Description

1343892 IX. Description of the Invention [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a packaging tray for a plate, and more particularly to a glass substrate for a flat panel display (FPD) for packaging a liquid crystal display, a plasma display, etc., and a manufacturing process thereof The packaging tray of the glass plate of the intermediate product in the middle. [Prior Art] In recent years, the demand for a large-sized glass substrate for use in an FPD or the like has been increased. As a packaging tray for packaging such a large-sized glass substrate, it is known that the glass substrate of a plurality of sheets is erected side by side as disclosed in Patent Document 1. Packaging frame for glass substrates. However, since the packaging rack of Patent Document 1 is transported in a state in which the glass substrate is erected, it becomes a large glass substrate, and there is a hangar of a low aircraft (for example, 2 m or less) or a former truck ( For example, the height limit of 2.2 m or less cannot be accommodated. In addition, when the glass substrate is erected, it is safe to ensure that the packaging tray is tipped over. The size of one side of the bottom surface must be a large size (for example, 0.5 times the height of the packaging tray). Therefore, in the packaging rack of Patent Document 1, since the volume and weight of the packaging rack are increased as compared with the number of sheets of the glass substrate to be loaded, there is a disadvantage that the conveyance is deteriorated. In order to solve this problem, the applicant of the present invention proposed in Patent Document 2 that the packaging box of the above-mentioned patent document 2 is composed of a pedestal and a plate-shaped storage box placed on the pedestal of -4 - 1343892. In the flat plate-shaped bottom plate of the plate-shaped storage box, the glass substrate is superimposed on the laminated paper to make it overlap. In addition, the packaging box bends the bottom plate into a V shape (V-angle: 160° to 180°), and the glass plate which is bent into a concave shape is placed along the V-shaped bottom plate by flattening and overlapping. Keep it. Further, the V-shaped bending line of the bottom plate is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate, and the laminated paper is preferably a rough surface having a smoothness of 18 seconds or less (JIS P 81 19, 1 976), for example. The paper having a small contact area and not causing the resin component of the laminated paper to be transferred to the glass substrate to produce a paper surface pattern, burn marks, dirt, or the like is selected. Further, the resin component of the laminated paper is preferably 0.05% by mass or less (JIS P 82〇5, 19*76), and a paper quality which does not affect the quality of the glass substrate itself is selected in accordance with the composite effect with the above-mentioned paper surface roughness. Further, a packaging box in which a laminate paper is laminated without a laminated glass substrate is also known. [Patent Document 1] JP-A-2006-264786 (Patent Document) [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, the laminate of a laminated glass substrate is laminated without interposing laminated paper. The box may have a line-like scratch on the surface of the glass substrate. Further, as described above, the package of Patent Document 2 in which the laminated paper is not adversely affected by the quality of the glass substrate may have a glass. On the surface of the substrate, the particles of the laminated paper - 5 - 1343892 paper powder are transferred. The occurrence of such scratches and the transfer of particles such as paper powder are caused by the fact that the load is concentrated on a certain portion of the surface of the glass substrate. That is, as shown in Fig. 12 (A) and (B), the flat bottom plate 2' of the package 1 in which the glass substrate G is laminated supports the pedestal 4 by a plurality of steels 3, 3, ... having different heights. , it is curved into a V shape or curved downward to form a convex shape. In the bottom plate 2 of such a support structure, a plurality of glass substrates (5, G, ... are stacked, and the load of the glass substrates G, G, ... in Fig. 1 2 (C) is concentrated on the support points of the steel materials 3, 3, ... supporting the bottom plate 2 P on the surface of the glass substrate G of the load-concentrating portion 6, where the above-described scratches or the particles 7 of the paper powder 5 of the paper 5 are transferred into a line shape. The smaller the number of the glass substrates G, the less the doubt of the scratches or the transfer marks is. However, the plurality of glass substrates G, G, ... are accommodated in one package 1 as much as possible, and the handling efficiency is improved. The invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a plate in which a plurality of sheets are laminated in a flat manner even if laminated paper is used. In the case of a shape, the packaging tray of the plate-like plate may be accommodated without affecting the quality of the plate. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a pedestal and a packaging tray for a plate of a plate loading plate, the plate is placed The plate system is disposed on the pedestal via the supporting member and is formed by laminating the upper surface of the plurality of plates from about -6 - 1343892, and the upper surface is formed into a plate shape of a cross-sectional v-shape. In the packaging tray in which the plate of the board is placed, the board mounting board is characterized in that it is composed of a honeycomb board. In the present invention, the board of the plurality of sheets is interposed between the boards. Preferably, the laminated paper is laminated. In the present invention, the packaging tray is preferably characterized in that a lamination of a plurality of φ of the portion of the laminated paper beyond the edge of the sheet is pressed from the side of the sheet. In the paper pressing member, the laminated paper pressing surface of the laminated paper pressing member forms an inclined surface in a direction away from the upper portion toward the lower portion of the plate. In the present invention, the packaging tray is preferably characterized. A plurality of guide members projecting upward from the pedestal corner portion and a tray laminated with a plurality of openings formed in a bottom surface of the pedestal and a guide member of the packaging tray positioned below the pedestal are provided Means. [Effects of the invention] φ according to this issue In the packaging tray of the related plate material, since the plate-shaped mounting plate is made into a lightweight, flexible, high-rigidity honeycomb plate, scratching of the surface of the plate is suppressed, and By suppressing the transfer of particles such as paper powder of the laminated paper to the plate, the plate can be excellently accommodated without affecting the quality of the plate. [Embodiment] [Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention] According to the drawings, a preferred embodiment of the package 1343892 for the plate of the present invention will be described. Fig. 1 is an external view of the package tray 10 of the plate of the present embodiment, and Fig. 2 is a view showing a plurality of packages. A plan view of the configuration of the packaging tray 10 of the glass substrates (plates) G, G... of the sheet. On the packaging tray 10, a plurality of (for example, 80 to 150) rectangular glass substrates G, G, ... are horizontally The glass substrates G are laminated with each other so as to be laminated and formed into a large-area rectangular shape, and then laminated. The glass substrate G shown in this example is a large-sized glass substrate used for a thin plate for FPD, for example, a large glass substrate having a thickness of 0.5 mm to 2.8 mm and an aspect ratio of about 2400 mm x 2100 mm to 3200 mm x 3 0 0 mm. The paper 12 has, for example, a rough surface having a smoothness of 18 seconds or less (JIS P 81 19, 1 976 ), and the selected contact area is small without causing the resin component of the laminated paper 12 to be transferred to the glass substrate to produce a paper surface pattern or burn marks. Paper, such as dirt. Further, the resin component of the laminated paper 12 is 〇.〇5 mass% or less (: TIS P 8205, 1 976 ), and a paper quality which does not affect the quality of the glass substrate G itself is selected in accordance with the composite effect with the paper surface roughness described above. use. As shown in FIG. 2, the packaging tray 1 is mainly composed of a pedestal 14 having a rectangular shape and a plate-shaped mounting plate 16, and a laminated paper pressing member 18. Further, since the packaging tray 1 is In the four corner portions, the guide members 20, 20, which constitute the tray laminating means are provided. Therefore, it is advantageous to transport the packaging tray 1 复 in a plurality of stages in the longitudinal direction, and the laminating means will be described later. The pedestal 14 is formed in a frame shape by a plurality of steel materials 22, 22, ... as shown in FIG. The steel material 2 2 is produced, for example, by cutting an extruded-80-1343892 material or a steel plate made of an aluminum alloy into a predetermined shape, and at least two steel materials 22, 22, ... are formed into a lattice in the vertical and horizontal directions. In a shape, the lattice faces are arranged in parallel in a slightly parallel manner to form a frame. Further, the material has rigidity, and any material such as metal or resin may be used as long as the material of the particles does not occur. However, aluminum or aluminum alloy is preferable in terms of weight, rigidity, and cost, and the pedestal 14 is further provided. On the full side, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the opening portion 28 for the fork lifter inserted by the fork of the forklift (not shown) forms two places on each side of the pedestal 14, thereby being opposed to the package. The tray 10' can be inserted into the fork of the fork lift from either of the longitudinal and lateral sides of the pedestal 14, and can operate efficiently. The plate-mounting plate 166 of Fig. 3 is mounted on the pedestal 14 via the damper member 30 and the inclination angle setting member 312. The vibration damping member 30 is composed of a plurality of shrinkage absorbent members 34, 34, and elongated absorbent members 36, 36, and is interposed between the pedestal 14 and the receiving tray 38 to which the inclination angle setting member 32 is disposed. Between the functions of absorbing the transfer from the pedestal 14 to the plate mounting plate 16. As shown in FIG. 4(A), the shrinkage absorbing material 34 is provided with a gel material 40 having elasticity. The upper end and the lower end of the gel material 40 are provided with metal plates 42 and 42 and a concave bracket 44. 44 is fixed by bolts 46, 46, and then the lower bracket 44 is fixed to the base 14 by screws 48, and the upper bracket 44 is fixed to the receiving disc 38 by screws 48. The elongated absorbent member 3 6, as shown in Fig. 4(B), is provided with a gel material 50 having elasticity, and the bracket 52 of the upper end of the gel material 5'' with an inverted C shape 1343892 is Fixed, the lower end of the bracket 52 is fixed to the pedestal 14' by bolts 56 and then the bracket 58 is slightly c-shaped under the gel material 5〇, and is arranged at a predetermined gap. The upper end is constructed by being fastened to the receiving disk 38 by a bolt 59. The shrink-receiving member 34 and the elongated absorbent member 3 6, as shown in Fig. 3, are regularly (e.g., interactively) disposed on the lower surface of the receiving disk 38, whereby the plate is placed on the pedestal 14 via the receiving disk 38. The vertical direction vibration accompanying the shaking of the pedestal 14 by the vibration of the conveyance board 16 is absorbed. That is, the 'compression disk 38 and the pedestal 14 are compressed (in the direction of the arrow F1 in Fig. 4(A)), and the gel material 40 constituting the shrinkage absorbing material 34 is compressed and contracted, thereby effectively absorbing the arrow pi direction. Vibration. Further, the support disc 38 and the pedestal 14 are elongated (in the direction of the arrow F2 in Fig. 4(B)), and the gel material 40 constituting the shrinkage absorbing material 36 is compressed by the bracket 52 and the bracket 58. The contraction effectively absorbs the vibration in the direction of the arrow F2. In either case, the gel material 4〇, 50 itself absorbs vibration when compressed, so that the glass substrate G can be prevented from being vibrated from the pedestal 14 via the receiving disk 38 to the plate mounting plate 16. Poor condition such as positional deviation. Further, the gel materials 40, 50 are considered to have a fixed number of vibrations generated by a vehicle or an airplane during land transportation or air transportation, and for example, a material capable of efficiently absorbing a vibration frequency of 8 to 20 Hz is preferable, for example, rubber may be used. A vibration absorbing material such as a resin or a polysiloxane, or an elastomer such as a compression rubber or a compression spring made of metal may be used instead of the gel materials 40 and 50. Elastomeric elastic body -10- 1343892 The receiving disc 38 is, for example, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, for example, a steel material or steel sheet made of an aluminum alloy is cut into a plurality of steel materials 61, 61, ... in a predetermined shape. The receiving disk frame 39 which is formed in a lattice shape and the inclined angle setting member 3 2 which is composed of a plurality of steel materials (support members) 6〇, 60, which are fixed to the receiving disk 39, are formed. In other words, the steel materials 60, 60, ... having different heights are arranged in a stepped manner so as to be parallel to the short sides of the top portions of the entire steel materials 60, 60, which are arranged in parallel with the long sides of the packaging tray 10. The line segments are V-shaped. Further, each of the steel materials 60 is formed to be approximately the same length as the long side of the plate-shaped mounting plate 16, and the inclined angle setting member 3 2 thus configured is placed on the plate-shaped mounting plate 16 because of the plate. The weight of the substrate mounting plate 16 is bent in a V-shaped cross section along the short side of the packaging tray 10 as shown in FIG. Then, the plate-mounting plate 16 is adhered and fixed to the steel materials 60, 60, ... by, for example, a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive to maintain a V-shaped curved surface. Further, the shape of the plate-shaped mounting plate 16 is not limited to a V-shaped cross section, and may be curved downward to be convex, that is, the glass substrate G laminated on the plate-shaped mounting plate 16, Corresponding to the shape of the shape deformed by its own weight, or a shape similar thereto. Therefore, in the case of the cross-section V-shaped in the present invention, without any particular limitation, it also includes a convexly curved shape facing downward, whereby the glass substrate G is placed along the plate by its own weight. When the plate is laminated in a state of being bent, it is held stably on the plate-mounting plate 16 while suppressing the positional deviation between the glass substrates G and G and maintaining the packaging state in a stable state. This -11 - 1343892 V word angle is 160 ° ~ less than 180 ° better, 170. ~ Not up to 178. Better. Further, the V-shaped bending line D of the plate-shaped mounting plate 16 is preferably parallel to the longitudinal direction of the plate-shaped mounting plate 16, and is a plate-shaped mounting plate that is bent downward to be convex. It is preferable that the curved portion having a convex shape is formed along the short side (i.e., the bus bar formed by the curved surface of the plate mounting plate 16 is parallel to the long side). Thereby, even if the number of laminated sheets is the same, the V-shaped bending line D and the bus bar formed by the curved surface are compared with the plate-shaped mounting plate formed by the short side. The heights of G and G as a whole can also suppress the positional deviation between the glass substrates G and G due to vibration. Further, on the upper surface of the plate-shaped mounting plate 16, a resin sheet 62 is coated for the vibration generated by buffering or the like, and a plurality of sheets of the glass substrate g are laminated on the resin sheet 62 via the laminated papers 1, 2, 1 2, ... , G... Further, the laminated paper 1 2 ′ laminated paper 1 2 is placed at a position about the center of the glass substrate G in the plane direction, and the laminating line 12 is laminated at a predetermined amount beyond the sides of the glass substrate <3. In addition, the resin sheet 6 2 of the present embodiment is preferably a high-performance polyurethane foam (PORON: r〇geRS INOAC C Ο RP), but is not particularly limited to a material, and is excellent in cushioning property. A material that has less heat distortion and does not affect the glass. As shown in Fig. 1, the laminated paper pressing member 18' is disposed on each of the four sides of the receiving tray 38 at a predetermined interval, for example, two, and is fixed to the receiving tray by screws 6 4, 64. . Further, the laminated paper pressing member 18' is joined by the screw 64, and the glass substrate G is pressed from the side of -12-1343892 by the laminated paper pressing member 18, and the laminated member is pressed by the respective four sides. 8, 1 8 ... holding four sides, and further, as shown in FIG. 6, the laminated paper 12 which is beyond the four sides of the glass substrate G is pressed by the laminated paper pressing member 18, and the laminated paper 12 is laminated paper The pressing members 18, 18, . . . are fixed to the plate-shaped mounting plate 16, whereby the laminated glass substrates G and G are fixed to the plate-shaped mounting plate 16 via the laminated paper 12. Further, in the present embodiment, the two laminated paper pressing members 18 and 18 are disposed on each side of the receiving disk 38. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and only one of the sides of the receiving disk 38 may be provided for each side. Three or more short laminated paper pressing members are provided along the sides or along each side. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the laminated paper pressing member 18 is pressed against the side surface of the glass substrate G by the laminated paper 12 which is notched beyond the side surface of the glass substrate G, and so on, because of the drooping laminated paper. Since the overlapping portion of the edge of the 12 is pressed by the laminated paper pressing member 18, the laminated paper pressing member 18 does not directly contact the side surface of the glass substrate G, and the glass substrate G is protected by the flexibility of the laminated paper 12, The laminate of the glass substrate G can be reliably pressed from the side faces of the four sides. Further, even if the glass substrate G moves up and down due to vibration, the drooping laminated paper 12 is held between the laminated paper pressing member 18 and the side surface of the glass substrate G, and the laminated paper is fixed to the plate loading plate 16 Therefore, the vertical movement of the glass substrate G can be suppressed, and the positional deviation of the glass substrate G in the lateral direction can be prevented. However, the laminated paper pressing surface 19 of the laminated paper pressing member 18 is formed with an inclined surface in a direction from the upper portion to the lower portion of the laminated glass sheet 2, 1 2, ... in the direction from the upper portion to the lower portion. Thereby, since the laminated paper pressing member 18 can positively press the laminated papers 12, 12, ... while applying the edges of the glass substrates G, G, ... laminated by the layer 13-13343892 Since the pressing force is equal, there is no excessive force applied to the glass substrate G to damage the glass substrate G. 7 is a graph showing the relationship between the thickness of the laminated paper on the side surface and the number of laminated glass substrates G. Further, in the graph of FIG. 7, the number of laminated sheets means that 120 glass substrates G are loaded. The position of each of the glass substrates G on the upper surface of the resin sheet 62 when the packaging tray is 1 is 0, and the right direction from 0 in the graph indicates the position in which the number of the glass substrates G in the downward direction of the resin sheet 62 is converted. According to the graph of Fig. 7, it is understood that the position of the resin sheet 62 from the position where the number of laminated sheets is the sheet is 70 to the position of the 70th sheet, and the overlapping thickness of the laminated papers 1, 2, 1 2 ... on the side of the glass substrate G is about 4 mm, from the position of the 7th piece to the position of the 120th piece, the overlapping thickness of the side laminated papers 1, 2, 1 2... is reduced by about 4 mm to 0 mm. That is, if the laminated paper pressing surface 19 of the laminated paper pressing member 18 is formed vertically, the laminated paper 12 from the first sheet to the seventh sheet can be pressed, but the lamination after the 71st sheet Since the paper 12 has a gap with the laminated paper pressing surface 19, it becomes difficult to reliably press the laminated paper 12, and therefore, the laminated paper pressing member 18 of the present embodiment is pressed in order to reliably press In the laminated paper 12 of 71 sheets, the laminated paper pressing surface 19 is inclined upward toward the glass substrate G side, whereby the laminated paper pressing member 18 can reliably press the laminated paper 1 2 while the layer The pressing force of the platen pressing member 18 can also be equally applied to all of the laminated glass substrates G, G, . Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the angle of inclination of the pressing surface 19 of the laminated paper is preferably 5 ° to 15 °, but the thickness of the laminated paper 12 and the number of overlapping sheets of the laminated paper 12, that is, glass. The number of loaded substrates G is appropriately set from -14 to 1343892. Next, the packaging tray configured as described above will be described. Since the packaging trays 1〇1 are conveyed in a state in which they are horizontally overlapped, it is possible to provide a sufficient apparatus for the transportation means in the vertical placement type. The low-cost collection of the top of the engine, such as a machine or a truck, can be easily stored in a vertical position. Further, the plate-like mounting plate 1 of the packaging tray 10 (the surface of the substrate G is bent along the short side of the glass substrate G to be cut 1 or bent downward to be convex. The flat surface is placed on the plate-like loading glass. The substrate G' is curved concave by its own weight, but at this time, since the surface ' of the plate 16 is curved into a v-shaped cross section or downward, the glass substrate G is bent by its own weight along the plate_the surface. In this state, the glass substrate is held on the plate-shaped mounting plate 16, and the positional deviation between the substrates G and G is also maintained in a stable package for vibration. The bending line d of the top of the V-shape of the packaging tray loading plate 16 is transported by the truck 70 (refer to the bus bar of the convex curved surface, and the packaging tray 丨〇 is loaded on the truck 70 with respect to the traveling direction of the truck 70) Therefore, the application of the truck 7 加速 during acceleration and deceleration to the laminated glass substrates G, G, ... can also suppress the positional deviation between G and G. 10 characteristic glass substrate G operation comparison Even if it is a comparison of the flying form, the glass δ v-shaped plate 16 is placed in a glass shape. The mounting plate is bent into the convex plate 16 to ensure that the glass R state can be suppressed. At 10 o'clock, the plate is shown in Fig. 5), or the direction is parallel. The box 72 is relatively strong even if the glass substrate is -15- 10 1343892 However, Fig. 8 shows a packaging tray 10 and 10 which are laminated in three stages, and a belt 74 which is obliquely intersected on the trunk 72 of the truck 70, and is fixedly transported. On the lower edge portion of the pedestal 14 of the packaging tray 10, as shown in Fig. 9, the fitting member 80 in which the plurality of fitting holes 78, 78 of the sub-fitting portion 76 are inserted and inserted is fixed, and the truck 70 is fixed. The same fitting fitting member 8 is also fixed to the trunk 72. The hook portions 76 and 70 attached to the both ends of the strap 74 are fitted to the fitting member go of the packaging tray and the predetermined fitting hole 78 of the fitting member 80 of the vehicle 72 by the respective fitting structures 80 and 80. The straps 74 are placed between them, and the laminated packaging trays 1 and 1 are fixedly fixed to the trunk 72 of the truck 70. Further, in the present embodiment, although the sub-frame is managed to have an oblique cross shape, the present invention is not limited to this, but the manner in which the laminated packaging trays 10, 1 ... are fixedly fixed to the truck 70 car 72 Yes, the belts can not cross each other.

【主要元件符號說明】 1 :包裝箱 2 :底板 3 :鋼材 4 :台座 5 :層壓紙 6 :載重集中部份 7 :紙粉等顆粒 1〇 :包裝托盤 -21 - 1343892 1 2 :層壓紙 14 :台座 1 6 :板狀物載置板 1 7 :板狀物載置板 1 8 :層壓紙按壓構件 1 9 :層壓紙按壓面 20 :引導構件 20A :先端平坦部 21 :先端尖銳部 2 1 A :角柱狀基部 2 2 :鋼材 28 :叉式升降機 3 〇 :減振構件 3 2 :傾斜角度設定構件 3 4 :收縮吸收材 3 6 :伸長吸收材 3 8 :承受盤 39 :承受盤框架 40 :凝膠材料 42 :金屬製板 44 :托架 4 6 :螺栓 5 0 :凝膠材料 60 :鋼材(支持構件) -22 1343892FIG. 10 is a view showing a support structure of the plate-shaped mounting plate 16 of the embodiment, and a description of the load distribution applied to the plate-shaped mounting plate 16 in the case of loading the glass substrate G on the packaging tray 10. As shown in Fig. 5, because of the high rigidity of the honeycomb plate, the load of the glass substrate G of Fig. 10(A) and (B) is not concentrated on the steel. The support point P of 60 is equally applied to the entire board mounting board 16. As a result, since the glass substrate G does not have a carrier portion, the occurrence of linear transfer marks caused by the particle transfer glass substrate G such as paper powder of the laminated paper 12 can be suppressed. In addition, even if the 74 tapes which are not laid down by laminating a plurality of sheets under the laminated paper 12 are connected to the glass substrates G, G, etc. of the glass--16-1343892 glass substrates. Since the load is concentrated on the scratches caused by the glass substrate g, the glass substrate G can be excellently accommodated without affecting the quality of the glass substrate G even in the packaging tray on which the laminated glass substrate G is laid. Further, when the material of the honeycomb plate is made of aluminum, it is preferable to provide a lightweight and highly rigid plate-mounting plate 16 and the honeycomb plate is placed on the upper surface of the inclination angle setting member 3 2 . When it is necessary to follow the top of the V shape, it has to have a V shape (the honeycomb plate has a V-shaped cross section due to its own weight), that is, because the honeycomb plate has flexibility in the surface direction, and has a load-bearing glass substrate in the thickness direction. Since the weight of G is rigid, it is suitable as the plate-shaped mounting plate 16. In the present embodiment, in order to prevent foreign matter such as dust and dust from entering from the outside, the upper and lower sheets of the honeycomb panel are also suitable for application. Further, the thickness of the honeycomb panel is 4 mm, and the thickness of the upper and lower sheets of the honeycomb panel is 0.6. Mm. The thicker the thickness is, the higher the rigidity is. However, in order to suppress the volume of the package, it is preferable to be thin. When the thickness of the honeycomb plate exceeds 〗, the softness in the surface direction disappears, and it is difficult to set the V shape of the member 3 2 with the inclination angle. And become a V shape. Further, the thickness is thinner than 3 mm. For example, when 120 glass substrates G are laminated, the weight of the glass substrate G is stronger than the rigidity of the honeycomb plate in the thickness direction, so that the load is concentrated on the glass substrate G. When the material of the honeycomb plate is made of aluminum, when the glass substrate G of 120 sheets is laminated, the thickness of the honeycomb plate is preferably 3 to 10 mm. In addition, when the number of the glass substrates G is less than 120, the thickness may not be concentrated on the thickness of 3 mm or less of the glass substrate G. The material of the honeycomb plate is not limited to aluminum 173-1343892. As long as it has flexibility in the surface direction and has a rigidity to carry the weight of the glass substrate G in the thickness direction, it may be a metal such as stainless steel or iron. And resin or paper. When iron is used, it is preferably rust-proofed, and the 'aluminum honeycomb sheet is suitable as the board-mounted board 16 because it is durable and lightweight. In addition, the honeycomb board is available in a honeycomb structure. In the range of substantially equivalent functions, the form can be changed. Therefore, according to the packaging tray 10 of the present embodiment, the glass substrate G can be excellently accommodated without affecting the quality of the glass substrate G. Further, by making the honeycomb plate made of aluminum, it is preferable to provide the plate-like plate 16 having high rigidity and light weight. On the other hand, by the packaging tray 10, the laminated paper 12 covered on the laminated glass substrates G'G..., the portion beyond the side surface of the glass substrate G' is disposed on the glass substrate G The plurality of laminated paper pressing members 18, 18, ... are pressed from the side surface of the glass substrate G, and the laminated paper 2 is fixed to the plate-like body by a plurality of laminated paper pressing members 18 and 18. At the same time as the mounting of the plate 16, the laminated glass substrates G and G are fixed to the plate-shaped body mounting plate 16 by holding the glass substrates G and G. Therefore, since it is not necessary to provide a functional upper cover or a cushioning material which is pressed to the upper surface of the coated glass substrate G, it is possible to provide a simple, compact and lightweight packaging tray 1〇. Further, when the glass substrate G is packaged and when it is opened to the destination, the operation of attaching and removing the upper cover of the press machine can be omitted, so that the package can be easily and efficiently packaged and opened. Further, since the laminated paper pressing surface 197 of the laminated paper pressing member 18 is formed into an inclined surface in response to the thickness of the laminated laminated paper 12, it can be solidly laminated by the laminated paper pressing member 18 -18-1343892. The paper and the pressing force of the laminated paper pressing member 18 can be equally applied to the laminated glass substrates G, G, . Further, according to the packaging tray 10, as shown in Fig. 11, since the tray laminating means for the multi-stage laminated packaging and packaging tray 10 is provided, the laminated glass substrate G can be laid flat in the height direction. A plurality of packaging trays 10, 10...
