M431910 四、指定代表圖: (一) 本案指定代表圖為:第(三)圖。 (二) 本代表圖之元件符號簡單說明: 1 .架體 1 1 ·承部 1 2·固定件 1 3.垂直部 1 4·壓柄 2 ·罐體 2 1 ·壓制部 2 2 ·管體 2 3·喷頭 3 '馬桶 3 1 ·座墊 4.螺栓 4 1.螺帽 • • 之技術領域】 本創作係是有關於-種馬桶噴香結構,尤指一種可供與馬桶 鎖》’使罐體置於馬桶之侧邊,俾於如腐時藉由簡易之下壓,使香 芳香劑喷m,以達剌除臭味效果之馬桶嘴香結構。 五 【先前技術】 按;吾人-般於如廁時,由於會礙於臭味中,通常於衛 内設有芳香劑等消除臭味之產品,料產品除了固態外,尚心 喷麗之結構,惟該等物品通常係置於衛 今MUM I· / 13,或隨意j 馬桶之如,彻槪較_,且 2 洛=。申請人有鑑於此,乃秉持從事該項祕多年之經驗,經不 #九實驗’遂明生改良-種馬桶噴香結構,祈使如廁時得以藉 由簡易之操作以消除臭味。 【新型内容】 本創作之主要目的,即在提供—種馬桶噴香結構,以供與馬桶 座塾鎖合,使罐體置於馬桶之側邊,俾於如廟時藉由簡易之下壓使 香水、芳香劑,以達到消除臭味之效果,且使其使用更為方便。 前述之馬桶喷香結構,係包含—架體,以及一設於架體以供容 置香水、芳侧之雜。其中,卿物㈣定件,於固 定件設有it孔’雜上她技,之壓柄,卿齡於頂緣設 有壓制部,由壓制部以適當長度之管體連接於喷頭,且使架體之壓 柄抵於該遷制部上緣。於組裝時將固定件置於馬桶座塾下方,藉由 固定件之通孔將架體與馬桶座塾鎖合,使罐體置於馬桶之側邊,曰且 使喷頭伸入於馬桶上方,俾於如廁時將壓柄獨,使香水、芳香劑 等由喷嘴噴灑,以達到消除臭味之效果。 【實施方式】 請參間第-_為本創作之結構圍。如騎示,本創作係包含 -架體1,以及-設於架體!以供容置香水、芳香劑等之罐體2。 其中,該架體1係設有-承部工王,由承則工上方水平延伸一固 定件12,於固定件設有通孔⑵,架體!的上方則延伸適當長 度之垂直部i3,於該垂直部13樞接—壓柄14,賴柄^呈 可上、下活動狀; 該罐體2 ’係央置於举供^ 架體1之承部η,使其可供取出更新, 其頂緣設有卿21-繼紅管體22連 接於喷頭23 ’且使架版軸輪卿部21的上緣; 藉由前述構件的組合,構成—馬桶喷香結構。於組裝時係將架 體1之固定件12置於馬桶座塾下方,藉由固定件A 2之通孔上2 1將架體1與馬桶座塾鎖合,使罐體2置於馬桶之側邊,且使喷頭 2 3伸入於馬桶上方’俾於如廟時將壓柄丄4下壓,使香水芳香 劑等由喷頭2 3噴灑,以達到消除臭味之效果。 清參閱第二圖’係為本創作之組裝實施例圖。如圖所示本創作 於組裝時,係將架體1之固定件丄2置於馬桶3之座塾3丄下方,以 螺栓4穿设座墊3 1之固定孔3 1 1後,再穿設固定件1 2之通孔 121,以及馬桶3之固定孔3 2,使螺栓4由馬桶3下方突露,俾 以一螺帽4 1鎖合’將架體1與馬桶3之座墊3 1結合固定,從而使 罐體2置於馬桶3之側邊,且使喷頭2 3伸入於馬桶3上方。 請參閱第三圖’係為本創作組裝完成實施例圖。如圖所示,本創 作於組裝後’該架體1之固定件12係與馬桶3之座墊31結合,於 架體1固定後,罐體2即可置於馬桶3的側邊,以方便如廁者由壓柄 1 4按壓使用。且使罐體2得以置於固定之位置,而不會因隨處擱置 造成遺失或摔落受損。 請參閱第四圖,係為本創作之使用實施例圖。如圖所示,本創作 於使用時,係於如顺先將雑i之_ i 4⑽,姆將罐體2之 _部2 1 μ,使容置於賴2香水、芳香劑等由_2 3喷灌。 如此,香水'芳香劑等即可溺漫於馬桶3及馬桶3的周緣,俾當如廁 中即可猶臭味。當然’於如廁後亦可再讀壓柄丨4下壓使消除 臭味之效果更為提升^當罐體2之内容物轉時,則可由架體工之 承部1 1取出,將新的罐體2重新灸置於承部丄丄,使罐體2之更新 更為方便、快速。 前述實施例,僅為說明本創作之較佳實施方式,而非限制本創作 之範圍’凡經由些微修飾、變更,仍不失本創作之要義所在,亦不脫 本創作之精神範疇。 綜上所述,本創作以供裝設罐體且設有壓柄之架體,配合辦架 體之固定件及容置於罐體之香水、芳香解,構成馬射香結構,以 供與馬桶座墊鎖合’使罐體置於馬桶之側邊,俾於如麟藉由簡易之 下壓,使脉、料融m,___味之·,錢其使用更 為方便。為-實用之設計’誠屬—俱新難之創作,爰依法提出專利 之申請’祈釣局予以審查,早曰賜准專利,至感德便。 M431910 【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖係本創之結構。 第二圖係本創作之組裝實施例圖。 第三圖係本創作組裝完成實施例圖。 第四圖係本創作之使用實施例圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 1·架體 11·承部

- M431910 /、申6青專利範圍: 1 · 一種馬桶噴香結構,包含: 一架體,係設有—承部,由承部上方水平延伸-供結合於馬桶 座塾之固定件,上方則設有—可呈上、下活動狀之麼柄; 一罐體,係夾置於架體之承部,以供容置香水、芳香劑等其 頂緣設有壓制部,由壓制部以一管體連接於喷頭,且使架體之壓柄 抵於該壓制部的上緣; 於組裝時係將固定件將架體與馬桶座塾結合,使罐體置於馬桶 之側邊,且使喷頭伸入於馬桶上方,俾於如廁時將壓柄下壓,使香 水、芳香劑等由噴頭喷灑,以達到消除臭味之效果。 2如申清專利範圍第1項所述之馬桶喷香結構,其中,架體之固定件 係設有通扎,以供螺栓穿設與馬桶座墊結合。 3 .如申請專利範圍第1項所述之馬桶喷香結構,其中,架體上方係延 伸適當長度之垂直部,使壓柄樞接於該垂直部頂緣,構成可上、下 活動狀。
