593068 玖、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於—種拆換式電熱封口機,尤指-種適用於 可拆換毀損之電熱機構、或是可換裝相同或不同型式電熱機 構之拆換式電熱封口機。 【先前技術】 目前於-般店面或市場攤販上均可見到電熱封口機之 10 :用,其目的在於將塑膠袋等工作物以電熱方式進行封口作 業而可保存塑膠袋内之物品。 玄:而,目前所使用之電熱封口機大都為 亦即容置電源供應元件之殼體與容置 接於一體,當電源供應mm電轨構之殼體係連 A疋電熱機構其中一個產峰指據 15 情況時,整個電熱封π機便無法運作而必須將其I棄,= 不僅造成浪費亦無法提高使用上之便利性。 >、 20 此外,目前電熱封口機之電熱機構具有 電熱封口區域較長之長型電熱機構,或是電c列如 之短型電熱機構’其可適用於不同場合之電埶較短 而’以上述-體成型設計方式,造成使用者求’然 頰之電熱封口機以因應不同場合之 、貝不同種 者極大之不便。 冋樣造成使用 另電熱封口機相關前案甚多,本案發 利,如中華民國專利公告號第37_ 、擁有多數專 弟37〇〇77號、第 5 593068 356811 號等。 【發明内容】 本發明之主要目的係在提供一種拆換式電熱封口機,俾 5能以可拆換方式更換毀損之電熱機構或是電源結構,並可換 裝相同或是不同型式之電熱機構以因應不同場合之電熱封 口需求’藉以k南使用上之便利性。 為達成上述目的’本發明之拆換式電熱封口機包括—長 殼體、-電源結構、一電熱機構、及一上臂體。其中,長殼 10體具有一内部容室、一第一拆換式組裳結構、及一第一框接 結構,而電源結構係組設於前述長殼體之内部容室内,且電 源結構具有一電源端係連通至長殼體之外側。 此外’電熱機構具有一第二拆換式組裝結構、及一電源 連接端,其巾m切裝結構係對應組裝於上述長殼 15體之第-拆換式組裝結構’且電源連接端係對應電連接至上 述電源結構之電源端。而上臂體則是具有—第二樞接結構, 且此第二樞接結構係對應樞設於上述長殼體之第一枢接結 構,以使上臂體可藉由第—樞接結構與第二樞接結構而於長 殼體上轉動。 20 / ^明之特色在於用以電熱封口之電熱機構與用以提 二,之㈣結構係為—分離式設計,亦即電錢構可藉由 斥換式組裝結構與第二拆換式組|結構而組裝於容置 :源結構之長殼體上、或是電熱機構可由長殼體上拆卸以 、丁更換。因此,使用者藉由本發明可達成更換毁損之電 6 593068 熱機構或是電源結構、並可換裝相同或是不同型式之電熱機 構以因應不同場合之電熱封口需求之目的,藉以提高使用上 之便利性。 上述長殼體之第 拆換式組裝結構可使用 5 電熱機構之第二拆換式組裝結構可使用一卡合孔以與卡合 勾配合,當然相反配置使用亦可。此外,上述電源結構尚可 包括有至少一導電元件、及至少一電源元件,其中之電源元 件係電連接至導電元件,且導電元件係連通至上述長殼體之 外側以形成與電熱機構之電源連接端相對應電連接之電源 10知’而此處之電源元件則可使用一電池。 另外,本發明之拆換式電熱封口機尚可具有另一種形 式,其包括有-長殼體、—電源結構、及一電熱機構。其中: 長殼體具有-内部容室、及—第—拆換式組裝結構,而電源 15 結構係組設於長殼體之内部容室内,且此電源結構具有一電 源端。此外,電熱機構具有一第二拆換式組裝結構、及一電 源連接端,其中之第二拆換式組裝結構係對應組裝於上述長 殼體之第一拆換式組裝結構、電源連接端係對應電連接至電 源結構之電源端。 20構之ί述二I:拆換式組裝結構可為一錐形凸緣,且電熱機 20 ^第二拆換式組裝結構可為„_錐相槽,而錐形凸緣 ^入並卡合於錐形凹槽内,藉以形成—拆換式組裝 少-導電元件、及至少一電源元件3結構尚可包括有至 接至導電元件,且導電元件係連㈣電源元件係電連 主上述長殼體之外側以形 7 593068 成;電熱機構之電源連接端㈣應電連接之電源端,而此處 ::源:件則可使用-電池。另外,上述之長殼體可包括有 主滅體、及一上蓋,JIL由+ , ^ ,、中之上盍係蓋合於主殼體上以封閉 其内部容室。 5 曰雷形式之結構亦可達成更換毁損之電熱機構或 疋^二構、並可換裝相同或是不同型式之電熱機構以因應 :同=之電熱封口需求之目的,藉以提高使用上之便利 此外,第-拆換式組裝結構與第二拆換式組裝結構亦不 10 僅限於上合勾與卡合孔、錐形凹槽與錐形凸緣,亦即 亦可使用其它等效之拆換式組裝結構。 【實施方式】 、為能更瞭解本發明之技術㈣,特舉錢健體實施例 說明如下。 15 20 首s ’請同時參閱^係本發明第—較佳實施例之立體 为解圖、及圖2係本發明第—較佳實施例之立體組合圖,其 顯示有一拆換式電熱封口機卜且此拆換式電熱封口⑽包括 有-長殼體2、一電源結構4、一電熱機構5、及一上臂體6。 其中’長殼體2係由-主殼體2〇1與—上蓋2〇2所組合而成, i於主殼體201之内部形成有一内部容室2卜於主殼體201 罪近前端之二侧分別形成有—第一拆換式組裝結構22、於主 殼體201之後端形成有一第一樞接結構^,而上蓋則系可蓋 合於主殼體2(Π上以封閉主殼體2〇1之内部容室Μ。於本實施 8 593068 例中,第一拆換式組裝結構22係為卡合勾、第一枢接結構23 係為轴孔。 此外,電源結構4係組設於上述長殼體2之主殼體2〇1所 形成之内部容室21内,且電源結構4包括有二導電元件 5 31’32、及一電源元件33,34,其中之二電源元件係分別 電連接至二導電元件31,32上,而二導電元件31,32係連通至 長殼體2之域體2〇1靠近前端之外側、並分別形成一正極與 一負極之電源端4卜當然,於另一端尚需使用一導電片(圖 未式)以使二電源元件33,34形成一電流迴路。於本實施例 10中一導電元件31,32分別為一導電片、二電源元件33,34分 別為一電池。 另外’電熱機構5於對應主殼體201第一拆換式組裝結構 22 (卡合勾)之二側分別形成有一第二拆換式組裝結構51, 於本實施例中,此第二拆換式組裝結構51係為卡合孔,其可 15對應卡合於第-拆換式組裝結構22之卡合勾上,並使電熱機 構5組裝於上述長殼體2之主殼體2〇1上’同時電熱機構w別 形成有-正極與-負極之電源連接端52。因此,當電熱機構 5組裝於長殼體2之主殼體201上時’電源連接端52可分別對_ 應電連接至電源結構4之電源端41,藉此即可利用電源 20提供電熱機構5之電熱區53所需要之電源。 於圖式中另顯示有一上臂體6,其具有一第二樞接結 61之結構,於本實施例中’此第二樞接結構61係為轉轴:其 可對應樞設於上述長殼體2之第一樞接結構23之軸孔上,2 此即形成如圖2所示之一完整之拆換式電熱封口機i。因此, 9 相料2仃,熱封口作業時’使用者可先按壓上臂體6並使其 F1關,體2轉動’當上臂體6轉動時可觸動一開關24,此 :4係可用以控制是否讓電流流通,故當上臂體6轉動並 此開關24時,電源結構4即可開始提供電熱機構$之電熱 要之電源以進行電熱封口作業。另需注意的是,前 ^體6與長殼體2之間係藉由轉軸與軸孔進行樞接,故上 不可輕易由長殼體2上拆卸下來,亦即上臂體6可更換成 不同樣式。 由上述可知,用以電熱封口作業之電熱機構读用以提 :^之電源結構4係為一分離式設計,亦即當電熱機構5 j電源結構4其中之—產生損壞而無法使用之情況時,藉 拆換式組裝結構22(卡合勾)與第二拆換式組裝結構 5孔)之可拆卸式設計即可更換上述所損壞之零件, 7需將整個封口機丢棄,對制者言,具有極大之使用便 利性。 山一另外’圖2中所顯示之拆換式電熱封口機1之長殼體2後 端尚形成有-電源插孔25,其可用以外接—交流電源,亦即 電熱機構5所需之電源除可利用電池33,34之直流電外,尚可 利用交流電達成電源提供之目的。 月^閱圖3本發明第二較佳實施例之立體組合圖,复主 要結構大致與上述第—較佳實施例相同,唯差別在於上述第 -較佳實施例所述之電熱機構5具有—較長範圍之電熱區Μ (請參閱圖〇’其可適用於較大範圍之電熱封口作業,而 圖3所示之拆換式電熱封口機7之電熱機構72則是設 593068 有一較短範圍之電熱區722,其可適用於較短範圍之電熱封 口作業,同樣的,本實施例所示之電熱機構72亦可利用卡合 孔721與長殼體71上之卡合勾711對應卡合及組裝,當其中某 一部份發生損壞而無法使用時,使用者可藉由拆換式組裝結 5構之設計以進行拆換,亦即本實施例同樣可達成上述第一較 佳實施例所述之各種功效。 請同時參閱圖1、圖2、及圖3,雖其顯示之長殼體2,71 具有不同之形狀,但藉由拆換式組裝結構之設計而可搭配使 用不同之電熱機構5,72,亦即圖1之長殼體2亦可搭配圖3之泰 10電熱棧構72使用,也就是說,使用者可因應不同場合之電熱 封口作業需求而換裝不同型式之電熱機構5,72,而不需要同 時購買各種不同型式之封口機,如此可減少浪費並可提高使 用上之便利性。 請參閱圖4係本發明第三較佳實施例之立體組合圖,其 15主要結構大致與第一較佳實施例相同,唯差別在於本實施例 係不具有上臂體之拆換式電熱封口機,且其長殼體81之第 拆換式組裝結構係為一錐形凸緣811、電熱機構82之第二 拆換式組裝結構係為一錐形凹槽821,此錐形凸緣821可對應 肷入錐形凹槽811内俾以形成一拆換式組裝結構,而如此之 20 口又:十亦彳達成上述實施例所豸之各種功交文。此外,本實施例 之電熱機構82之電熱區822可直接按壓於欲電熱封口之工作 物上,因此不需使用上臂體。 π參閱圖5係本發明第四較佳實施例之立體組合圖,其 其主要結構亦大致與第三較佳實施例相同,唯差別在於本實 11 593068 施例之長殼體91之第一拆換式組裝結構係為一環形孔9ιι、 電熱機構92之第二拆換式組裝結構係為一旋轉卡合凸緣 921,此旋轉卡合凸緣921可對應插入於環形孔…丨内,且將 旋轉卡合凸緣921旋轉—角度後即可卡合於環形孔9ιι内,藉 以开:士-拆換式組裝結構。同樣地’本實施例之結構亦“ 成提南使用上之便利性之目的。

Claims (1)
