1276458 玖、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關於經由一冷凝器來冷卻一脫附管之上升之 蒸氣之一種方法,該冷凝器被配置於該脫附管之頭部,該 冷凝器被設計為一間接之熱交換器、而一冷卻液體可流動 而通過該冷凝器;藉此,該冷卻液體由該下侧而進入該冷 凝器、再通過被配置於該冷凝器之内之垂直管道而向上流 動。 【先前技術】 一脫附管之頭部通常裝設有一冷凝器,該冷凝器經由冷 卻水而運作且被設計為一間接之熱交換器。此間接之熱交 換器之運作可允許吸熱之流體與散熱之流體之間無接觸, 此乃因為該二流體被流動導引元件而分隔開、且熱交換產 生於該等導引元件。當該脫附管之負荷有一改變時,就可 能會有如此之危險:冷卻水之溫度之改變及碳酸鹽沈積之 產生。當位於該冷凝器之出口之冷卻水之溫度係高溫時, 該二危險就會變得更為嚴重。堆積於該等熱交換表面之碳 酸鹽沈積以漸進之方式逐漸削弱該冷凝器之熱交換運作、 最後可導致該裝置之故障。此問題可以如此之方式來避免 :如果蒸氣經由一直接之熱交換(例如,以冷卻水來喷灑於 該脫附管之頭部)被冷卻。然而,此直接之熱交換之控制係 十分困難,此乃因為冷卻表面係未被定義。 【發明内容】 此問題可經由如此之方法來解決:此方法具有上文所述 88084 -6 - 1276458 之特點,以使碳酸鹽之沈積不會產生於冷卻水所施加之熱 交換表面(不論該脫附管係在任何之運作狀況)。另外,當負 荷有一改變時,應提供一良好之控制能力。 根據本發明,此問題可經由如此之方式來解決:包含硫 化氫化一冷卻液體被使用,而在熱吸收之過程之後,該冷 卻液體以一溢流之形式由位於該冷凝器之上側之該等管道 之上邵開口而流出。該冷凝器之冷卻表面取決於該等熱交 換表面。當該脫附管之負荷有一變化時,該等冷卻表面之 溫度可經由冷卻水之量而容易地且精確地被調整。堆積於 該等熱交換表面之碳酸鹽沈積可經由根據本發明之程序控 制與含有硫化氫之一冷卻液體之使用而可有效地被避免。 根據本發明之方法之一較佳實施例,該溢流可流入該脫 附管。當含有硫化氫之冷卻水流入該脫附管之後,該硫化 氫與該冷卻水直接地分離,此乃因為具有十低的沸點之硫 化氫與該被冷卻之蒸氣在該頭部離開該脫附管,而具有高 得多之沸點之該沸騰之水則流入該脫附管之聚水坑之内。 於是,就不彡k 一額外之步驟來將該硫化氫移出該冷卻永。 本發明之標的亦包含根據申請專利範園第3項之方法之 脫附管。 【實施方式】 在下文中,本發明將經由附圖之協助而來詳細地說明, 而該二附點僅代表本發明之一實施例。 圖1顯示一冷凝器1,該冷凝器被配置於一脫附管2之頭部 。被該冷凝器冷卻之蒸氣3由該脫附管上升。蒸氣3進入該 88084 1276458 冷凝器i之下側。被該冷凝器之熱交換表面所冷卻之未凝結 之氣體4由該冷凝器1之上部表面流出且繼續向上地流動。 根據本發明而添加有硫化氫之冷卻水5經由該下側而流入 該冷凝器。在該吸熱之過程中,該冷卻水5在該冷凝器之内 向上地流動且以一溢流6之形式流出該冷凝器之上部表面 。該溢流6流入該脫附管2。 圖2顯示根據本發明之冷凝器1之結構。該冷凝器1具有一 分配裝置7及形成熱交換表面之數個管道8、且被設置於該 脫附管2之頭·部。該冷卻水5能夠流動而通過該分配裝置7, 而該分配裝置7可分配流入該冷凝器1之冷卻水5。該分配裝 置7以固定之方式與該等管道8相連接,而該等管道垂直地 被配置。位於該等管道8之間之數個區間9具有如此之設計 :以使上升之蒸氣3可流動於該等管道8之外表面。該等管 道具有上部開口 1〇,而該冷卻液體可由該等開口流出。 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1係配置於一脫附管之頭部之一冷凝器之一示意圖。 圖2係圖1乏冷凝器之一詳細圖。 【圖式代表符號說明】 1 冷凝器 2 脫附管 3 蒸氣 4 未凝結之氣體 5 冷卻水 6 溢流 88084 1276458 7 分配裝置 8 液體流動而通過之管道 9 位於該等管道之間之數個區間 10 上部開口 88084
