Claims (11)
- 低温ガスの原料となるガスと液化ガスとを混合して低温ガスを発生させる低温ガス製造装置において、前記ガスが流れるガス冷却管と、該ガス冷却管内に前記液化ガスを噴射するスプレーノズルとを備えるとともに、該スプレーノズルよりガス流れ方向下流側のガス冷却管内に仕切り部材を設け、該仕切り部材により、ガス冷却管の軸線に平行な方向の複数のガス冷却流路を形成した低温ガス製造装置。
- 前記仕切り部材は、格子状断面を有している請求項1記載の低温ガス製造装置。
- 前記ガス冷却管は、軸線を水平方向に向けて設けられている請求項1又は2記載の低温ガス製造装置。
- 前記ガス冷却管は、軸線を鉛直方向に向けて設けられている請求項1又は2記載の低温ガス製造装置。
- 前記ガス冷却管から導出した低温ガスの温度を測定する低温ガス温度測定手段と、該低温ガス温度測定手段で測定した低温ガスの温度とあらかじめ設定された低温ガス温度設定値とを比較して前記低温ガス温度が前記低温ガス温度設定値になるように前記スプレーノズルからの液化ガスの噴射量を調節する低温ガス温度調節手段とを備えている請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の低温ガス製造装置。
- 前記ガス冷却管は、発生した低温ガスと冷媒とを熱交換させて冷媒を冷却する熱交換器の上流に配置されている請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載の低温ガス製造装置。
- 前記ガス冷却管は、前記熱交換器で冷媒と熱交換することにより昇温して導出した低温ガスが循環する循環経路内に組み込まれている請求項6記載の低温ガス製造装置。
- 前記循環経路は、圧力調節弁と、循環経路内の圧力を測定する圧力測定手段と、該圧力測定手段で測定した圧力とあらかじめ設定された圧力設定値とを比較して前記圧力が圧力設定値を超えたときに前記圧力調節弁を開く圧力指示調節手段とを備えている請求項7記載の低温ガス製造装置。
- 前記熱交換器で前記低温ガスとの熱交換で冷却された前記冷媒の温度を測定する冷媒温度測定手段と、該冷媒温度測定手段で測定した冷媒温度とあらかじめ設定された冷媒温度設定値とを比較して前記冷媒温度が前記冷媒温度設定値になるように前記スプレーノズルからの液化ガスの噴射量を調節する冷媒温度調節手段とを備えている請求項請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項記載の低温ガス製造装置。
- 前記スプレーノズルが複数ある請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項記載の低温ガス製造装置。
- 前記スプレーノズルは、噴射した液化ガスの90%以上が前記仕切り部材に到達するように、前記仕切り部材との間の距離が設定されている請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項記載の低温ガス製造装置。
