板および発熱抵抗体間に、有機材料層および無機
材料層の2層以上の積層構造とされた熱絶縁層を
介装したことを特徴とするサーマルヘツド。 (2) 絶縁基板上にグレーズ層を積層し、このグ
レーズ層上に複数の発熱抵抗体を整列状に形成し
、各発熱抵抗体上に、各発熱抵抗体に選択的に給
電するための共通電極および個別電極を積層して
なるサーマルヘツドにおいて、前記グレーズ層お
よび発熱抵抗体間に、このグレーズ層より熱伝導
率の低い熱絶縁層を介装したことを特徴とするサ
