Abstract
A thermal head comprising a heat insulation layer, a conductive layer, an interlayer insulating layer, a heating resistor, a common electrode, individual electrodes and a protective layer laminated on a radiating board, which is characterized in that the layer is made of fusion bonded material of nitride or oxide and metal, electrically connected to the electrode , and the layer is formed at least of the oxide film of the layer.
