(發明說明應敘明·· ά明所屬;£技‘領敁、先i技Si、>3參、ik方ϋϋϊ&Μ曰I) 【一、發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關一種超音波霧化器裝置,尤指一具 有震盪頻率為3.0 MHz或5.0MHz並含一至多個壓電片 之超音波霧化器裝置。 【二、先前技術】 超音波霧化器裝置係利用一震盪電源驅動一壓 電片(piezoelectric ceramic oscillator)以產生機 械振動,並將振動能量耦合至液體中並在液體表面產 生毛細波(capillarywave)以產生超音波霧滴。該霧 滴可用於藥物治療或產生濕氣之應用。習知超音波霧 化器其震盪頻率一般為1·6ΜΗζ或2·4ΜΗζ。如第1圖所 示,1·6ΜΗζ或2·4ΜΗζ超音波霧化器所產生霧滴之平均 粒徑大小分別約為2 · 3 // m及1 · 7 // m。應用於經肺給藥 時’這二種霧化器其霧滴粒徑有過大之虞。一般而 言’霧滴粒徑大小約需小於1 · 〇 A m較容易進入肺泡區 進而被吸收;而大於1 · 〇 " m的霧滴在進入肺泡之前即 容易被支氣管或細支氣管所吸附。對於超音波霧化器 而言,如第1圖所示,習知震盪頻率為2.4mhZ之超音 波霧化器所產生之次微米霧滴總量極其稀少,故最後 能進入肺泡區而被吸收之霧滴量也相對上極其稀 少。然而’如能將霧化器之震盪頻率提高至5MHz時, 如第1圖所示,此時超音波霧化器所產生之次微米霧 滴總量便能大量提高,以改進治療效果。因此,前述 習知之超音波霧化器裝置實有予以改進之必要。 6 562704
本發明旨在提高超音波霧化器之震盈頻率以降 低霧滴之平均粒徑大小,並大量提高次微米霧滴之比 例。如第1圖所示,當震盪頻率提高至3 〇1111;2時,其 產生霧滴之平均粒徑將可降至1 · 5 A m。當震蜜頻率再 提局至5· 0MHz時,更可將平均粒徑降至} · 〇μΠ1左右, 而此時次微米霧滴之比例也大量提高。然而當壓電片 之震盪頰率提高至5·〇ΜΗζ時,雖可大量提高次微米霧 滴之比例,然而此時所產生之噴霧量亦相對地減少。 發明人羑因於此,本於積極創新之精神,亟思一種可 二=i述問題之「產生高含量次微米霧滴之超音波 之發明置」,幾經研究實驗終至完成此項新顆進步 【二、發明内容】 平霧本Λ…的係在提供一具可產生高含量次微 :卡二:之超音…器’…頻率為3函2或 5·0ΜΗζ,並含一至多個壓電片,以 Ί -V 服震盥頻率為 3·0ΜΗ^1 5.0河以時喷霧量不足的問題。 LOMHzi超音波霧化器可產生平均粒 j 並含高比例次微米之霧滴。 · 〇 V m ’ 為達前述之目的,本發明之一且產 ^ 米霧滴之超音波霧化器裝置主要包括: 轉換裝置,其係將交流電壓轉換 -工作直流電廢;-…路,其產生】電壓片:= 震盧頻:,一功率放大裝置’其將該震 大一震逢液體儲存裝置,其有—容器,存:霧化 八 生兩含量次微 交流/直流 7 562704

Claims (1)

  1. 562704 _ϋΡ*ϋ^®ΗΙΙΙβ 1. 一種具產生高含量次微米霧滴之超音波霧 化器裝置,主要包括: 一交流/直流轉換裝置,係提供一直流工作電壓; 一震盪電路,係電氣連接至該交流/直流轉換裝 置並使用該交流/直流轉換裝置所提供之該直流工 作電壓,以產生一大於或等於3 MHz之震盪頻率; 一功率放大裝置,係電氣連接至該震盪電路並將 該大於或等於3MHz之震盪頻率訊號予以放大; 一震盪液體儲存裝置,係儲存待霧化之液體;以 及至少一個壓電片,係設置於該震盪液體儲存裝置 底部下方並電氣連接至該放大後之震盪訊號以產生 震盪,使該震盪液體儲存裝置中的液體共振而產生 氣霧狀液體滴。 2 ·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之超音波霧化器 裝置,其中,該交流/直流轉換裝置由4個二極體及1 個電阻所組成,該4個二極體形成一橋氏整流裝置用 來產生一直流電壓。 12 562704 3 .如申請專利範圍第1項所述之超音波霧化器裝 置,其中,震盪電路包括多數個電阻、多數個電容、 一可變電阻以及一震盪電晶體所組成,以產生一震 蘯頻率。
