【實施方式] _請參閱圖卜其係本發明—較佳實施例之分解圖。如圖 所示,其為本實施例之—種電熱封口機之改良結構,包括 一基座10、一熱封口模組3〇、一按壓部4〇、一前蓋51、電 池盒蓋52、及一後蓋,53。.. 其中,基座Η)之内設置有一前容置室"、一前擋牆12、 -電池室13、-後擋牆14、一後容置室15、二前金屬接觸 片21、及一後金屬接觸片22。 如圖1所示,熱封口模組3〇其設置於基座1〇之前容置室 11上,熱封口模組30包括一耐熱絕緣基部31 ' —電熱部32、 及一壓縮彈簧33 ^ ' 請參閱圖2,其係本發明一較佳實施例熱封口模組之分 解圖。如圖所示,t熱部*32設置於耐熱絕緣基部31上,耐 熱絕緣基部31包括一左側部311、一尹間凸出部312與一右 側部313,電熱部32包括一電熱線321、一第—金屬扣合體 20 1332923 322、及一第二金屬扣合體323。第一金屬扣合體322係扣合 於耐熱絕緣基部3 1之左側部3 11,第二金屬扣合體323扣合 於耐熱絕緣基部31之右側部313,而使電熱線321定位於耐 熱絕緣基部31之中間凸出部312上,其中,電熱部32還包括 5 —耐熱絕緣覆蓋片324,以覆蓋於電熱線321上。 請再參閱圖1’其中’前容置室11設置有一支撑部111, 壓縮彈簧33係設置於耐熱絕緣基部31與前容置室1]L之支樓 部111之間。再者,异前金屬接觸片21分別固設於前擋牆12 > 上’後金屬接觸片22設置於後擋踏14,前蓋51開設一開槽 10 5 11 ’以供耐熱絕緣基部3 1之中間凸出部3 12穿設於前蓋5 1 之開槽511,此外,前蓋51還包括二個固定梢514,基座1〇 之别谷置室11包括二個固定孔112,前蓋51是透過二個固定 梢514插置於基座1〇之二個固定孔112以將熱封口模組3〇蓋 合於前容置室11上。 15 由於壓縮彈簧33提供耐熱絕緣基部3〗彈力支樓,因 此,耐熱絕緣基部31可柢對於基座1〇做上下之作動,而使 第一金屬扣合體322、及第二金屬扣合體323分別與二前金 屬接觸片21接觸或分離,且前蓋5丨是由固定梢5 14係以摩擦 力固定於基座10之二個固定孔112,因此,可以輕易多次開 關前蓋51以利更換熱封σ模組3G已氧化或斷裂之電熱線 321(見圖2^ 請參閱圖1並共同參閱圖3,圖3係本發明一較佳實施例 立體圖顯示之保護扣合件蓋合之狀態圖。如圖所示,前 蓋51包括一保護扣合件51.2、及二樞孔513,保護扣合件512 1332923 樞設於二樞孔513,並可向上旋轉以蓋住熱封口模組3〇,以 阻擋按麼部40向下壓合,..由於壓縮彈簧33所提供的向上彈 力’致使電熱部32之金屬扣合體322,323無法與電池室η内 之前金屬接觸片21相互接觸導通,因此,可避免誤觸或按 5 壓而啟動,以增加使用上之安全性。 如圖1所示,電熱封口機還包括一電池盒蓋52、及—後 蓋53 ’電池盒篕52蓋合於電池室13上’後蓋53蓋合後容置 室15上。後蓋53開設有一穿孔531,後容置室15還包括一 | 容置槽151、及一安全開關152,安全開關152包括有—上 10 壓柱153,及一彈簧154 彈簧154容設於容置槽151内,並 抵頂於上壓柱153與容置槽151之間,後蓋53蓋合於後容置 室15後’上壓柱153則穿設於後蓋53之穿孔。 請同時參閱圖1及圖4 ’圖4係本發明一較佳實施例之電 路圖。如圖所示’按壓部40包括有第一端41、及第二端42, 15 第一端41之二樞梢411與後容置室15之二樞孔412樞接,按 壓部40向下作壓合動作時,其第二端42係相應壓合於熱封 . 口模組30之中間凸出部312位置,同時,第一端41亦對應壓 合於安全開關152的土壓柱153的位置,此時,電熱部32的 第一金屬扣合體322、及第二金屬扣合體323會分別與二前 20 金屬接觸片21接觸,同時第一端41亦將安全開關152的上壓 柱153 一起向下壓合而使電池18之電流導通於電熱線321 而形成一迴路。 請注意’此為本實施例之安全設計,由於使用者必須 同時按壓封口模組3〇的電熱部32及安全開關152才能使電 1332923 熱線321發熱,因此使用者不會因誤觸熱封口模組30而有被 燙傷之虞。 請參閱圖5—併參閱圖4,圖5係本發明一較佳實施例之 後側視圖。如圖所示’基座1〇包括一開關17、及一發光二 5極體171 ’開關17與發光二極體i7i電性連結。以開關^ 了開 啟發光二極體171以作為指示或照明用途,反之亦可以開關 17關閉發光二極體171。 請參閱圖1並共同參閱圖6,圖6係本發明一較佳實施例 # 展開安全刀片時之狀態圖。如圖所示,電熱封口機還包括 10 -安全刀片16 ’安全刀片16可選擇式地展開或收納於基座 10下方,當使用者需裁切塑膠袋時,安全刀片16展開於基 座10下方,而不使甩裁切功能時亦可將安全刀片收納於 基座10下方。 請參閱圖7,其係本發明另一較佳實施例熱封口模組之 分解圖,如圖所示,其與上一實施例之電熱部以结構大 致相同,惟不同處在於本實施例為二線式之熱封口模組, • 其包括有二電熱線61、一第一金屬扣合體62、一第二金屬 扣。體63及一耐熱絕緣基部64,使用本實施例之二線式 ㈣口模組’更可以二線式的電熱部6以強化塑膠袋的封 20 強度或是進行厚塑勝袋的.射裝工.作。 、 上述實施例僅係為了方便說明而舉例而已’本發明所 主張之權利範圍自應以申請專利範圍所述為準,而 於上述實施例。 又 B32923 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1係本發明一較佳實施例之分解圖。 圖2係本發明一較佳實施例熱封口模組之分解圖。 圖3係本發明一較佳實施例以立體圖顯示之保護扣合件蓋 5 合之狀態圖。 圖4係本發明一較佳實施句|之電骖圖。 圖5係本發明一較佳實施例之後側視圖。 圖6係本發明一較佳實施例展開安全刀片時之狀態圖。 圓7係本發明另一較佳實施例熱封口模組之分解圖。 0 【主要元件符號說明】 基座10 前容置室11 支撐部111 固定孔112 前擋牆12 電池室13 後擋牆14 ,後容置室15 容置槽151 安全開關152 上壓柱153 彈簧154 安全刀片16 開關17 發光二極體171 電池18 前金屬接觸片21 後金屬接觸片22 熱封口模組30 耐熱絕緣基部31,64 左側部3 11 中間凸出部312 右側部3 13 電熱部32 電熱線321,61 第一金屬扣合體322,62 第二金屬扣合體323,63 耐熱絕緣覆蓋 片324 壓縮彈簧33 ,按壓部40 第一端41 樞梢411 樞孔412 第二端42 前蓋51 開槽5 11 保護扣合件512 11 1332923 樞孔513 '固定梢514 後蓋53 穿孔531 電池盒蓋52
