Abstract

When a region is scribed along a closed curve in the conventional method, the separation in the next process is not easy and plural horizontal cracks will occur because deep and perpendicular cracks cannot be obtained. This invention is about a glass cutter wheel that can form deep and perpendicular cracks by forming grooves inclined at a prescribed angle with respect to the axial central direction of the cutter wheel at a prescribed edge at the blade edge ridgeline of the wheel. The generation of the horizontal cracks may be drastically decreased when scribing is executed along a closed curve.

Description

Description of the Invention (1) [Industrial Use Field] The present invention relates to a glass cutting wheel which can form a vertical crack on a glass plate. [Previous technology] When cutting glass, a glass cutting wheel is used to score the surface of the glass plate in one direction, causing a crack from the surface of the glass plate downward (called a vertical crack), and then applying stress to the glass plate. This vertical crack was grown to the lower surface and the glass plate was cut. Here, as shown in the upper diagram (A) of FIG. 1, when the closed curve area 6 a is excavated from the glass plate 6, as shown in the side view shown in the middle diagram (B), if the direction of vertical cracking is 10 If it is often inclined to the outside of the closed curve, as shown in the following figure (C), the area 6 to be cut can be easily separated from the glass plate 6. For this purpose, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-1 2 7 8 4 7 4, a glass cutting machine / wheel capable of forming inclined vertical cracks is described, and the glass cutting wheel is cited below and described below. Figure 2 is a view of the glass cutting wheel viewed from the front (scratch direction). The cutting wheel 1 is set to a glass cutting wheel 2 which can rotate freely, the angle of the left edge of the edge 3 of the blade is 73 degrees, and the angle 5 of the right edge is 83 degrees. It is reported that when the glass cutting wheel 2 is scratched with the glass cutting wheel 2, vertical cracks 10 inclined on the left side in the figure and cracks 1 1 and 12 on the surface of the glass sheet (called horizontal cracks) occur. The horizontal cracks 1 1 and 1 2 do not contribute to the cutting of the glass sheet, but merely reduce the price of the product. The horizontal cracks must be suppressed as much as possible. Description of the invention (2) Vertical cracks in Figure 2 The area 6 a on the right side of 0 becomes a product. Hereinafter, this area is called a product 6 a, and the area on the left side of a vertical crack 1 is called a non-product. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the vertical crack 1 obtained here 0 is a shallow relationship, it is difficult to cut the product from the glass plate 6, and vertical cracking is 10, and the shallow relationship is a horizontal crack on the surface of the glass plate when it is broken, which reduces the quality of the product 6a. The present invention is to solve the problem. The above problem is solved, and the object is to provide a glass cutting wheel capable of forming a deep and deep vertical crack. [Means for Solving the Problem] The glass cutting wheel of the present invention is such that the edge of the blade of the disc-shaped wheel is ridged. , Forming a predetermined interval between the axis directions of the cutting wheels to a predetermined distance The angle-sloping groove is a feature. In other words, the cutting surface of the groove is inclined so that the groove itself is inclined to the axis direction of the glass cutting wheel, so that the cutting amount of the groove is two times the edge of the blade. The side becomes uneven. Scratching along the closed curve with the glass cutting wheel can greatly reduce the relationship of horizontal cracking in the area surrounded by the closed curve, which is a product, especially suitable for cutters in the closed curve area. The relationship between the glass cutting wheel and the "glass cutting wheel" of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-1 8 8 5 3 4 previously filed by the applicant is explained below. The past glass cutting The wheel train is different from the glass cutting wheel of the present invention, and it produces vertical cracks that do not tilt. For example, the national paper standard (CNS) A4 (210 * 297 cm) is applicable to this paper size -5----- ----------- Λ ----- I--Order --------- line! (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page> Ministry of Economy Intellectual Property Printed by the Bureau ’s Consumer Cooperatives_B7_ V. Description of the Invention (3) The glass cutting wheel 2 1 is a ridge line 2 2 (that is, the angles of the blades on both sides θ 1 and 0 2 are equal), and the U-shaped groove 23 ′ (the depth of the groove itself is cut out at a predetermined interval p). The shape is not limited to this shape) As a result, fine protrusions 2 4 are formed on the edge of the blade as shown in the enlarged views A1 and B1. As can be understood from the foregoing enlarged view B1, the shape of the groove 2 3 / is formed on both sides. Symmetrically, the cutting amount of the grooves 2 3 to 3 is equalized on both sides of the ridge line 2 2. The cross section of the line L 1 shown in the enlarged view B 1 is shown in FIG. 4. The groove widths W 1 and W 2 from the edge line 2 2 to the two sides are equal to each other, and the groove depths hi and h 2 at both ends of the groove are also equal to each other. In other words, the cutting surface 23a of the groove 23 'is parallel to the axial direction of the glass cutting wheel 21. According to the present invention, as a result of forming a groove inclined to the axial center direction, an inclined vertical crack can be formed without damaging the scratch performance of the glass cutting wheel with protrusions shown in FIG. After the second experiment, it has been confirmed that the occurrence of horizontal cracks on the side that becomes the product can be greatly reduced. The reason for the vertical crack tilt is to consider that the edge of the blade portion may be slightly deviated from the groove portion at the time of the scratch, and this phenomenon results from the imbalance of the stress on the glass plate. Also, the present invention It is applicable to various products and manufacturing methods using the glass cutting wheel. For example, the circular scratcher according to the present invention is provided with a cutting head provided on a predetermined portion of a boom that can rotate freely on the surface of a glass plate, and the above-mentioned glass plate cutting wheel is mounted on the cutting head. In addition, the automatic circular scratcher of the present invention is on the surface of the glass plate. --- ΙΛ! 111 ^ ----ml I ^ (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) This paper size applies China National Standard (CNS) A4 specification mo X 297 茇) -6-A7 # 18 7 5 _B7 V. Description of the invention (4) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page > It is set to rotate freely The predetermined part of the arm is provided with a cutting head, and the above-mentioned glass plate cutting wheel is mounted on the cutting head, and then a motor for making the aforementioned rotation of the arm is rotated. Also, the automatic glass scratcher of the present invention is, The glass cutting wheel is mounted on the cutting head in an automatic glass scratcher of a mechanism that performs a 0-rotation on the platform on which the glass plate is placed and moves the cutting head relatively in the X_Y direction. In addition, the glass cutting of the present invention The device is a device that can freely rotate and install the above-mentioned glass cutting wheel at the lower end of the cylindrical handle that becomes the holding portion. The closed curve region cutting method of the present invention uses the above-mentioned glass cutting wheel to follow the closed curve. When scratching, place the glass The wheel is set so that the vertical crack often cuts the area surrounded by the closed curve to the outside of the closed curve. In addition, the scratch method of the present invention uses the above-mentioned glass cutting wheel and sets it to the horizontal crack that becomes the side of the product. Occurs in a small state and scratches the glass. [Effect of the invention] Printed by the consumer cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs as described above. The glass cutting wheel of the present invention is formed on the edge of the blade, and the cutting wheel is formed at a predetermined interval. As a result of the orientation of the axis of the groove at an oblique angle, an inclined vertical crack can be formed. When the glass cutting wheel is used to scratch along a closed curve or a deformed line such as a rectangle, the vertical crack is often When the glass cutting wheel is set in an inclined state outside the closed area, deep vertical cracks can be obtained, and the water on the product side can be greatly reduced. The paper size is applicable to Chinese national standards < CNS) A4 specifications (210 X 297 (Public love) 37 5 A7 B7 5. Description of the invention (5) The occurrence of flat cracks can improve productivity. In addition, as a result of changing the inclination angle of the groove, the relationship of the inclination of the vertical crack can be freely changed, and a vertical crack that matches the most appropriate inclination of the processing object can be obtained. [Mode for Carrying Out the Invention] With reference to the drawings, a mode for carrying out the invention will be described below. Fig. 5 is a diagram showing the first embodiment of the invention, and the parts corresponding to Fig. 3 use common drawing numbers. In the present glass cutting wheel 25, as shown in the enlarged view A 2 · B 2 in FIG. 5, the cutting surface 2 3 a of the groove 23 is inclined so that the cutting amount is not on both sides of the ridge line 2 2. equal. The enlarged view A 2 is a view seen from the arrow Z direction. The cross section of the line L 2 described in the enlarged view B 2 is as shown in FIG. 6. The width W1 and W2 of the ridge line 22 to the two sides of the glass cutting wheel 25 are not equal to each other. The groove depths h 1 and h 2 at both ends are also different from each other.
