531939 A7 ___JI7____ 五、發明説明(1 ) 〔發明所屬之技術領域〕 本發明係關於一種可以收容、且可順暢給送至料匣殼 的印刷配線板用連接器。 〔先行技術〕 以往爲了將連接器供給至自動插入機等,多將收容有 多數個連接器的料匣殼塡裝在自動插入機,而藉以進行連 續給送連接器之作業。 〔發明所欲解決之課題〕 但是,如第8圖所示般,在設有1支接腳2的幅窄細 長之連接器外殼3的兩側壁4,4的下端部,設置具有朝 橫外側方突出之卡止片6的防脫落用彈性腳部5的1極的 印刷配線板用連接器1 ’因爲該卡止片6,6之間的寬度 A係大於連接器外殼3本體的寬度B,所以當將該連接器 收容給送至料匣殼7時,相鄰之連接器1彼此的卡止片6 ,6便會互相擠壓,而使連接器1傾倒,且傾倒之連接器 1的外殼3的角部’會擋接到料匣殼7之內側壁面,而發 生停滯、阻塞之問題。 本發明爲了解決上述以往之問題點,即以提供一種連 接器不會在料匣殼內傾倒、阻塞,而能極其順暢進行給送 作業的印刷配線板用連接器爲目的。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) --K---:------ (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 -4 - 531939 A7 B7 五、發明説明(2 ) 〔解決問題之手段〕 ' (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 爲了達成上述目的,本發明解決問題之手段即爲一種 在接點之極數很少,且幅窄細長之連接器外殼的兩側壁下 部,設置具有朝橫外側方突出之卡止片的防脫落用彈性腳 部的印刷配線板用連接器,其特徵爲:在上述外殻的兩側 壁的上部,設置有以大致同於上述兩卡止片之突出幅度, 而朝橫方向突出的補助突片。 如上所述般,一旦在上述連接器外殼的兩側壁設置補 助突片,則在將該連接器收容給送至料匣殼時,彼此相鄰 之連接器的上述卡止片會相互擋接,則上述補助突片也會 相互擋接,所以各連接器不會在料匣殼內傾倒,而可井然 有序地進行給送作業。 本發明主要適用於設置在上述外殻之接點,係僅有一 個1極型態的連接器者,但是,不論其連接器爲2極乃至 數極,其連接器外殼爲細長形,在料匣殼內有傾倒可能之 連接器者皆可適用。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 〔發明之實施形態〕 以下茲依據圖面來說明本發明之適當實施形態。 第1圖至第4圖係顯示本發明之印刷配線板用連接器 1 1。該連接器1 1係在一形成於幅窄縱長之細長形箱形 的連接器外殼1 3上,由一支接腳1 2貫通外殼底部所配 設形成之1極的連接器,並且具有朝橫外側方突出之卡止 片1 6的防脫落用彈性腳部1 5,係在外殼1 3的兩側壁 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS )八4規格(210X297公釐) -5- 531939 A7 B7 五、發明説明(3 ) 1 4,1 4的下部朝下方延伸而出。如第7圖所示般,彈 性腳部1 5在將連接器1安裝在印刷配線板3 0時,會插 通被設置於印刷配線板3 0之定位孔3 1,且卡止片1 6 會卡止於印刷配線板3 0,而防止外殼1 3自印刷配線板 3 0脫落,並且對側壁1 4而言’係具有容易變形的懸臂 構造。 此外,在外殻1 3之兩壁1 4,1 4的上部,設有一 對的補助突片1 7 ’ 1 7。該補助突片1 7係僅朝橫方向 突出約同於對側壁1 4而言之卡止片1 6的突出寬度,且 兩卡止片1 6 ’ 1 6間的寬度A、與兩補助突片1 7, 1 7間的寬度A ‘(參照第3圖)係大致相同。 圖中之1 8係爲一於外殼1 3之正面壁上,形成爲一 體的鎖定片,如第7圖所示般,係在安裝時與對方側之連 接器2 1的鎖定臂2 2相卡合,而保持固定著連接器2 1 〇 第5圖及第6圖係顯示將具有如上述構成之連接器 1 1,收容給送至料匣殻2 5的狀態。當被收容於料匣殼 2 5的連接器1 1群係以朝箭頭所示之方向被押動給送時 ,相鄰之連接器1 1的卡止片1 6,1 6便會彼此押合抵 接,並且鄰接之補助突片1 7,1 7也會互相擋接,所以 各連接器1 1不會在料匣殼2 5內傾倒,而能井然有序地 朝給送方向順序給送。因此,不會有連接器1 1在料匣殼 2 5內停滯阻塞之情況發生。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公楚) " -6- --:---:------- (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 531939 A7 _____B7 五、發明説明(4 ) 〔發明之效果〕 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 如上述之說明’根據本發明,只要利用在連接器外殼 之兩側壁的上部設置補助突片這種簡單的手段,即可避免 連接器在料匣殼內傾倒阻塞之情形,進而可達到順利給送 之目的。 〔圖面之簡單說明〕 第1圖係本發明之印刷配線板用連接器的立體圖。 第2圖係爲自該連接器之底面側所見之立體圖。 第3圖係該連接器之正面圖。 第4圖係該連接器之平面圖。 第5圖係顯示將該連接器收容給送至料匣殼之狀態的 要部橫剖平面圖。 第6圖係顯示沿著第5圖之6 - 6線,從箭頭方向所 觀察之圖示。 第7圖顯示該連接器之安裝例的要部縱剖面圖。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 第8圖係顯示將以往技術之連接器收容給送至料匣殼 之狀態的要部橫斷平面圖。 〔元件符號說明〕 11 印刷配線板用連接器 12 接腳 13 連接器外殼 14 外殼1 3之側壁 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) -7- 531939 A7 B7 五、發明説明(5 ) 15 防脫落用彈性腳部 16 卡止片 17 補助突片 18 鎖定片 r---.------ (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) -8-
