200417498 玖、發明說明 :::乂:。 :. : .. .. . . :― . :_「.: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於面板搬送箱,尤其是關於相互以指定的間 隔隔開排列而收納著複數片面板的面板搬送箱。 1先前技術】 液晶顯示面板或電漿顯示器面板等之面板狀顯示裝置 已受到廣泛應用。爲了製造液晶顯示面板或電漿顯示器面 板等,使用毛坯玻璃、液晶顯示用玻璃基板、或電漿顯示 器用玻璃基板、或彩色濾光片等的各種玻璃基板。又,還 有搬送使用此等玻璃基板而完成的面板的必要。 在此,根據日本專利第2552625號公報,提案一玻璃基 板搬送用箱。該玻璃基板搬送用箱係由有底本體部、蓋體, 或無底本體部、蓋體及底體所構成的箱子,此等零件分別 由發泡倍率爲4〜25倍的聚烯烴系樹脂發泡體所組成的單 一發泡成形體所構成,此等零件無論何者均是將內外兩面 的表面形成爲較壁內部更爲緻密的表殼構造,且,本體部 內面相對向之一對的面形成玻璃基板支持用的溝。藉由如 此之玻璃基板搬送用箱,即可進行玻璃製造商、彩色濾光 片製造商、元件製造商相互間之玻璃基板及完成面板的搬 送。 【發明內容】 (發明所欲解決之問題) 因爲如上述的玻璃基板搬送用箱係由樹脂發泡體所構 成,較爲輕量,但有很大的缺點。也就是說,如上述的搬 326\專利說明書(補件)\92-07\92108210 200417498 送用箱並不是用畢即拋棄式而是可被重複使用者。在此, 在有底本體部的情況係形成爲上部開口的箱體形狀,或是 在與底部分離的本體部的情況係形成爲筒體。因此,在返 送具有如此之本體部的搬送用箱時,必須在內部空置的狀 態進行搬運,因此,運送效率極差。尤其是在國內與海外 間搬送玻璃基板等的面板的情況下,會有必須在國內與國 外逆方向地運送空置之搬送用箱的問題。 本發明係鑑於此種問題而開發完成者,其目的在於提供 一面板搬送箱,可特別大幅改善在空置狀態返送箱子時的 空間係數,藉以提高輸送效率。 (解決問題之手段) 本案之主要發明爲一面板搬送箱,其特徵爲, 於相互以指定的間隔隔開排列而收納著複數片面板的 面板搬送箱中, 具有本體部、底板部及蓋體, 上述本體部係由構成其4邊的4片側板所構成,將此等 4片側板組合並以捆扎帶予以結合, 而且,在上述本體部內收納著多片的面板,使上述底板 部與上述蓋體組合並以捆扎帶予以固定。 在此,最好於構成本體部的4片側板內的相互對向之2 片側板兩端,形成放入其他2片側板的側端的繫合部的繫 合溝。此外,本體部、底板部及蓋體均是由合成樹脂製的 發泡成形體所構成,而且,最好於上述本體部的相互對向 之2片側板的內側,分別形成放入上述面板的邊緣的引導 8 326\專利說明書(補件)\92-07\92108210 200417498 溝。此外,在底板部的上面與蓋體的內側分別配置支持襯 墊,藉由形成於該支持襯墊的表面的引導溝來放入上述面 板的下側及上側的邊緣。此外’最好藉由高度方向尺寸不 同的支持襯墊以穩定收納保持高度方向尺寸不同的面板。 此外,最好使底板部與蓋體的發泡倍率減小以增大強度’ 同時,在收納面板的狀態下藉由固定上述底板部、上述蓋 體及上述本體的縱方向的捆扎帶予以懸掛。此外’最好於 構成本體部的4片側板內的至少相互對向之2片側板的外 表面,形成由梯部組成的繫止部,並將鉤繫止於上述繫止 部予以懸掛。此外,最好使底板部的發泡倍率減小以增大 強度,同時,在該底板部的下側放入爪,藉由叉式升降機 抬起。此外,收納之面板最好爲玻璃基板。 【實施方式】 圖1〜圖5顯示本發明之第1實施形態的面板搬送箱的 全體構成,在此,形成爲相互以指定的間隔隔開排列而收 納著複數片玻璃基板1 0的構成。又,如此之玻璃基板也可 爲如液晶面板之彩色濾光片的玻璃基板。 如此收納保持著複數片玻璃基板1 〇的面板搬送箱,係由 本體部1 1、底板部40及蓋體50所構成。並在底板部40 的上側及蓋體50的下側,於內側分別配置著支持襯墊15、 1 6,並形成藉由此等支持襯墊1 5、1 6接受玻璃基板1 〇的 上下邊緣的構成。 引導溝36,藉由此等引導溝36以引導而放入收納於其中 的玻璃基板1 〇的側端。 其次,參照圖6〜圖8,說明構成上述本體部11的2片 長邊側側板20的構成。此等長邊側側板20於其上端具備 有突條2 1,同時,於其下端側且於其梯部22下側的垂直 面備有條溝23。此外,在長邊側側板20的內側,於其兩 端側的部分分別具備成爲縱溝的繫合溝24。 又,長邊側側板20於其外表面具備向橫方向延伸的3
