利用馬達而使上下移動板29之上下移動與利用所安裝之 空氣壓缸35之上下移動的複合驅動,來驅動個別中空軸 心23。 雖然可藉由使活塞接觸到空氣缸35之桿蓋’以高精確 度地決定空氣壓缸35之活塞桿36的前進限位置,但是在 中間位置時,很難以高精確度來決定活塞桿36位置。對 於此,可以高精確度來控制馬達31之旋轉數’使上下移 動板29停止在任意位置。而且,與馬達31之上下移動板 29之上下移動速度相比,可很容易地設定空氣壓缸之活塞 桿36之前進移動速度成爲較高速度。有關於在下降移動 工作握持具24,以接觸到電子元件E時,所施加給電子元 件E之衝擊力,與空氣壓缸35之驅動力相比,馬達31之 驅動力可設定成較小。因此,如圖所示,藉由複合馬達31 之驅動與空氣壓缸35之驅動,來上下移動工作握持具24, 一面可迅速地進行工作握持具24之上下移動,另一面不
