1277269 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於一種電動馬達,主要係以動力輪方式用 於各種車輛,特別是可應用於電氣推進式之各種兩輪車、 輪椅、工作母機,電動車及其各種的車輛及機器。 【先前技術】 例如(SU 628008 A,15.10.1978; SU 910480 A, 07.03.1 9 82 ; SU 1 72 5 7 8 0 A3,07.04.1 992 ; US 5 1 6462 3 B 1 ,US 6492756 B1,1 0.1 2.2002)等專利文獻之習知技術, 業已揭示了一種不具減速齒輪而爲集電器動力輪者,其中 動力輪之轉動係直接以磁性定子-及-轉子系統之電磁相互 作用爲之。 此種電動馬達在硏發上所面臨的一個主要問題爲,在 不顯著增加電源之電力(尤以電壓爲然)下卻可增加其扭力 〇 解決該問題的一個途徑係作多重應用一增加電動馬達 組件之數量(永久磁鐵及電磁鐵等),此種思維可見諸蘇聯 第2 1 29965號發明專利案的揭示。此專利案中所述的電動 馬達,複數個永久磁鐵係以平行的兩排固定於定子之環形 磁性導體,極性變換爲縱向式(複數個磁鐵在一線上)及橫 向式(不同排之相鄰近的磁鐵爲相反極性)。諸永久磁鐵之 各兩排具有含複數電磁鐵之一對應轉子部,該等電磁鐵則 係以”其等本身”之排的方式面對定子的複數個永久磁鐵。 此種電動馬達可稱之爲具有含一共同磁性導體的兩個定子 1277269 以及兩個轉子(亦含一共同磁性導體)。 ‘ 【發明內容】 本發明之原理與上述先前技術者相同但配置不同,本 發明所提供之動力輪具有數個創新獨特優點,例如,在損 耗特性上(由於磁阻之降低而可增加扭力),及在結構特性 上,亦因馬達縱長尺寸之減少,此等”動力輪”之馬達而言 特別重要,亦使損耗減低。 依本發明,所提供主要用於運輸車輛之電動馬達,包 括有: _ 主體爲一環形磁性導體之定子,該一磁性導體具有一 外部與一內部的周圍表面以及一軸徑,一第〗組的永久磁 鐵可對稱性的,並以交變的極性環繞磁性導體的外部周圍 ’及一第2組永久磁鐵則以對稱性的,並以交變的極性環 繞磁性導體的內部周圍,第1及第2組永久磁鐵係配置成 對,且在通經環形磁性導體厚度之方向上,兩者之極性互 爲相反; 由第1及第2部分組成之轉子,第1部分爲繞著該定 # 子外部,而第2部分則爲位在定子內側之內部,各該部分 在面對定子之永久磁鐵處均裝載有相等數量的電磁鐵,且 該兩部分亦均具有依定子之環形,磁性導體軸徑爲軸徑的 一共同幾何軸徑; 一集電器型之電流分佈器,具有位在附近,且以介質 間隙分隔之複數個電流導流板,該等電流導流板係連接直 流電源以使具有交變的極性;及 -6- 1277269 複數個電流集電器,彼等被固定設置可接觸集電器型 電流分佈器諸板片,該等電流集電器係連接於轉子上電磁 鐵之繞組者。 最好是,二轉子部分的電磁鐵彼此相對間可設在一共 同之軸徑上,且彼等之繞組對應於電流集電器可予連接爲 成對方式,集電器型電流分佈器之電流導流板數量係相等 於定子永久磁鐵之成對數量,且諸板片間之介質間隙的軸 線係沿定子永久磁鐵之軸線予以作對正。 電流集電器可依繞著相對於電流分佈器之周圍作設置 的方式而固定在內部轉子上。 不同於前述之習知專利案者,乃本發明所揭示之電動 馬達係具有非位在同一邊的兩排永久磁鐵,而係位在環形 磁性導體的相反側邊上,兩排成相對向,且相鄰近磁鐵彼 此間之極性亦爲相反極性者。 轉子兩個部分的配置方式亦不同:其中的一個外部轉 子係繞著定子(具有永久磁鐵的環形磁性導體),另一個內 部轉子是位在定子內側。定子與兩個轉子部分爲一個共同 的幾何軸徑。該兩個轉子部分具有相同數量的電磁鐵,係 對稱性的繞著周圍作設置,外部轉子的電磁鐵係對應於內 部轉子之電磁鐵成反向的設置(亦即,該兩部之各成對電 磁鐵的軸徑係位在相同但對立的平面中)。轉子內外兩部 分的電磁線圈係成對的連接於電流集電器,同時並觀諸分 佈集電器之電流集電器板片的數量、以及定子之永久磁鐵 的成對數量、等兩者的品質狀況而定;且集電器必須加以 1277269 固定’以使集電器之諸電流集電器板片間的諸介質間隙, 彼等之軸線乃可沿著定子之永久磁鐵的軸線予以對正。 【實施方式】 爲了更易於了解本發明,並說明本發明可達成預期功 效之緣由’將以實施例配合附圖詳述之。 如附圖所示’本發明之電動馬達主要由定子(:)、外 部轉子(2)與內部轉子(3)、及一分佈器(集電器)4等所組成 〇 就構件而言,定子係由一環形磁性導體(5)及設在其 兩側之複數個永久磁鐵(6)所組成。諸磁鐵相對於一排(位 在磁性導體之同一側上者)中、各相鄰近電磁鐵的極性係 成交變式’且在磁性導體兩側上之諸磁鐵的極間則互爲相 反極性。外部轉子(2)及內部轉子(3)係分別承載有電磁鐵(7) 及(8)。在相同的對立平面中,該等電磁鐵係相面對,且 各面向於電磁鐵對者,則係位在同軸上。轉子兩部分中之 相鄰電磁鐵均係成對式的連接於電流集電器(9)。此等可 予繞著集電器型電流分佈器(4)作設置俾可用於電動馬達 之調整。 柱形集電器型電流分佈器(4)具有數個導電流板(10), 該等導電流板可藉匯流排採取交變極性方式以電線(1 1 )連 接於一直流電源(未示)。該等板片係以介質間隙(1 2)相互 分隔。介質間隙(12)之軸線係沿定子之永久磁鐵(6)的軸線 作對正,且該等集流板之總數量則係等於該等磁鐵之成對 數量。 1277269 馬達之動作原理與習知者並無不同,自毋庸贅述。當 馬達連接電源時,轉子即繞著其軸徑(丨3 )轉動。”動力輪" 變式中的扭力傳輸即可達成之,特別的是,其係經由連接 於輪子的殻體(1 4 )者。 依本發明,由於定子磁鐵及轉子部分電磁鐵等之配置 ’則在定子磁性導體之狹窄空隙內,電磁磁通(1 5)並不閉 合’而係沿著由轉子部之兩對電磁鐵芯部所形成的理論性 圓環形狀(theoretical toroidal shape)作行進;把諸永久磁 鐵設在定子磁性導體之相反兩側上的構成,在電磁鐵之再 通聯(recommuni cation)期間亦可增進磁通量的通路。 經測試後之結果顯示,依本發明所作成之電動馬達, 在比較性的低電力(3〜5kW)下,可將扭力由3 00Nm增加 至 8 00Nm。樣本馬達之功率爲 5kW,直徑爲 3 9 5mm,重 量爲24kg,在電壓爲48V時,其扭力可高達約600Nm。 依本發明之諸項特點均可應用於本發明之各種可行態 樣上,且亦可用於任何可能之組合中。 本說明者及申請專利範圍中之用字,例如"包括 (comprise)’’、”含有(contain)"及此種意涵相同但字面不同 的其他字眼,例如’’含(c 〇 m p r i s i n g ) ”含有(c 〇 m p r i s e s ) ’’等 之意義係指’’包括但不限於(including but not limited to)" ,且並非不包括其他的組件(components)、體物(integers) 、部分品(moieties)、增添物(additives)、或步驟等。 【圖式簡單說明】 第1圖爲本發明電動馬達之部分橫向剖面圖。 1277269 第2圖爲本發明電動馬達之部分縱向剖面圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 1 定子 2 外部轉子 3 內部轉子 4 集電器型電流分佈器 5 環形磁性導體 6 永久磁鐵 7 電fe鐵 8 電fe鐵 9 電流集電器 10 導電流板 11 電線 12 介質間隙 13 軸徑 14 殼體 15 電磁磁通

1277269 十、申請專利範圍: 第9 3 1 2 6 4 5 6號「電動馬達」專利案 (2006年10月修正) 1. 一種主要用於運輸車輛之電動馬達,包括: 具有一環形磁性導體之一定子,該一磁性導體具有 一外部與一內部周圍表面以及一軸徑,一第1組複數個 永久磁鐵係採對稱式並以交變極性方式圍繞該磁性導體 之外部周圍表面配置,及一第2組複數個永久磁鐵亦採 對稱式並亦以交變極性方式圍繞該磁性導體之內部周圍鲁 表面配置’該第1及第2組之複數個永久磁鐵係以成對 之方式作配置,且以相反之極性在通過環形磁性導體之 厚度方向上彼此相面對; 由第1與第2部分組成之一轉子,第1部分係繞著 該定子而作爲外部,第2部分則作爲內部並位在定子之 內側,各該部分在面對定子永久磁鐵處均分別裝載有相 等數量之電磁鐵,且該兩部分具有以定子之環形磁性導 體的軸徑爲軸徑之一共同幾何性軸徑; ^ 一集電器型電流分佈器’具有複數個導電流板片, 係位在附近並以介質間隙作分隔,該等板片可連接於一 直流電源俾具有交變的極性;及 複數個電流集電器,彼等被固定設置可接觸集電器 型電流分佈器之該等板片’此等電流集電器可連接於定 子上電磁鐵的繞組。 2 .如申請專利範圍第1項之電動馬達,其中轉子兩個部分 1277269 之複數個電磁鐵彼此相對間係位在同軸上,且該等之繞 組係對應於電流集電器而作成對式的連接,集電器型電 流分佈器之電流導流板的數量係相等於定子之永久磁鐵 的成對數量,且該等板片間之介質間隙的複數個軸線係 沿定子永久磁鐵的複數個軸線進行對正。 3 .如申請專利範圍第1項之電動馬達,其中該等電流集電 器固設在內部轉子部分之方式爲,該等電流集電器可被 設置成繞著相對於集電器型電流分佈器之周圍。 4 .如申請專利範圍第2項之電動馬達,其中該等電流集電 鲁 器固設在內部轉子部分之方式爲,該等電流集電器可被 設置成繞著相對於集電器型電流分佈器之周圍。 5 .如申請專利範圍第1至第4項中任一項之電動馬達,其 中通過在該等導電流板間之多數介質間隙的多數軸線沿 著定子之永久磁鐵的軸線予以對正。
