V 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種背光模組及其製造方法。 【先前技術】 由於液晶顯示裝置具輕、薄、耗電小等優點,廣泛應用於筆 記本電腦、行動電話、個人數位助理等現代储訊設備。因液晶 本身不具發光躲,需域提供f光模_實_示功能。 請參照第-圖,-種先前技術之背光模組i包括··具有侧邊 111與内底面113之金屬背板u、包括側壁121之膠框12、位於 内底面113上方之反射板13、位於反射板13上方之導光板、 位於導光板14上款絲板15及與導秘14 端相鄰之光源 =。該金屬背板U與雜12結合,且膠框12之側壁121的向外 犬出的卡塊I22卡入設於該金屬背板u的側邊U1之固定孔把。 該先前技術之背光模Μ巾,從光源16射出的光進入導光板 !4’部份光從導光板Μ出光面射出,而另一部份光射出導光板14 的底面,經反射板13反射後,射出導光板14的出光面。 該月光模組1之金屬背板U與膠框12以卡塊122與固定孔 112卡合之方式結合,容易出現鬆脫之現象。 【發明内容】 有鑑於此,有必要提供一種不易鬆脫之背光模組。 本發明還提供一種上述背光模組之製造方法。 1287149 一種實施Μ揭露之f光模組包括:她 該膠框與她-體_,軸射板騎合扯括_軸·空=, 該光學元件位於該容納空間内。 一種實施方式聽之背紐_製造方法,包括步驟··提供 ΐ板;提供雜材料與膠鋪具,卿框射板以—體成型的方 式結合,形成-軸賴;提供絲元件,將光學元件置於該容 納空間。 相較於先前技術之背光模組,該背光模組之膠框與背板一體 成型,可避免-先前技術之背光模組之膠框與金屬背板以卡塊 卡合而容Μ現鬆默縣。歸光她之製造方法將膠框與背 板以-體成型之方式結合,此結合方式可增強#板與膠框的結合 體之剛性,從而提高整個背光模組的剛性。 【實施方式】 本發明之背光模組如第二圖及第三圖所示,第二圖係背光模 組2的分解圖,第三圖係第二圖所示背光模組之沿瓜.之剖面圖。 背光模組2包括具有内底面(未標示)與内壁211之金屬背板21、 膠框22、鍍於該金屬背板21之内底面之反射層23、導光板24、 位於導光板24上方之散射板25及與該導光板24的一端相鄰之光 源26。該膠框22與金屬背板21結合成一體,即該膠框22與金屬 月板21係一體成型,且該膠框22包覆該金屬背板21之内壁。該 導光板24位於該金屬背板21上方。該金屬背板21可為鋁背板。 1287149 m k 該膠框採用聚碳酸酯材料。該反射層可採用高反射率之金屬,如 銀。 剷述为光模組2之製造方法的第一實施方式如第二圖、第三 圖與第四圖所示,其步驟包括: 提供金屬背板21,該金屬背板21包括内壁211與内底面; 以電鑛或濺鍍的方式在該内底面形成反射層23 ; 提供膠框材料與膠框模具,將金屬背板21置於該膠框模具 修内,以模内成型(Insert mold)之方式結合膠框π與金屬背板21, 且膠框22包覆金屬背板21的内壁,以形成一體成型之膠框22與 金屬背板21 ; 提供導光板24,將導光板24置於該金屬背板21的内底面上; 提供光源26,將光源26相鄰導光板24 一端放置; 提供散射板25,將散射板25置於該導光板24上方。 馨本剌之#光麵之製造枝_二實财式㈣二圖、第 三圖與第四圖所示,其步驟包括·· 提供金屬背板21,該金屬背板21包括内壁211與内底面,· 提供職㈣與雜模具,將金射板21置_膠框模具 内’以拉内成型之方式結合金屬背板21與膠框Μ,且膠框r包 覆金屬背板21之内壁,以形成一體成型之膠框Μ與金屬背板Μ ; 以電鍍或濺鍍方式在該金射板之_面形成反射層23 ; ’ 提供導光板24,料光板24胁該金射板U _底面上; 1287149 ▲ 提供光源26,將光源26相鄰該導光板26的一端放置; ^供散射板25,將散射板25置於該導光板24上方。 本發明之背光模組2之金屬背板21與膠框22以模内成型的 方式結合’ J«膠框22包覆金射板21之内^,以形成一體成型 之馳22與金屬背板21,從而實現金屬背板21與膠框22緊密結 合成一體,不容易出現鬆脫之現象,即可增強整個背光模組2之 剛性。 1 、综上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,妥依法提出專 2申請。惟’以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,本發明之 範圍並不以上述魏方式為限,舉凡鮮本案技藝之人士援依本 發明之精摘狀等雜飾或變化,冑應涵蓋於町冑請專利 圍内。 【圖式簡單說明】 .第圖係-種先前技術之背光模組之示意圖。 第一圖係本發明之背光模組之分解示意圖。 第二圖係第二圖所示背光模組沿之剖面圖。 第四圖係本發明之背光模組之組合示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 背光模組 2 導光板 24 金屬背板 21 散射板 25 膠框 22 光源 26 Ι2·87149 反射層 23 内壁 211
