1257968 九、發明說明： 【毛明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是有關於—種建材，特別是指一種施卫簡便的 防火隔音抗震板及其製造方法。 【先前技術】 ^般建築物的牆壁通常是以柄或水泥錢後，再於 玱面塗抹：泥整平而成’惟’採用磚砌工法需要人工逐一 :::當費時費力，而採用水泥灌聚工法則需事先架設 =面板板，待水泥«人並乾結㈣後，再將牆面模板拆 二：亦：當費時費力，且磚彻或水泥灌漿而成之牆壁通 吊 當厚度，而會佔據不少空間，故非常不適宜做為 隔間牆使用。 、所以，即有業者思及以輕實板材替代，將多數輕實板 材逐片組裝後再於兩面塗抹水泥而成牆壁，如此，不但在 組設牆壁時可省時省力，且可減少牆壁所佔用之空間y又 ，牆壁通常需有防火、隔音、斷熱等功效，方能有一定的 安全性及隱私性，而-般市面上最常見之輕實板材為石夕酸 鈣板，其防火效果佳，但材料成本過高，且吸音效果不佳 ’此外，另-種常見之輕實板材為切板（如我國公告第 M247619號新型專利案所述之防火輕實板即為一例），其是 將多數木絲浸泡過氯化鈣液以達防腐及降低燃點作/、疋 與水泥混合麼製成板狀，如此，藉由木絲本身之纖維質構 造可達到吸音、隔熱（熱傳導係數低）效 、貝 不惟，木礦板 硬度不如磚塊、水泥、矽酸鈣板等，且耐燃點亦未如磚塊 1257968 、水泥、石夕酸與板等高，因此’在使用上，當木礦板組接 成牆後，必須再於該牆兩面各塗抹一層相當厚度的水泥， • 以增強其結構及防火性，故施工時會浪費不少時間及人力 " 〇 【發明内容】 因此，本發明之目的，即在提供一種可簡化施工程序 以省時省力，且隔熱、吸音效果佳之防火隔音抗震板及其 製造方法。 _ 於疋’本發明防火隔音抗震板包含有一木絲層及一水 泥層’该木絲層疋以多數木絲混合氯化約、防火劑及少量 水泥壓製而成’而該水泥層内側面與該木絲層之一側面相 結合’且该水泥層是以水泥混合樹脂而成，又該防火隔音 抗震板之製造方法包含以下步驟：〔A )將木料切製成絲；（ B)將多數木絲混入氯化躬、防火劑及水泥；（c )將該等混 合後木絲壓製成一板狀木絲層；（D )準備一模具；（£ )將 水泥及樹脂灌注入該模具内；（F)將該板狀木絲層置入已 • $有水泥及樹脂之模具内；⑹將模具内之物件烘乾成型 〇 本發明之功效主要是藉由該木絲層及水泥層結合成一 體使其具有防火性高、熱傳導係數低、吸音率高等特性 ，且在施工組設時能相當簡便。 【實施方式】 有關本發明之前述及其他技術内容、特點盥功效，在 以下配合參考圖式之較佳實施例的詳細說明中，、將可清楚 1257968 的呈現。 在本發明被詳細描述之前，要注意的是，在以下的說 明内容中，類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。 如圖1、圖2所示，本發明防火隔音抗震板1的一第 一較佳實施例包含有一木絲層1 〇及一水泥層2〇。 該木絲層10是以多數木絲n混合氯化鈣、防火劑及少 量水泥壓製而成。
该水泥層20内側面與該木絲層1 〇之一側面相結合， 且该水泥層20是以水泥混合樹脂，並舖設一網子21而成 ’忒網子21之設置可強化結構使水泥不易碎裂，又該網子 21於本實施例中是以天然纖維編織而成，且該天然纖維為 油璋絲，如此，可符合環保目的。 如圖3所示，應用本發明組設成牆壁時，是先將該等 防火隔音抗震1逐片組裝而成後，再於兩壁面分別塗上 一水泥薄層（或油漆層）3〇以整平收尾即可。 、生如圖1、圖4所示，本發明之防火隔音抗震板1的製 造方法包含有以下步驟： 、（A)將木料切製成絲，該木料可為廢棄木材之回收利 用，以達廢物利用之環保目的。 #⑻將上述裁切而成之多數木絲η混入氯化鈣 =火劑及水泥，該氯㈣主要是作為防腐用，該天秋防 。Μ可大㈣昇木絲11之燃點，而該水泥則可作為黏著用 (C)將上述已混入氯化鈣、 天然防火劑及水泥之多數 1257968 木絲11壓製成一板狀木絲層1 〇。 (D)準備一模具（圖未示）。 (Ε)將水泥及樹脂灌注入該模具内，並於灌注同時舖 設上-網子2卜且該網子21為油璋絲所構成之天然纖：網 〇 (F) 將該板狀木絲層10置入已灌有水泥及樹脂之模 具内，並藉由水泥及樹脂之黏結性而結合成一體。、 (G) 將上述結合成一體之物件置入一真空爐（圖未示 )中進行真空烘乾，而成型出一防火隔音抗震板工。 由上述說明可知，本發明具有以下之優點： 一、 由於本發明防火隔音抗震板！是以木絲層丨〇及水 泥層20結合一體而成，因此，藉由木絲u之吸音率高、熱 傳導係數低及水泥之燃點高、硬度強等特性，而可兼具有 隔音、吸音、斷熱（隔熱）、防火等優良效果且堅固耐用。 二、 由於本發明在組設上，僅需在該等防火隔音抗震 板1組接完成後，再以水泥或油漆抹平收尾即可，而不像 習用木礦板在組接完成後還需進行二次施工以塗抹上厚水 泥層再進行收尾方可，因此，本發明在施工组設上相當簡 便，而可省時省力。 三、 由於本發明之材料主要是以木料及水泥為主，故 材料成本會遠低於習用矽酸鈣板之成本，且於施工時可省 時省力’而亦可降低施作時之人力成本。 四本發明防火隔音抗震板1之單位重量比磚塊及水 泥輕，且厚度亦較薄，故有良好的抗震性且能增加空間使 1257968 用率。 —如圖5所示，為本發明防火隔音抗震板丨之第二 實施例’其與第—較佳實施例之不同處僅在於該水泥層1 =外側面S呈凹凸立體狀，即該水泥層2G外側面凸設曰 間早幾何造型之凸i鬼22 ’如此’可增加牆面之變化及美感 值得一提的是，本發明不僅可應用於牆壁上，亦可應 用於建構天花板、斜屋頂等上。 μ 淮以上所述者，僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已，當不 能以此限定本發明實施之範圍，即大凡依本發明申請專利 範圍及發明說明内容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾，皆仍 屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍内。 【圖式簡單說明】 圖1疋本發明防火隔音抗震板的一第一較佳實施例的 立體外觀圖； 圖2是該第一較佳實施例之背面示意圖； 圖3是該第一較佳實施例之使用示意圖，說明該等防 火隔音抗震板組成一牆面之情形； 圖4是該第一較佳實施例的製造流程圖；及 圖5是本發明防火隔音抗震板的一第二較佳實施例的 立體外觀圖。 9 1257968 【主要元件符號說明】 1 防火隔音抗震板 21 網子 10 木絲層 22 凸塊 11 木絲 30 水泥薄層 20 水泥層 10
