Abstract

【物品用途】;本設計係關於一種壓鑄機，其具有經由平行安裝之主連桿部分及副連桿部分而連結之一上鑄模部分及一下鑄模部分。本設計之該上鑄模部分及該下鑄模部分可相對於彼此移動，且當閉合時圍繞一致動器部分之一旋轉軸傾斜。;本設計由站立於本設計之一前側上之一使用者操作。;當使用本設計時，使用者將該下鑄模部分朝向本設計之一前側(使用者之近側)移動以執行模芯安裝、清潔等等(參考「展示向前移動之下鑄模部分的視圖」)。隨後，使用者將該等鑄模部分返回至「前視圖」等等中所展示之狀態，且閉合該等鑄模部分，如「展示一閉合狀態中之上鑄模部分及下鑄模部分的視圖」中所展示。在該閉合狀態中，藉由使該致動器部分旋轉而使該等鑄模部分傾斜(參考「展示一傾斜狀態中之鑄模部分的視圖」)。將從該下鑄模部分之一後側供應之熔融金屬澆注至該等傾斜鑄模部分之一內部空間中。在該熔融金屬已在該等鑄模部分之該內部空間中凝固之後，使用者將該等鑄模部分返回至「展示一閉合狀態中之上部分及下部分的視圖」中所展示之狀態，且打開該等鑄模部分，使得一模製金屬產品附著至該上鑄模部分。隨後，使用者將該上鑄模部分朝向使用者之近側移動，將一產品擷取籃或其類似物直接定位於該上鑄模部分下方，造成該金屬產品自該上鑄模部分掉落，且擷取該金屬產品(參考「展示向前移動之上鑄模部分的視圖」)。;【設計說明】;圖式所揭露之虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。立體圖、前視圖及後視圖所揭露之灰色部分，為本案主張設計之部分，但並不主張灰色本身。
