黏著物120,並將黏著物丨2〇固化之後以形成氣密接合a。 而在其他實施例中,膜材130以及基板110之間可不需提 供黏著物120,在此情況下,膜材丨3〇以及基板110之間 形成氣密接合A的方法例如是利用熱板150直接將膜材 130融接於基板ι10上(如圖1〇所示),或是利用超音波 焊接的方式將膜材130焊接於基板110上。當然,本發明 亦可利用機械固定等方法完成膜材13〇以及基板11〇之間 的氣密接合A ’以使膜材13〇自動地貼合於基板11〇上。 請參考圖6,在將膜材13〇放置於基板no上前,可 先對膜材130施加一張力,使膜材13〇產生適當的形變。 因此,當膜材130放置於基板110上時,膜材13〇的形變 回復力會使膜材130可較平整地貼合於基板no上。在本 實施例中,對膜材130施加張力的方法例如是使用膜材拉 伸裝置170由膜材130的四周拉伸膜材13〇,使膜材13〇 產生形變。 、請參照圖7,在將膜材130放置於基板11〇上前,先 對膜材130加熱使其膨脹,使膜材13〇與基板11〇間呈有 溫差,然後,再將膜材130貼合於基板11〇上,待膜材〃13〇 ,基板110回復至常温後,膜材ηο就會有預應力存在, 藉以使膜材130可較平整地貼合於基板11〇上。 請參照圖8,在將膜材13〇放置於基板11〇上前,先 對基板110預先降溫使魏縮,紐,當崎⑽放置於 基板110上時,基板110與膜材130間具有溫差,藉以使 膜材130可較平整地貼合於基板ι1〇上。 曰 9 1276535 16909twf.doc/006 請參照圖9,在將膜材13〇放置於基板11〇上前,可 先=膜材130加熱使其膨脹,並對基板11〇降溫使其產生 收縮。因此,當膜材13〇放置於基板11〇上時,膜材13〇 ^收縮能力以及基板110之膨脹能力,藉以使膜材13〇可 較,整地貼合於基板11Q上。與圖7及圖8相較,在圖9 所舉出之作法巾,赌13〇之溫度上升幅度以及基板11〇 之溫度降低幅度可以進—步縮減,進而縮短對膜材13〇升 溫與對基板110降溫所需的時間。 ^值得注意的是,不論對膜材130以拉伸方式使其形 對膜材130加熱以使膜材13〇膨脹形變,或對基板ιι〇 =皿以使基板110收縮形變之方式,皆需考慮膜材13〇及 =板110的厚度、延展性、耐熱性等物理性質。在不影響 膜材130之原有特性的前提之下,適度的使膜材產生 开^變。 “值得注意的是,本發明之膜材貼合方法可應用於各種 膜材貼合製程,尤其是制在如背投f彡電視之螢幕等大尺 =示器的崎貼合製財,其效果更是顯著。然而,下 μ投影電視之螢幕中的膜材貼合製程只是用以舉例,其 並非用以限定本發明實施的範疇。
