1247210 Α7 ___ Β7 五、發明說明(1 ) 發明背景 1.發明領域 本發明乃泛指一以電腦實現之系統,利用元件表現之可 里測知丨生來目ΐ估兀件的診斷狀態,特別是在一個分散式 網路下以電腦實現之系統,利用元件表現之可量測特性 來評估元件的診斷狀態。 以電腦實現之診斷系統目前已廣泛地使用在許多服務 業,舉例來ρ兌,在汽車業中,技術服務人員需要特定的 交通工具資料的輔助,藉此找出一交通工具的問題。技 術服務人員在針對特定元件進行修復時,會需要已知有 效數値及/或元件的位置。 目前傳遞資訊的方式是透過紙本的技術手冊,或者是 提供光碟片讓技術人員能夠下載至個人電腦上,一般的 交通工具經銷商也許只會在維修部份放一台電腦,有關 特定交通工具的資料都存放在該電腦上,這時可能發生 有多個使用者想要同時讀取資料的情況,而技術人員通 常會在一旁等候,以便取得用來診斷交通工具的資料。 目前的診斷方式還有一個缺點,那就是技術人員不能從 遠端取得維修資料或特定元件的資料,如果該元件資料 已經過時、或者是其他技術人員在用,都會對技術人員 造成不便。因此目前的方式會遭遇到某些困難,而無法 進行有效率的診斷。 4HDP/200002TW; 9634-100006TW 1 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注音?事項再填寫本頁) 1 i V --------訂---------線—. 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 1247210 A7 B7 五、發明說明(1) 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 發明簡要 本發明克服了前述之缺點及其他不利之處,據本發明所 述’其中包括一分散式以電腦實現之診斷系統,用以決定 一元件之診斷狀態,該元件具有可量測之特性,系統還包 括一儲存參考元件特性資料之資料庫,以及一連接至資料 庫之電腦伺服器,還有透過網路與電腦伺服器連接之用戶 端電腦,用戶端電腦向電腦伺服器提出資料要求,藉由電 腦伺服器向資料庫取得元件特性資料。另外還有一連接至 用戶端電腦之可攜式電腦,讓使用者可以讀取來自資料庫 的兀件特性資料,藉此進行診斷工作。元件的診斷狀態是 依據可攜式電腦所提供之元件特性資料,以及可量測特性 中至少一項數値所決定。 在另一實施例中,本發明是用來提供一以電腦實現之診 斷系統,以便進行評估一電氣元件,同時可將資料傳送給 技術服務人員。資料中包含已知有效電路元件之量測値, 像是電流、電壓、以及電阻等,經量測後記錄於表中。資 料中還包括其他相關資訊,比如說元件位置、大小、以及 一般要求等,資料均儲存在資料庫;技術人員利用可上網 的個人電腦連至伺服器,以取得元件資訊,從伺服器取回 之資料保證是正確且最新的資訊,所取得的資料便儲存在 個人電腦中。本發明另一個特點是可以利用可攜式電腦連 接至個人電腦,把個人電腦上的元件和/或訓練手冊資料 儲存在可攜式電腦上,可攜式電腦便於使用者攜帶,在遠 端工作地點比較所取回之元件資料以及現場量測所得之數 4HDP/200002TW; 9634-1 〇〇〇〇6Tw 2 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁} 4a叮· · •線 棒
