Description

此外, invention relates to a panel transfer box, and more particularly, to a panel transfer box which is arranged at a predetermined interval from each other and stores a plurality of panels. [Prior art] Panel-shaped display devices such as liquid crystal display panels or plasma display panels have been widely used. In order to manufacture a liquid crystal display panel or a plasma display panel, various glass substrates such as a rough glass, a glass substrate for a liquid crystal display, a glass substrate for a plasma display, or a color filter are used. It is also necessary to transport a panel completed using such a glass substrate. Here, according to Japanese Patent No. 2552625, a glass substrate transport box is proposed. The glass substrate transport box is a box composed of a bottomed body portion, a cover body, or a bottomless body portion, a cover body, and a bottom body. These parts are each made of a polyolefin resin having a foaming ratio of 4 to 25 times. It is composed of a single foamed molded body composed of a foamed body, and these parts are formed on both the inner and outer surfaces with a denser case structure than the inside of the wall, and the inner surface of the main body is opposite to each other. The surface forms a groove for supporting the glass substrate. With this glass substrate transfer box ', the glass substrate and the completed panel can be transferred between glass manufacturers, color filter manufacturers, and component manufacturers. [Summary of the Invention] (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Since the above-mentioned glass substrate transport box is made of a resin foam, it is relatively light, but it has a great disadvantage. That is to say, the above-mentioned transfer box 326 \ Patent Specification (Supplement) \ 92-07 \ 92108210 7 1243787 is not a disposable box but can be reused by users. Here, in the case of a bottomed body portion, it is formed into a box shape with an open upper portion, or in the case of a main body portion separated from the bottom portion, it is formed into a cylindrical body. Therefore, when returning a transport box having such a main body portion, it must be transported in an empty state, and therefore, the transport efficiency is extremely poor. In particular, when a panel such as a glass substrate is transported between domestic and overseas, there is a problem that the vacant transport box must be transported in the reverse direction both domestically and abroad. The present invention has been developed in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to provide a panel carrying box, which can significantly improve the space factor when returning the box in an empty state, thereby improving the conveying efficiency. (Means for Solving the Problem) The main invention of the present case is a panel transfer box, which is characterized in that the panel transfer box that houses a plurality of panels is arranged at a predetermined interval from each other and has a main body portion, a bottom plate portion, and a cover body. The main body part is composed of four side plates constituting its four sides. The four side plates are combined and combined with a strapping band, and a plurality of panels are housed in the main body part, so that the bottom plate part and the The cover is assembled and fixed with a strap. Here, it is preferable to form coupling grooves at two ends of the two side plates facing each other in the four side plates constituting the main body portion, and to form the coupling portions of the side ends of the other two side plates. In addition, the main body portion, the bottom plate portion, and the cover body are all made of a foamed molded body made of synthetic resin, and it is preferable that the inner side of the two side plates of the main body portion facing each other are formed into the panel respectively Guide of the edge 8 326 \ Patent Specification (Supplement) \ 92-07 \ 92108210 1243787 groove. In addition, a support pad is disposed on the upper surface of the bottom plate portion and the inner side of the lid body, respectively, and the lower and upper edges of the above-mentioned panel are placed through guide grooves formed on the surface of the support pad. In addition, it is best to use a support pad with a different size in the height direction to stably store and maintain panels with different sizes in the height direction. In addition, it is desirable to reduce the foaming ratio of the bottom plate portion and the cover body to increase strength. In a state of the panel, the bottom plate portion, the cover body, and the binding bands in the longitudinal direction of the main body are fixed to suspend the panel. In addition, it is preferable to form a tie portion composed of a ladder portion on the outer surface of at least two side plates facing each other among the four side plates constituting the main body portion, and suspend the hooks to the tie portions. In addition, it is desirable to reduce the foaming magnification of the bottom plate portion to increase the strength, and at the same time, place a claw on the lower side of the bottom plate portion and lift it by a forklift. In addition, the storage panel is preferably a glass substrate. [Embodiment] Figs. 1 to 5 show the overall configuration of a panel transfer box according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Here, a configuration is adopted in which a plurality of glass substrates 10 are arranged at a predetermined interval from each other. Such a glass substrate may be a glass substrate of a color filter such as a liquid crystal panel. The panel transfer box that holds the plurality of glass substrates 10 in this manner is composed of a main body portion 11, a bottom plate portion 40, and a cover 50. Support pads 15 and 16 are respectively arranged on the upper side of the bottom plate portion 40 and the lower side of the cover body 50 on the inner side, and the upper and lower sides receiving the glass substrate 10 are formed by the support pads 15 and 16. In addition, three short grooves 33 are formed on the outer surface of the short-side side plate 30, which are formed by grooves in the horizontal direction. In addition, a plurality of guide grooves 36 extending in the longitudinal direction are formed on the inner surface of the short-side side plate 30, and the guide grooves 36 are guided by these guide grooves 36 to accommodate the glass substrate 10 accommodated in the inside. The structure of the bottom plate portion 40 will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 to 14. The bottom plate portion 40 is formed on the main surface of the inner side thereof to form a recessed portion 41, and at the same time, the outer surface of the side wall 10 326 \ Patent Specification (Supplement) \ 92-07 \ 92108210 1243787 is protruded to the side Square way to form the protrusion 42. In addition, an engagement groove 43 is formed on the outer surface of the short side portion in the side wall of the bottom plate portion 40 in the root side portion. A narrow groove 44 and a wide groove 45 are formed on the bottom surface of the bottom plate portion 40. The lid 50 will be described with reference to FIGS. 15 to 17. The cover 50 is formed on the inner side thereof, and three recesses 51 are formed in a portion below the top plate. Further, a long-side side step portion 52 and a short-side side step portion 53 are formed inside the peripheral wall portion of the cover body 50 and at a portion on the lower end side thereof. Further, for the long-side side step portion 52, a stopper portion 54 protruding downward is formed at a predetermined interval from a substantially central portion of the long side. In addition, a recessed portion 55 is formed on the upper surface of the cover 50, and a pair of narrow banded grooves 56 are formed on both sides of the recessed portion 55. In contrast, two wide bands are formed so as to intersect the banded grooves 56 at right angles. 57。 With groove 57. A support pad 15 shown in Figs. 18 and 19 is attached to the concave portion 41 of the bottom plate portion 40. The support pad 15 is provided with a guide groove 61 provided thereon. The guide grooves 61 are formed in such a manner that the glass substrates 10 are stably held in a state of being separated from each other by a predetermined interval. Further, the support pads 16 are held on the inner surface of the cover 50 and in the recessed portions 51, respectively. As shown in Figs. 20 and 21, the support pad 16 is provided with guide grooves 62 on its outer surface, and the guide grooves 62 form a structure for holding the glass substrate 10 stably. In addition, as the support pad 16 on the cover 50 side, one having a different size in the thickness direction is prepared, and the support pad 16 is exchanged to absorb the difference in the height direction size of the glass substrate 10, so that plural numbers can be performed. Storage of kinds of glass substrates 10. In addition, the assembly of the panel conveyance 11 326 \ Patent Specification (Supplement) \ 92-07 \ 92108210 1243787 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. A pair of short-side side plates 30 are arranged so as to face each other, and at the same time, protrusions on the lower end sides of the short-side side plates 30 are engaged with the engaging grooves 43 on the lower end side of the floor portion 40 32 is arranged upright with respect to the bottom plate portion 40. The long-side side plate 20 is then assembled. In other words, the grooves 23 formed on the step portion 22 on the lower end side of the long-side side plate 20 are provided with the protrusions 42 formed on the peripheral wall portion of the bottom plate portion 40 and the long-side side plate 20 The longitudinal grooves 24 on both sides are inserted into both side ends of the short-side side plate 30, so that the long-side side plate 20 and the short-side side plate 30 are combined. Thereby, the two short-side-side side plates 30 and the two long-side-side side plates 20 are combined to assemble the main body portion 11 while assembling a box body opened upward. Furthermore, the case is bundled by the straps 65, 66, 67. That is, three straps 25 formed in the lateral direction extending along the lateral direction of the long-side side plate 20 and three band grooves 33 formed in the lateral direction of the outer surface of the short-side side plate 30 are hung together. A binding band 65 made of acrylic resin is bound. Thereby, the main body portion 1 1 composed of the two long-side-side side plates 20 and the two short-side-side side plates 30 is assembled into a rectangular parallelepiped shape. Then, the glass substrates 10 are arranged inside such a case. At this time, the support pad 15 is installed in advance of the recessed portion 41 of the bottom plate portion 40. In this state, as shown in Fig. 1, a predetermined number of glass substrates 10 are arranged inside a box opened at the top. At this time, the lower end portion of the glass substrate 10 is guided by the guide grooves 61 supporting the pads 15, and the edge portions on the left and right sides are held by the guide grooves 36 of the short side plate 30. When a predetermined number of glass substrates 10 are accommodated, the cover 50 is attached from above in this state. Thus, the ridges 21 at the upper end of the long side side plate 20 and the short sides 12 12 326 \ Patent Specification (Supplement) \ 92-07 \ 92108210 1243787 The ridges 31 at the upper end of the plate 30 are respectively bound to the cover The step parts 5 2, 5 3 inside the peripheral wall of 50. In addition, at this time, the stopper portion 54 of the cover body 50 presses the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the long-side side plate 20 from the inside to prevent the inner side of the long-side side plate 20 from being deformed. At this time, three support pads 16 are installed under the top plate of the lid 50 and in the recessed portion 51. Thus, the guide grooves 62 supporting the spacers 16 are stably placed on the edge of the upper end portion of the glass substrate 10. Accordingly, the glass substrate 10 is guided by the guide grooves 62, 36, and 61 on the upper surface, both side surfaces, and the lower surface, and is accommodated in the panel transfer box in a state of being arranged at a predetermined interval from each other. Thereafter, similar to the grooves 56 of the cover 50 and the grooves 44 of the bottom plate portion 40, a binding band 66 made of polypropylene resin is hung and bound. These straps 66 are hung on the upper side of the short side plate 30. After that, the transport box was again bundled by a wide strap 67 made of polypropylene resin. That is, a banding band 67 is attached to the grooved groove 45 of the bottom plate portion 40 and the grooved groove 57 of the cover 50 to be bundled. The binding band 67 is a groove 26 that is hung on the outer surface of the long-side side plate 20, and also traverses the recessed portion 55 on the upper surface of the cover 50. In addition, a description will be given of the hanging side of the panel transfer box containing the glass substrate 10 of a predetermined number in this manner. When the panel transport box is lifted, a portion of the recessed portion 55 of the cover body 50 which traverses the wide bands 45 and 57 of the wide band grooves 57 of the bottom plate portion 40 and the wide band grooves 57 of the cover body 50 is suspended. At this time, the grooves 57 of the cover 50, in particular, have high stress at the corner portions of the upper surface and the side surfaces. Here, as shown in FIG. 7C, a claw 28 is hung on a portion of the retaining portion 27 formed on the outer surface of the long-side side plate 20, and 13 326 \ Patent Specification (Supplement) \ 92-07 \ 92108210 1243787 A hanging strap 29 is used for auxiliary hanging. This reduces the load applied to the strapping band 57 attached to the cover 50. In general, a foamed molded article of 'synthetic resin' has a reduced weight but a reduced strength as its foaming ratio increases. Conversely, when the foaming ratio is reduced, the weight increases but the strength increases. Accordingly, the bottom plate portion 40 with the grooves 45 and the cover 50 with the grooves 57 which greatly receive the force of the strapping belt 67 with the grooves 57 attached to the cover 50 are set to 8 times as much hair. The foaming ratio is used to increase its strength. At the same time, regarding the long-side side plate 20 and the short-side side plate 30 to which the hanging strap 67 is not acting, the foaming ratio is set to 13.5 times to save the amount of material used. The 1C tag 77 attached to the outer surface of the short-side side plate 30 of the transport box as described above will be described. As shown in FIG. 22, the 1C tag 77 is a 1C chip including a semiconductor memory 78, a memory driving circuit 79, and a transmitting / receiving circuit 80, and an antenna 81 composed of a conductive pattern. For example, rectangular or disc-shaped. Then, the 1C tag 77 transmits and receives radio waves to and from the antenna 83 of the external reader / writer 82 at the shortest distance, so that various information can be written into the semiconductor memory 78 of the 1C tag 77. . Here, information on the type, batch size, or processing status of the glass substrate 10 transferred by the transfer box is written on the 1C tag 77. Further, other information on the glass substrate 10 may be written. In addition, information about the box can also be written into the memory 78 of the 1C tag 77 at the same time. In addition, the information writing of the 1C tag 77 can be arbitrarily deleted by the reader / writer 82 from the outside, and other information can be written again. According to this, 14 326 \ Patent Specification (Supplement) \ 92-07 \ 92108210 1243787 can be used repeatedly after removing the IC tag 7 7 from the short-side side plate 30 of the transport box. The reader / writer 82 is usually connected to a computer 84, and information is written or read from the computer 84. Therefore, according to such a transfer box, the contents of the glass substrate 10 and the like in the transfer box can be discriminated without contact, and it is easy to know which step is being processed. Alternatively, it is possible to know the number of times the washing box is used and the information about washing, so that the protection of the glass substrate stored in the inside can be achieved more reliably. The second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 23 to 32. In this embodiment, instead of using the strap 57 to lift the hanger, it is lifted by the claws of a fork-type elevator. The structures of the long-side side plate 20 and the short-side side plate 30 constituting the main body portion 11 are the same as those of the first embodiment. In contrast, as shown in FIG. 27 to FIG. 29, the bottom plate portion 40 is provided with a central leg portion 71 and left and right leg portions 72 on the lower surface thereof, and is formed by inserting the claws of a fork-type elevator into the leg portions 71 and 72 The state of the recessed portion 73. The grooves 45 are formed so as to cross the recessed portions 73 of the bottom plate portion 40. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 30 to 32, the cover 50 of the transfer box of this embodiment has a substantially flat upper surface, and a cutter introduction groove 58 is formed on both sides from the substantially central portion on the short side toward the center side. (Refer to Figure 30). The other configurations are substantially the same as those of the cover 50 of the first embodiment. In such an embodiment, the short-side-side plate 30 is first assembled on the bottom plate portion 40, and the protrusions 32 on the lower side of the short-side-side plate 30 are engaged with the engaging grooves 43. Then, the long side side plate 20 and the short side 15 326 \ Patent Specification (Supplement) \ 92_07 \ 921 〇8210 1243787 side side plate 30 are combined on the bottom plate portion 40, and the protrusion 42 of the bottom plate portion 40 is combined therewith. The grooves 23 formed on the inner side of the long side plate 20. Further, the vertical grooves 24 on the long side side plate side are inserted into both ends of the short side side plate 30. In this manner, three straps 65 are hung on the outer peripheral sides of the long-side side plate 20 and the short-side side plate 30, and these straps 65 are held and strapped by the grooves 25 and 33 in this state. The glass substrates 10 are arranged and housed therein. The portion on the lower end side of the glass substrate 10 is supported by the guide groove 61 held by the support pad 15 held on the lower side of the bottom plate portion 40, 41, and stabilized by the guide groove 36 of the short side plate 30. The end of the glass substrate 10 is held. According to this, in this state, the cover 50 holding the recess 5 1 on the inner side 3 and the gasket 16 is covered on the upper opening to close the wide groove 45 and the cover 50 of the bottom box portion 40 of the transfer box. The wide groove 57 is hung wide: The belt 67 is bundled, whereby the transfer box is completely closed. When the band 67 is unwound, it is cut by a cutter guided by the cutter introduction groove 58 of the cover 50. Such a transport box can be lifted by inserting the claws of a fork-type elevator in a part of the recessed portion 73 between the leg portions 71 of the bottom plate portion 40. The transport box 'lifted by such a fork-type elevator' is suspended by a wide strap 67 hanging on the grooves 45 and 57. Therefore, a large force is not applied to the cover 50 and the main body. Department 1 1. The bottom part 40 directly lifted by the claws of the fork-type elevator will receive a large text here. The transport box of this embodiment sets the cover 50 and the main body] to a foaming ratio of 1 3 · 5 値To reduce its intensity 'while saving usage. In contrast, the 326 \ Patent Specification (Supplement) \ 92-07 \ 92108210 directly lifted by the claws of a fork-lift elevator is bounded by 20 side I, and it is bundled. For bundling this bundling guide, 72 is not a formula. Therefore, J 0 1 is made of a base material of 16 1243787 and 40 is set to 値 with a foaming ratio of 8.0. It can withstand high forces with high strength. Thereby, only the foaming ratio of the portion to which the force is applied is reduced, and a large force can be withstood. In addition, in this embodiment, in particular, the height dimension of the support pad 16 attached to the cover side of the recessed portion 51 under the cover body 50 is changed so as to absorb the height direction of the glass substrate 50 accommodated therein. Differences in the size of the glass substrate 10 can be accommodated in a plurality of sizes. In the transfer box of the present embodiment, for example, a 1C tag 77 is mounted on the outer surface of the short-side side plate 30, and the glass substrate in the transfer box is determined by the 1C tag 77. In addition, it is easy to know which step is being processed. Alternatively, it is possible to know the number of times of use of the transfer box and the information of washing, so that the protection of the glass substrate housed in the inside can be more surely achieved. As mentioned above, the invention included in this case has been described based on the illustrated embodiment. However, the invention included in this case is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, but various changes can be made within the scope of the technical idea of the invention contained in this case. For example, the embodiment described above constitutes a transport box for transporting a glass substrate for a color filter of a liquid crystal panel. However, the transport box of the present invention can be widely applied to transport of various other panels. (Effects of the Invention) The main invention of the present invention is a panel transport box that stores a plurality of panels arranged at a predetermined interval from each other, and has a main body portion, a bottom plate portion, and a cover body. The main body portion is composed of four sides. It is composed of 4 side panels. These 4 side panels are combined and combined by a strap. In addition, 17 326 \ Patent Specification (Supplement) \ 92-07 \ 92108210 1243787 is housed in the main body, so that The bottom plate is combined with the cover and fixed by a strap. Thus, according to such a panel transfer box, it is assembled at the time of use ', especially the main body is assembled with 4 side plates, and at the same time, the transfer box can be obtained by binding with a strap. Therefore, the panels can be stably transported by arranging the panels at a predetermined interval from each other in such a transport box. Furthermore, when not in use, the strapping is cut off, the transport box is separated into a main body portion, a bottom plate portion, and a cover body, and the main body portion is further separated into four side plates, thereby transporting the transport box when not in use. And storage space is small. In addition, even if one of the constituent parts of such a transport box is damaged, it is only necessary to exchange the damaged parts, and the entire transport box does not need to be discarded for replacement.
