抗体より電気抵抗率の大きな上部抵抗体を積層し
てなる複数の発熱抵抗体を形成し、各発熱抵抗体
の両側上に上部電極を形成したことを特徴とする
サーマルヘツド。 (2) 前記発熱抵抗体の上部抵抗体と下部抵抗体
の電気抵抗率の比率を10以上としたことを特徴
