玖、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係說明無線通訊的範疇。更特定言之, 本發明係說明在一自一中介點分配資料之無線系 統中交遞後、有效地回復緩衝資料。包含一耦合至 一個或多個節點B上之遠端網路控制器(RNC)、且 利用可適性調變和編碼(AMC)和混合式自動重送 請求(H-ARQ)技藝的第三代(3G)系統(其中該等一 個或多個節點B又依次無線式耦合至複數個使用 者設備(UE)上)僅為該種系統的—個實例。 【先前技術】 第一代(3G)通用地面無線存取網路(utran) 包括數個RNC ’其中該等每-咖均可轉合至數 個節點B上。一節點B為一包括—個或多個基地台 之實體’其中每一基地台管理一個或多個胞元的流 量 ° 該等3G刀頻雙工(FDD)和分時雙工系統 ”里地利用該RNC來緩衝和排程傳輸給該ue的資 料^然而,就該等3G蜂巢式系统的高速頻道而言、, 則係由一節點B來緩衝和排程要傳輸的資料。該其 中一個高速頻道例如為該高速下行鏈路共享頻道 (HS-DSCH)。因由該節點B來分配資料,故須將要 傳輸的資料緩衝在節·點B中。該結構導致該㈣ 未取付該卽點B盆括制私6 -欠L丨 ,、役制封包資料早元(PDU)傳輸的 1321921 一最新狀態。因此,一旦在胞元間交遞時,則須因 應該胞元改變來協調該等資料傳輸的排程。不然, 則須在該單元改變後、使資料傳輸重新同步化,以 避免傳輸的資料“漏失”或“重複傳輸”。於3 G網路 中,係由該RNC控制胞元間的交遞。因用來控制 包含該UE之胞元的RNC會改變,故資料有可能因 該交遞而漏失或重複。由於該結構中每一 RNC係 與數個節點B相關聯,致使該問題更加嚴重。由於 UE胞元的交遞,故一行動UE要求一節點B改變 的可能性遠比其要求一 RNC改變來得大。 該HS-DSCH利用AMC致能高速傳輸資料,及 利用 H-ARQ來增加成功傳遞資料的可能性。當該 UE須改變該正在傳輸和接收該服務HS-DSCH無線 鏈結之UTRAN存取點的相關聯胞元時,則導致一 服務HS-DSCH胞元改變。當一替換單元意識到實 體頻道條件和/或實體容量改善時,則引動該服務 HS-SDCH胞元改變。不同於 3G網路中的其它頻 道,該HS-DSCH係在節點B上中斷、而不是在該 UTRAN内的RNC上中斷。 有兩種HS-DSCH胞元改變型式。當該UE在 兩個與該同一節點B相關聯之胞元間改變時,則為 一節點B内的服務HS-DSCH胞元改變。當該UE 在兩個與不同節點B相關聯之胞元間改變時,則為 一節點B間的服務H S - D S C Η胞元改.變。就一節點 Β間胞元改變而言,將該服務HS-DSCH胞元改變 之前的節點B稱為該來源節點B ;且將該服務 HS-DSCH胞元改變之後的節點B稱為該目標卽點 B ° 該RNC和該UE中均有同層無線鏈結控制 (RLC)實體,提供一用作傳輸資料之自動重送請求 (ARQ)功能。該傳送RLC實體傳訊該PDU標頭中 的序號(SN),其中該接收RLC實體利用該序號以 確保該傳輸期間未漏失任何P D U。如於該傳輸期間 漏失了若干PDU時(因未按順序傳遞PDU所致)’ 則該接收RLC實體傳送一 PDU狀態報告、以通知 該傳送RLC實體“某些PDU漏失了 ”。利用該PDU 狀態報告說明該資料傳輸的狀態。其中該PDU狀 態報告識別該等漏失或收到之PDU的序號SN。如 漏失了 — PDu,則該傳送RLC實體會將該漏掉之 PDU的複本重新傳輸給該接收RLC。 該傳送RLC實體亦可能向該接收RLC實體輪 詢—PDU狀態報告;或可能定期地產生狀態報告。 該輪詢功能提供一機制、供該傳送RLC實體請求 該等pDU傳輸的狀態。 該節點B的一 η-ARQ功能亦提供了將失敗傳 輸再重新傳輸的功能。雖然該H_Arq作業會將某 些失敗的傳輸移除和提高成功傳遞資料的機率,然 而取後確保成功傳遞的卻係該RLC協定層.。 由於傳播條件的動態改變,故須快速地執行該 HS'DSCH胞元改變,以維護服務品質。於該服務 HS-DSCH胞元改變期間’該UE有可能停止該來源 胞元中的傳輸和接收、直到傳輪完所有目前儲存在 該來源節點B中的PDU時為止。因該來源節點b 排程和缓衝該資料’且因該等資料傳輸速率非常高 (例如一千萬位元/秒或更高),故當該UE執行一服 務HS-DSCH胞元改變時(特別是一節點B間的交 遞)、大量缓衝在該來源節點B中的資料有可能會 漏失掉。其中一個原因為該UTRAN結構内並未提 供任何機制用以將該來源節點B上的緩衝資料轉 移給該目標節點B。一旦提供了一 HS-DSCH胞元 改變,則因未通知該RNC “節點B的資料傳輸排 程,,、故該RNC不知道有多少資料漏失掉(若有的 話),且該RNC亦不知道該UE是否有成功地回覆 確認該傳輸。故一旦提供了 HS-DSCH胞元改變 後、如仍有資料緩衝在該來源節點B中時,則該 RNC RLC須回復該資料、以保持傳輸而不致漏失 該資料。 目前,先前技藝系統有兩種較佳的方式來回復 該來源節點B上的緩衝資料。即於該HS-DSCH胞 元改變後:丨)該RNC可明確地向該UE請求一 pDU 狀態;或2)該RNC可僅只從該來源胞元中遭停止 的地方開始傳輸’且該UE藉由其察知的未按順序 傳遞產生該狀態。 於該第一事例中“該RNC藉由輪詢該UE以 明確地請求一 PDU狀態,,,該RNC須先等到該新胞 1321921
