Abstract

The object of the present invention is to provide a fastening structure of base plate used for a railway switch, which is capable of decreasing the required types of base plate, PC sleeper or steel sleeper. To achieve the object, The base plate 2 is secured to the PC sleeper 1 via a fastening base plate 3. A basic rail 7 is secured to the base plate 2 via a rail fastening device 10. The base plate 2 has a rail securing slot and a rail supporting slot. The two end face 2a and 2b on the long side of the base plate 2 form an arc shape whose circle center is the center of the base plate 2. The arc shape has a face 6a contacted with the two ends of the base plate forms an arc face same as that formed by 2a and 2b.
