1377463 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是有關於一種以複合材料構成工件的方法及其 製品,特別是指一種一體成型複合材料構成筆記型電腦機 殼的方法及其製品。 【先别技術】 參閱圖1’目前筆記型電腦機殼1具有一底座U,及一 與β玄底座11可開啟地相搞接的上蓋12,其中,該底座I! 是由一底殼壁111,及一與該底殼壁U1頂緣相連接的按鍵 設置壁112組裝構成,二者連接後共同界定出一供主機板( 圖未示出)設置的主機板設置空間113,該上蓋12是由一 上蓋壁121,及一與該上蓋壁121底緣相連接的框壁122組 裝構成’一者連接後共同界定出一供平面顯示器面板(圖 未示出)組裝的面板設置空間123。 如此以底殼壁111、按鍵設置壁112組裝成的底座η, 以及以上蓋壁121、框壁122組裝成的上蓋12,唯一的缺 點在於無論底殼壁m、按鍵設置壁112、上蓋壁ι21、框 壁122製作的如何精密,彼此吻合度有多高,都必然會在 組裝後出現每二部件之間的組裝縫線而影響到美觀,這對 於美學要求越趨重視的筆記型電腦而言,不啻是個極為嚴 重而需要改進的缺點。 對以塑膠為構成材料的筆記型電腦機殼而言,因為塑 膠射出成型的技術極為成熟,所以可以透過模具的製作配 合射出成型’製做出一體成型之具有底殼壁11丨與按鍵設置 3 1377463 壁112的底座11,及具有上蓋壁121與框壁122的上蓋u ,解決組裝後出現組裝縫線的問題;但是,塑膠本身就給 予人一種價廉製品的既定印象,一般只用於較低階,或是 以價格為主要訴求的筆記型電腦產品中,並非妥適的解決 方式。 至於中、高階,或是以造型美感為訴求的筆記型電腦 ,目前多以碳纖維、鋁鎂合金等作為筆記型電腦機殼i的 構成材料,而以碳纖維作為構成材料,受限於利用模具熱 壓合積層的預浸碳纖維布成型的製作過程,只能先成型出' 底殼壁111、按鍵設置壁112、上蓋壁121、框壁後, 再分別組裝成底座U與上蓋12,所以根本無法解決組裝縫 線影響成品美觀的問題。 至於以鋁鎂合金為筆記型電腦機殼丨構成材料時,也 同樣地必須以壓鑄後車削成型出底殼壁m、按鍵設置壁 112、上蓋壁121、框壁122 ’再分別組裝成底座u與上蓋 12,同樣地,這樣的製程也無法製作出一體成型之具有主 機板叹置空間113的底座11,及具有面板設置空間123的 上蓋12 ’當然’也無法解決組裝縫線的困擾;雖然,合金 材質可以再透過後續的銲接、拋光等加工作業消除組裝縫 線,但如此除了將大幅增加生產成本之外這樣的製程也 並非真正的一體成型。 由上述說明可知,目前的筆記型電腦機殼丨,除了以塑 膠為材料之外,無論是以碳纖維作為構成材料或是以合 金作為構成材料,都受限於製作方式而只能分別製作底殼 4

Claims (1)

1377463 第098127405號專利申請案補充、修正後無劃線之說明書替換頁 . 修正日期:100年11月 七、申請專利範圍: 1. 一種一體成型複合材料構成筆記型電腦機殼的方法,該 . 筆記型電腦機殼具有一底座,及一與該底座可開啟地相 樞接的上蓋,該底座包括一底殼壁,及一自該底殼壁頂 緣實質平行於該底殼壁一體延伸並界定出一具有一下開 口之主機板設置空間的按鍵設置壁,該上蓋包括一上蓋 壁,及一自該上蓋壁底緣實質平行於該上蓋壁一體延伸 並界定出一具·有一上開口以供容設平面顯示器面板之面 - 板設置空間的框壁,該方法包含: • ( a) 將預浸複合材料織布層疊於形狀分別對應於該主機 板設置空間與該面板設置空間之一下芯模與一上芯 模上,而成形狀分別對應於該底座與該上蓋且包覆 該下、上芯模的一底座半成品與一上蓋半成品; (b ) 取出該下、上芯模,並分別將形狀相同於該主機板 ; 設置空間與該面板設置空間的下、上氣袋置入該底 ' 座半成品與該上蓋半成品取出該下、上芯模後所形 成的空間中,得到二待壓合工件; (c ) 將該二待壓合工件分別置入二個別具有一公模及一 與該公模相配合之母模的模具中; (d) 分別充氣該下、上氣袋並同時合模進行熱壓合,使 該底座半成品與上蓋半成品分別固化成型,該下、 上氣袋充氣之壓力實質相等於該模具熱壓合之壓力 ;及 (e) 分別脫模並取出該下、上氣袋,製得該底座與該上 13 1377463 第瞧聰號專利申請案補充、修正後無刻線之說明書替換頁 — 修正日期:100年11月 2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之-體成型複合材料構成 筆記型電腦機殼的方法,其中,該步驟(a)層疊之預浸 複合材料織布是選自碳纖維織布、玻璃纖維織布、芳綸 纖維織布、玄武岩纖維織布,或硼纖維織布。 3. 依據申請專利範圍第丨項所述之一體成型複合材料構成 之筆記型電腦機殼的方法,其令,該步驟(b)使用的氣 袋是選自尼龍、乳膠,或矽膠所構成。 4. 依據申請專利範圍第丨項所述之一體成型複合材料構成 筆記型電腦機殼的方法,其中,該其中一模具的公模包 括一形狀對應於該底殼壁的公模穴,且該母模包括一形 狀對應於該按鍵設置壁的母模穴,該公、母模穴配合容 置该底座半成品所形成的待壓合工件,該另一模具的公 模包括一形狀對應於該上蓋壁的公模穴,且該母模包括 一形狀對應於該框壁的母模穴,該公、母模穴配合容置 該上蓋半成品所形成的待壓合工件。 5. —種由申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項所述一體成型 複合材料構成筆記型電腦機殼的方法所製之筆記型電腦 機殼的底座,是與一可容設一平面顯示面板的上蓋可開 啟地相樞接,該底座包含: 一底殼壁,及一按鍵設置壁,該底殼壁與該按鍵設 置壁是以預浸複合材料織布為材料熱壓合後一體成型所 形成,該按鍵設置壁是由該底殼壁頂緣實質平行於該底 殼壁一體延伸出,並與該底殼壁界定出一具有一下開口 14 1377463 第098127405號專利申請案補充、修正後無劃線之說明書替換頁 . 修正日期:100年11月 6. 並供容放主機板之主機板設置空間。 一種由申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項所述一體成型 複合材料構成筆記型電腦機殼的方法所製之筆記型電腦 機殼的上蓋,是與一可容裝一主機板的底座可開啟地相 框接,該上蓋包含: 一上蓋壁,及一框壁,該上蓋壁與該框壁是以預浸 複合材料織布為材料熱壓合後一體成型所形成,且該框 壁是由該上蓋壁底緣實質平行於該上蓋壁一體延伸出, 並與該上蓋壁界定出一具有一上開口並供容放平面顯示 面板之面板設置空間。 15
