制在一定 ^度’所以無法藉由調整ITO膜本身之膜厚來改良薄膜偏 黃現象。目前作法通常是改變位於ITO膜下方的抗反射膜 層之特性’以改變整體薄膜之顏色均勻性,例如日本專利 JP2003-171147、JP2007-299534 及台灣專利 TW200730933 號專利案,皆是利用多層不同折射率之抗反射膜層搭配, 以調變薄膜整體色度與透光度’其它改良技術例如: JP2004-184579號專利案是利用五層光學膜之搭配來調變色 度,JP2007-276332號專利案是利用高分子材料作為中間層 ,JP2008-49518是利用ZnO與低折射率層之配合。 然而’上述專利案僅是設法將薄膜之整體色度值降 低,但是並未考量ITO膜钱刻後造成的姓刻區塊及非银刻 區塊的色於不均勻性’因此當ITO膜银刻之後,仍然會產 生多數個色衫不均勻之區塊’並使飯刻圖案被清楚觀察到 〇 【發明内容】 因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種減輕薄膜偏黃現 象、色衫均勻、表面蝕刻圖案不易被觀察到的具有均勻色 度之薄膜。 於是,本發明具有均勻色度之薄膜,包含:一基材, 該基材包括反向間隔之一第一面與一第二面所述具有均 勻色度之薄膜更包含一層位於該等第一面及第二面的其 中一表面的表面處理層,以及由鄰近而遠離該基材而披覆 的一第一折射層、一第二折射層,以及一透明導電層,該 第一折射層之光學厚度為dl,且llnmgdlgl6nm,該第二 折射層之折射率小於該第一折射層之折射率而且該第二 折射層之光子厚度為d2,且60 nmg d2g 90 nm。
