M431979 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係有關-種風扇之高度調整結構,尤指—種可依照使用狀 態之需求,構成高、低位置之調整,以達到不同高度之使用,提高風 扇實用價值之風扇高度調整結構。 【先前技術】 按;-般之風扇結構,除了可構成左、右轉動之外,其係藉由伸 縮調整其高度,惟習知風扇的伸驗構由於需考狀雖之容置空 間,因此祕留-定長度之切桿’使得高、低位置的距離受限,僅 能於較為上段之範圍作高度之調整,而無法將其調整至較低之位置, 且其操作較林便,《電科猶透解通,料造成接觸不 良,殊不理想。申請人有鑑於此,乃秉持從事該項業務多年之經驗, 經不斷研究、實驗’遂萌生改良-種風扇之高度調整結構,透過端子 與插座_躲,使風狀高、錄置及電科通更為穩定更為 方便者。 〜 【新型内容】 本創作之主要目的,即在提供-種風扇之高度調整結構使風 扇藉由簡易之操作,構成高、低位置之調整,以達到不同高度之使用, 及電源導通穩定而提高風扇之實用價值。 3 M431979 月'j述之風扇之高度調整結構,係包含由前、後蓋所組成之殼體、 叹於該殼體内之扇葉,以及裝設於該殼體下方之連接桿及底座。其 中,該,該殼體及底座係分別延伸有支撐桿,於支撐桿的端部設有設 有端子及插座’並於支撐桿兩端分別設有對應之插座及端子,俾藉由 連接桿連接於殼體及底座之支撐桿,或將殼體直接連接於底座之支撐 孝干’使風扇構成高、低位置之調整,且藉由端子及插座構成電源之導 通,以達到不同高度之使用及電源導通穩定,進而提高風扇之實用價 鲁 值。 别述之風扇之改良結構’其中該殼體之支撐桿及連接桿底端係分 別设有插件’該等插件係為圓管狀之桿體,該連接桿頂緣及底座支撐 桿頂緣則設有職之插孔,並賊連接桿及底齡職有卡勾,使插 件插置於插孔後,藉由卡勾之勾持構成定位。 【實施方式】 凊同時參閱第一圖及第二圖所示,並配合第三圖,係為本創作之 立體圖、立體分解圖、及剖視圖。如圖所示,本創作係設有一由前蓋 11及後蓋12所組成之殼體1、設於該殼體1内之扇葉2,以及裝 設於該殼體1下方之連接桿3及底座4。其中,該殼體χ底緣係設有 支撐桿13,於支撐桿13内設有端子5,使端子5由支撐桿13底 端突露,並於端子5的兩側分別設有插件6 ; 該連接桿3,係於頂端設有套置部31,以供嵌置對應於端子5 4 M431979 之插座7,於本實施例中,該插座7係勾持於連接桿3内緣所設之突 垣以構成定位’套置部31的兩側係分別設有插孔3 2,並於鄰近端 部處設有具按鈕81之卡勾8,連接桿3的底端則設有端子5,使端 子5由連接桿3底端突露; 該底座4 ’係於上緣設有支撐桿41,於支撐桿41頂端設有套 置部’以供喪置對應於端子5之插座7,於本實施例中,該插座7係 勾持於支撐桿4 1内緣所設之突垣以構成定位,套置部的兩側係分別 設有插孔43,並於鄰近端部處設有具按鈕81之卡勾8 ; 該端子5,係於其下端設有插座7,以供端子5嵌置,於本實施 例中,該端子5係設於支撐桿13内,使端子5由支撐桿13底端突 露,並於端子5的兩側分別設有插件6 ; 則述之喊體1及連接桿3所設之插件6,係設為圓管狀之桿體, 於桿體6鄰近底端處設有環繞之凹槽6 i,該連接桿3及底座4支撐 桿41所設之插孔3 2、4 3,係對應於插件6之圓徑,使插件6以 插置於插孔3 2、4 3後,得以藉由卡勾8勾躲凹槽6 1以構成定 位,進而使端子5插置於插座7,關於對準使組裝更為方便。而當 拆卸時’則將按紐81下壓使卡勾8脫離凹槽6 i,將插件6抽離出 插孔3 2、4 3 ’以及使端子5脫離插座7,使拆卸更為方便; 藉由前述構件的組合,藉由插件6及插孔3 2、4 3,將連接桿 3連接於贿1與底座4間,雜贿丨直接連胁底座4,使風扇 構成南、低位置之調整,且藉由端子5與插座7的插置連接構成電 5 源的導通’以麵不同高度之使用,進而提高風扇之實用價值。 請參閱第四圖所示,係為本創作之連接實施例圖。敬請配合第二 圖’如圖所示,本創作於使用時,係可藉由插件6與插孔3 2、4 3 之插置疋位,將連接桿3連接於殼體1與底座4間,使風扇構成一定 之較尚位置,或將連接桿3拆除,使插件6與插孔4 3插置定位,將 殼體1直接連接於底座4 ’使風扇構成-定之較倾置。其中,無論 為高或低之位置調整,該端子5係插置於插座7,將電源予以導通。 請參閱五圖所示,係為本創作之使用實施例圖。敬請配合第一圖 及第二圖,如圖所示’本創作於使用時,係可藉由插件6與插孔3 2、 4 3之插置定位,將連接桿3連接於殼體丄之支撐桿1 3與底座4之 支撐桿41間,使風扇構成一定之較高位置,且藉由端子5與插座7 導通電源。或藉由對按鈕81之按壓將連接桿3拆除,使殼體2之支 撑桿1 3直接連接於底座4之支撐桿4 1,使風扇構成一定之較低位 置,從而構成高、低位置之調整,以達到不同高度之使用,且其操作 更為簡易、方便。 前述實施例’僅為說明本創作之較佳實施方式,而非限制本創作 之範圍,凡經由些微修飾、變更,仍不失本創作之要義所在,亦不脫 本創作之精神範鳴。 綜上所述,本創作以設有插件及插孔之殼體、底座及連接桿,配 合設於前述構件之端子及插座,構成風扇之調整結構,使風扇得以構 成高、低位置之調整’以逹到不同高度之使用,進而提高風扇之實用 M431979 ’. 價值,且其操作簡易、方便。為一實用之設計,誠屬一倶新穎性之創 作,爰依法提出專利之申請,祈鈞局予以審查,早曰賜准專利,至 感德便。 M431979
