514717 五、發明說明(1 ) 發明之領域 本發明是關於一種熱交換器,其具有至少一個熱交換器 組及一個圍住熱交換器之絕緣容器,其中裝設有固緊裝置 用來使懸吊在絕緣容器中之熱交換器組(1)被固緊,以及關 於其在低溫空氣分餾工廠中之使用。 先前之技術說明 在低溫空氣分餾之時,輸入之待分餾空氣必須被冷卻到 處理溫度。此通常是由輸入空氣與空氣分餾工廠中所製成 之產物流之間的間接式熱交換器所達成。在大量空氣被處 理之工廠中,主熱交換器是由多數個相互並聯之熱交換器 組所製成。在此情況下,各個熱交換器組是被設計成板式 熱交換器。 主熱交換器之熱絕緣是將熱交換器引導到一個熱絕緣之 絕緣容器,一般已知爲冷箱(coldbox)中而達成。已知有許 多方法可用來將熱交換器或各個熱交換器固緊在絕緣容器 中。 首先,習知上,將熱交換器組置於絕緣外殼之地板或地 基上之直立件或支持件上。在許多情況下,外部成型之部份 亦被配合到熱交換器組之兩個對向側,並且這些外部成型 被置於支持件之頂部,支持件橫向延伸於絕緣空間之中且將 熱交換器組把持住。亦可將繫桿配合到橫向配置之外部成 型部份,以繫桿之協助,熱交換器可從絕緣空間之天花板支 持件懸吊下來。
514717 五、發明說明(2 ) 再者,WO 99/1 1990敘述將熱交換器組固定在溫端,即由 支持托架在上部區域且由繩子狀之元件以一個角度而夾住 於冷端之絕緣空間中。 所有這些固緊方法具有共同之一個因素爲,熱交換器組 被牢固地固定在絕緣空間中。但是,當工廠啓動或負荷變 化之情況時,連到熱交換器組之管線在長度上會產生相當 的變化,溫度上之原因此變化會長達每米之管線長度達4 公厘。例如,在冷卻時爲了避免熱交換器組或管線由於收縮 而造成龜裂或其他破壞,因而至今必須以高成本設置管線 環做爲收縮補償或者補強熱交換器組上之連接元件。故, 配管所須長度增加,配管所佔據之空間增加,並且配管變 得很複雜。 發明之扼要說明 故,本發明之目的在發展一種熱交換器,其可被固緊在 絕緣容器中,使配管可變成很簡單,並且收縮補償用之配 管環圏可被省略或至少被減少。 依照本發明,此目的可由敘述在發明之領域序文中之一 種熱交換器而達成,其中熱交換器組被配置成可在絕緣容 器中移動。 依照本發明,熱交換器組被固緊而使連到熱交換器組之 管線的熱產生變化,可由熱交換器組之位置變化所補償。 例如,當工廠冷卻時,熱交換器組隨著收縮管線一起移 動0 514717
五、發明說明(3 ) 最好熱交換器組被固定在絕緣容器中,使其下端可在至 少兩個空間方向中移動。尤其最好是熱交換器組被懸吊成 可自由地繞其重心而移動。 通常,溫空氣被輸入到熱交換器組之上端,而冷產出氣 體(cold product gases)被輸入到熱交換器組下端。從而, 在啓動或負荷改變之時,僅連到熱交換器組下端,即冷端 之管線在長度上會產生顯著的變化,因爲在溫端的溫度變 化很小。而熱交換器組被懸吊在其重心上方之事實意即, 其下端很容易移動。故,僅有小的力量作用在連到下端之 管線上,經由其收縮而造成熱交換器組之移動。因而管線 上無法接受之高應力可被避免。 本發明已證明出尤其在含有至少兩個、最好至少四個熱 交換器組之熱交換器之時很有用。本發明尤其適合用在包 含有兩排共8或10個之熱交換器組、即每排4或5個熱交 換器組之熱交換器中。包含有多數個熱交換器組之很大之 熱交換器必須有很複雜的配管,以分配待冷卻之輸入空氣 及產出之氣流,此二者爲成逆向流動地被引導在各熱交換 器組。 至今仍須要被做爲收縮長度使用的管線環圈亦會使得配 管更困難,尤其會增加其所需要之空間。故,亦必須提供 較大的絕緣容器,此將導致此種工廠之成本增加。 而本發明固緊熱交換器組之方法簡化的配管,減少了絕 緣容器之尺寸,並且因而導致成本上相當地減少。尤其若
514717 五、發明說明(4 ) 在各個熱交換器組具有導入到一共同集中管線之進給管線 及/或排出管線之時更可實現。 最好提供一種具有關節之固緊裝置,使熱交換器組可繞 關節軸心移動,此種關節化之懸吊可僅以很少之技術費用 而達成,並且被證明在實際應用上很成功。 本發明及本發明之進一步細節將參照附圖所顯示之實施 例而更詳細地說明。 圖面之簡單說明 第1圖是顯示本發明熱交換器之懸吊之槪圖; 第2圖是顯示第1圖之側圖。 發明之較佳實施例之詳細說明 第1及2圖顯示熱交換器組1之上端,其被使用在低溫 空氣分餾工廠之主熱交換器中。主熱交換器整體包括多數 個此種並聯之熱交換器組1。 熱交換器組1最大可至240公分寬。一個連接器/分配 器2,習知稱爲集管頭,被配置在熱交換器組1上,從此 集管頭上導出一或很多管線(未顯示)。 向上突出超過集管頭2之鋁板3是被固緊到熱交換器組 1之兩個對向側上。依照靜態需求而設計之實質上成三角 形鋼板4或鋼製支持件被配置成在集管頭2上方垂直於鋁 板3,並且由螺栓5而以關節連接到在兩個角落上之兩個 鋁板3。鋼板4可相對於熱交換器組1而繞兩個螺栓5之 延長部所形成之軸心6移動。 514717 五、發明說明(5 ) 在鋼板4之第三角落上有另一個關節7。鋼板4由關節 7而從雙T支持件8上所懸吊,其被固定在冷箱(未顯示)中 且支持著熱交換器組1。關節7可在鋼板4之平面中、或 繞一個垂直於鋼板4之軸心9而移動。 故,熱交換器組1以關節而被懸吊,使其可繞兩個彼此 成垂直之軸心6, 9而轉動。兩個鋁板3及鋼板4之配置 被選擇成,懸吊點1〇位於熱交換器組1之重心之垂直上 方。 除此之外,熱交換器組1之水平移動可由鋁板3及鋼板 4之間適當選擇之距離而吸收。 關節7被配置成使軸心9被符合到突出規格之需求,即 可符合實際發生或在熱交換器具體設計時所計算出之管線 應力。 用來輸送及排出彼此進行做熱交換之流體氣流用之一或 多個管線(未顯示)被配置在熱交換器組1之下端。在負荷 變化時以及當工廠被加熱並且冷卻時,這些管線由於熱學 上原因會進行每公尺配管長度有約3到4公厘之長度變 化。依照本發明,熱交換器組1被懸吊在其重心之上方,意 即其可由作用在其下端上很小之力所移動。熱交換器組1 之移動可補償管路長度上之熱感應變化,因而不需要有管 環用來補償管線之收縮。 514717 五、發明說明(6 ) 元件符號對照表 1 …熱交換器組 2 …連接器/分配器 3 …鋁板 4 …三角形鋼板 5 …螺栓 6,9 …軸心 7 …關節 8 …雙T支持件 10 …懸吊點
